Quick Take: oil-absorbing, reduces shine
I like the combination of applicator/brush and product as it helps application of the product; however, you kind of have to stick your finger in the center of the brush to loosen the bristles to assist the product through.

Quick Take: oil-absorbing, sheer coverage, reduces shine, evens tone
I had some trouble figuring out the packaging. Now that I've figured out there is a way to keep the plastic sheath down, and keep the makeup in or let it out, this is phenomenal. I don't use it with makeup, so the people who say the brush is too hard on their faces and takes their makeup off might be right. But I love it.

I don't even know how good the powder is because the packaging just doesn't work as intended. it has this plastic sheath part that you can pull up to cover the bristles in order to cap it but that part keeps falling down over the brush when I'm applying no matter what I do. The brush itself is so stiff and I just can't stand using it because it takes off all the makeup I just applied under it. at this point I've had to resort to tapping out some powder on a lid and using my own brush. totally defeats the purpose of the travel-friendly packaging. ugh. very disappointing. I do not recommend this.

Quick Take: blurs my imperfections away
I LOVE the powder! it's perfect for my pale skin and i don't even need foundation.This powder blurs away all the little dips and valleys in my skin that normally catch light differently and my forehead wrinkles completely vanish! I was happy with the brush's softness, but I wanted less powder than the brush insisted on giving me. So I opened the end, that black cap screws right off, and put the powder in a sifter jar. i kept the brush tube though for my sunscreen powder. The Ronson tube is much sturdier than peter thomas roth tube, and Ronson is clear so i can see how much i have left. reduce, reuse, recycle!
And now it's marked down? I'm getting extra. I do love the powder.

I purchased this because it looked like it would take the place of a brush and the jar of make-up forever powder in my bag and it was on sale. It is going back to the store. The brush is stiff, the powder won't come out easy, and it smells funny. Love Sephora and their return policy!

The concept seemed appealing however the brush is very stiff and was uncomfortable on my skin. Also the powder did not dispense into the brush easily at all. I will be returning this item.

Great Product - Bad Brush

I bought this a little while ago and I use it every day. It sets my makeup perfectly and it discourages me from either using too much makeup or reapplying later. However, I almost had a fit every day trying to get the powder to come through the brush until I just twisted the bottom off and stuck my own brush into it. So, great powder, awful packaging.

Quick Take: light finely-textured works for oily skin
I usually use the Makeup Forever HD High Definition powder.
Wanted to try something different, and the potential for portability with the enclosed brush intrigued me.
I like this powder a lot; similar finish, but not as chalky as my usual brand. Sometimes, even on my fair skin, it looks too white. Not the case with the Charlotte Ronson powder.
My only complaint is the container. I just can't seem to get the powder to come out into the brush so that I can apply it.
Luckily, the cap at the end opposite the brush comes off. I poured the powder into another jar. Will buy again, but use my own jar.

didnt realize how good the product was until i bought a separate brush to apply it. my make up lasted longer and looked flawless. brush is too harsh on my skin. if the brush had been of a better quality the packaging would have been GENIUS...

The powder itself is okay. The brush is harsh, the power comes out of one spot so it doesnt apply evenly. You can try it yourself, but i advise you to save your money

I really like this powder, it knocks down shine and pores, just blend, folks. I'm medium and have a tan, no problem here with it beeing too light as some have said. My only suggestion is the packaging, bristles are a little stiff, but workable.

I personally like this powder it is effective. However if i could complain about anything it would be the tube in which it comes, this product would be better if it came in a loose powder jar with the sifter at the top. I like the whole grab and go concept but that only works for certain things and finishing powder is not one of them.

I really like this product overall. The design is not too good - when u shake it to get more product it usu ends up being too much and gets messy. Some of the bristles have fallen off the brush. Still the powder is nice and it is convenient for on the go.

I took it back. It left me a little too white and powdery. Love the convenience of having the powder in the brush though. May be useful for someone who wears heavy foundation or is trying to show a lighter complexion.
