Don't let the title throw you off, this is a good product, I'd give it a shot if you are looking for something different. However, its not the best. The reason I say this is because a lot of mascara comes out on the brush so it transfers onto your eyelashes is large portions. It doesn't clump though, which is a plus. Also the wand is quite long so it takes a while to get use to that, while I was getting use to it I would constantly touch my face with the wand and get mascara on places of my face I didn't mean to. Overall a good mascara and it does what it's suppose to.

Quick Take: volumizing
This mascara is pretty at first, and does volumize, but I need more length to get the full package. Also, after a few hours, it started to flake off, and then kept flaking off all throughout the day. The next time I tried it, I used a primer to see if maybe that would help more but it didn't :(

I didn't know what I was missing with my favorite drugstore brand until the Sephora consultant recommended Ellis Faas. WOW!!!! My lashes look long and lovely and full. A definite confidence builder. :) Hope you get similar results!

This mascara really does give you instant length to your lashes. It's been one of my favorites to use since trying it a few weeks ago. The mascara wand isn't anything special or tricky - like some mascaras are coming out with - but I can tell you this formula gives your lashes amazing length in just one coat but two coats is my normal mascara application.
The one thing I did notice is sometimes too much product comes out on the brush, but I can easily wipe that away. Other than that, I have no complaints on this mascara. Love it!

Quick Take: volumizing, lengthening
I usually get eyelash extensions but when I don't (because of time and/or money constraints), this is the ONLY mascara that comes close to making me feel like a rockstar the way the extensions do. I highly recommend anyone looking for their "go-to mascara' (as every girl has been since she turned 16), that they give this a shot.

really dry formula ...like if someone forgot the tube open for 2 weeks ... makes it hard to apply, flakes a lot... to bad i had to return-it as the packaging is really pretty :(

Quick Take: packaging so pretty but product disappointing
Oh how I was lemming this mascara. Got it home and WAS so excited when I layered it on top of what I had on. The next day, and the day after that not so much! Poor performance. Formula seemed dry-no volume or lengthening.

This mascara definitely lengthens, doesn't really thicken lashes. Very expensive. I tried it and won't buy again. Can't say it's much better than mascara that cost $10-$15 less.

I am a redhead, with blonde eyebrows and eyelashes. Finding a mascara that isn't shockingly dark on me is a challenge. I stumbled upon this color online and decided to try it out. The color is perfect! A very soft brown. I have my new favorite mascara!

Wanted a cool brown mascara, looking to accentuate blue eyes so I got this in milk chocolate. The color grows on you, but the consistency is thick and clumpy. I also struggle with the length of the brush being much longer than others.

I love Ellis Faas products. I am in perpetual search for that illusive perfection in a mascara -- preferably water proof. Lengthen, separate, define, plump, blah, blah, blah.... The packaging, of course stunning, the stuff inside? It is mascara, that's it, mine is brand new and I have used it several times, but it is goopy and globby on the brush when pulled out of the tube and you have to kind of "wipe" the product off the brush, hopefully getting back into the bullet and not wasting it, in order to use it. I do not find the wand awkward or too long to use. Once you have a suitable lubed up brush, it is a nice mascara, not love, just nice--but that is okay, if ya don't mind the $$. for it!

Quick Take: lengthening
I am someone who likes to condition my lashes every night before bed so I do already have the benefit of longer lashes but it's still a great lengthening mascara. I find the formula a bit on the dryer side so it does hold a curl. It also makes my lashes look wispy which I like. The brush wand is longer than most or maybe all mascaras out there but it doesn't bother me. I still have good control. The brush isn't too big nor too small so it's been absolutely no problem for both top and bottom lashes. If I ever do run out, I can see myself repurchasing.

I am SO into this mascara. I like a lot of volume and typically use Tarte Lights Camera Lashes or Lancome Hypnose Drama, but I am always on the hunt for something new. This mascara is perfect- easy to apply, achieves crazy-quick volume and lasts all day long. Plus, the bullet component is really cool-looking. I love pulling it out of my bag for a quick touch up... It's like a YSL lipstick for your eye- a total accessory piece that all your friends will be jealous of! Highly recommend!!

Quick Take: defining
This is good for very colorless lashes on a very fair blonde or red haired person. It's hard to find a good lighter brown mascara(or any true brown, for that matter) most browns look black to me; so to find a brand that even bothers to make a mascara for my coloring is so nice....but the wand and package is just too long, and the price is outrageously high.
