Love the Product but Dislike the Case

Quick Take: full coverage, lightweight, non-drying
I'm adding to the chorus of reviews that tout the effectiveness of coverage of this product. I love it. But the outside enclosure began flaking and black pieces of the shell have been breaking off. It is an annoying detail that likely will not discourage me from buying it again because the coverage is so great.

Creamy, brightening, easy to blend

Purchased this in Subdued for light skin and I really like it. It has a light nude shade on one side, and a ecru/white shade on the other. I used my finger and the texture is super creamy, just melts on my finger. It blended easily without creasing or chalky texture. I use concealer only under my eyes, and this worked like a charm: I used the darker shade as an all over under-eye concealer, and then I used the white right on the inside of my eyes down into the bags and blended. It really brightened my under eye area and stayed set for several hours. Not to mention the case is super sturdy, classy looking and easy to use. I've tried dozens of concealers and have to say this is the best "solid", or palette style concealer I've ever used.

Nice Match to Real Skin, Not Long Lasting

Quick Take: full coverage, non-drying
A vibrant concealer that is more true to actual skin color than any other I have tried. However, even setting it with powder doesn't guarantee long lasting results. If you touch your face or have very oily skin, reapplication will be required. I would recommend the product but gave it 4 stars because the container is very small for the price.

As a mature woman I have suffered with dark circles and tried countless products. This concealer does the trick without being tacky or settling in fine lines. The yellowish color combats the blue color and the regular shade blends them away. I highly reccomend this cosmetic for anyone with extra luggage under their eyes!

I purchased the "Hushed" color duo and it works perfectly for my skin tone (currently I'm a lighter medium). I use the lighter shade for under-eye circles and I mix the two for dark blemishes. Sometimes the darker shade alone work for blemishes as well--that's what makes it great, its so versatile. I have tried a few other concealers (Make up Forever Lift and HD, Amazing Cosmetics, Laura Mercier) and this one is by far the best. It is very light weight, I always seem to forget I even have it on and it still provides a good amount of coverage. You people wont have to layer, but if you DO need to, it is very build-able (I have had to occasionally for darker blemishes). Another thing is it will last all day looking the same as when I first put it on and with no re-touching. I like also that it is a pretty small compact(it can fit in the palm of my hand and the top cover has a really good mirror on it that comes in handy. The brush it comes with is very small, I want to say about and 1.5inches long but it works well. I find it to be a good mini version of my Sephora concealer brush (#46).
The only thing I would suggest is to offer a few more color combinations. For example, I'm a lot lighter right now than I normally am in the summer, but I feel as if the darker shade would be too dark. But we shall see!

Good little concealer compact

This is a good concealer for undereye circles, blemishes, capillaries, whatever. It is very creamy, pigmented, and smooth. I wouldn't call it completely full coverage, but it's close. As shown on my swatch, it covers a lot of the marker drawing. I like that it doesn't emphasize fine lines or flaky skin. My skin is light-medium, and Hushed works really well.
I found it a bit tricky to blend on my blemishes. It's so thick and pigmented that if I don't blend thoroughly, it looks really obvious on my skin. However, patting it with a finger sheers it out really quickly. What I've settled on is patting it on with a brush, then using feather-light strokes to blend out the edges.
It is waterproof in that when I ran my swatch under the tap at full blast for a solid 30 seconds, it did not budge. However, if I rub it right after, it smears a little bit. Still, good to know that if I get caught in a rainstorm, I'm covered as long as I don't wipe my face!
The packaging is a glossy black plastic compact with a mirror and a brush. The paddle-shaped brush is tiny but usable, with dense flat synthetic bristles.
Overall, I like this concealer. It seems like a good choice for all-purpose concealing, and I love the flexibility of having 2 colors to mix.

I've also tried tons of different concealers and believe this really is the Ultimate! Love the texture and the brush is decent. I have sensitive skin and it feels great on. For more coverage (with any concealer)--after dotting on, gently pat in, never rub. I have light to medium skin tone and Hushed blended well. Believe I could also wear Subdued and will try it next time, because it may cover redness even better. Muted is for those with darker skin tones. An excellent product worth trying!

This concealer is by far the best I have used thus far. i have used hourglass, amazing cosmetics, BE, bobbi brown and countless others for my dark circles. The formula is neither too dry nor too creamy. There must be a high concentration of pigments in this, as the coverage is perfectiom. The feel is not only light, but it actually feels good somehow. I have dry skin, and this did not settle in lines or dry me out further; in fact, it effectively hid the lines! I think the coverage is buildable, but as it is so pigmented, i do not think this would be neccessary. I have fair to medium skin (light or medium beige in BE) and bought Hushed. Without much thought i dip the brush in both colors and apply. Best color match I have found. I do not have skin issues, but think this would be suitable for covering hyperpigmentation spots, regular spots, and redness around nose or broken capillaries (sp). The peptides and whatnot are a great bonus! Run to buy this....if it does not work for you Return it. Sephora is fantastic that way. Oh, and fyi, the imperceptible coverage stays all day and into evening, and the pallette should last six months I suspect.

CONCEALER WORKS AS NIGHTTIME ANTI-AGING TREATMENT

Ultraflesh's Ultracover The Ultimate Fast-Fix Concealer is an excellent concealer. An excellent consistency for covering undereye darkness/shadows, and disguising fine lines, it blends in and doesn't sit on the skin. I like that it includes two shades for custom mixing. The other nice thing is that it comes with an okay brush which fits inside the compact, so that you don't need to be toting around a separate brush nor do you need to stick your fingers into it. While I have a concealer that I really like, this is also good. It's also fairly priced at since it's doubles as an anti-aging bedtime treatment, because it includes Oligo-peptide and vitamin A and E, all which fight wrinkles. While most concealers ideally should be removed before bedtime to allow skin to recover, this is different. For those "special" romantic nights, you also might want to consider this since you don't have to worry about sleeping with it on. If you're looking for a new concealer, you might want to check this out.
