Refreshing, but no results seen.
-05.12.13
It was refreshing to have on my face, but I did not see a reduction in the appearance of pores, nor did it clean them at all. Good for everyday use, but not for six dollars. Save your money.

Awesome!

Loved this mask....leaves your skin really soft & smooth, no irritation, enough liquid in the package after applying the mask to use another day or 2.....great value for the $$ My skin is oily/combination, may not be as good for someone with dry skin...didn't really notice any pore tightening but don't really believe any product can do that in one use.....but it's a refreshing treat for your face

If you're looking for super soft face, this is it!

Quick Take: amazing!, something that really works!, a great buy
Love, Love, LOVE this product. Great buy at just $6 and results are visible from the very first use. Highly recommend using afternoon before a big night out. Save the package as can still use serum stuck in the envelope for additional use that week, though your skin will still have the softness from the mask for at least a few days post use. Predicting this is also going to be a must post beach this summer!

Where are the results?
-04.12.13
Quick Take: temporary fix, irritating
I had high hopes for this mask. The pores in my t-zone have suddenly made their presence known in a dishearteningly obvious way after being seemingly non-existant for years. I've been trying pore clearing/shrinking/etc. solutions left and right. This mask, as a concentrated dose of pore-targeting ingredients, seemed a good bet. Unfortunately, I was less than impressed.
The cloth is not cut for my oval face. It's round like a beach ball with not enough fabric around the nose and too much at the hairline and eyes. I kept trying to spread excess liquid from the cloth onto the completely uncovered area surrounding my nose (and part of my actual nose). Cloth masks rarely fit everyone perfectly but this one is a really inefficient cut, which seems almost lazy on the part of Dr. Jart+, especially considering how inadequate it is at covering the t-zone when that's usually they area where most people have pore issues.
I left the mask on for 20-25 min and my skin felt irritated the whole time, slightly itchy. It also felt like my skin was tightening uncomfortably but as the mask didn't really dry, I took that as a sign that the goop was doing something beneficial to my pores and I wasn't just drying out. When I removed the cloth there was a lot of white serum left all over my face so I gently rubbed that in as per the instructions. I still felt uncomfortably tight and itchy but there was no redness. My pores did appear a more clear and less visible so I went to bed happy, without putting anything on top of the remaining serum. When I woke up in the morning, however, my pores were back to their pre-mask state. As if I'd never done the mask at all. No visible results lingered. How disappointing! It seems the thick serum might have just given the temporary impression that my pores were cleaner and smaller because once the serum disappeared, my pores were back. Not likely to purchase again.

Too messy
-04.01.13
Quick Take: not worth it
This mask is cloth saturated in serum that covers your face. It is messy and doesn't reach certain spots on your nose and forehead. I didn't notice a dramatic difference or enough to justify spending this much on a one time mask. I prefer clay masks or masks that harden.

I love this mask!
-03.30.13
Quick Take: cooling, refreshing, shrinks pores, very wet, easy to use, effective, fantastic!
It's been a while since I used anything like this, so I was surprised at how sloppy wet this mask was. It took a bit of effort to unfold it, but then I put it on and just watched a TV show, patting it down and spreading the solution over areas the mask didn't cover. I left it on for over half an hour. I have very large pores and I was shocked at how they were barely there when it was done! My skin looked amazing. I know some people didn't see much results, but I really did. I'm going to be using this on a regular basis. - it really works! I wish they'd sell these in packages so they'd cost a little less, but I'll buy them individually is I must. This is one of the best things I've ever bought in terms of skin care.

Just ok
-03.10.13
Quick Take: moisturizing, messy
I'm an avid user of face sheet masks. I've tried several brands in the past. I now use 3 sheet masks weekly to maintain healthy skin. The serum in this mask is plenty and better quality than most affordable brands, but the sheet they use doesn't soak it up well, which is why it's so messy when you pull it out of the bag. It starts to drip everywhere, and there's still serum in the bag because the sheet didn't soak up a whole lot of it. Make sure to squeeze out the rest and pat it onto the drier areas of the mask once it's on your face.
The mask left a tingling sensation on my face, which feels refreshing. The smell isn't bad, but not great either. As for the claim on minimizing pores... I did not see a difference even after my second mask. I get much better poor minimizing results with mint julep clay masks.
I wouldn't buy this again. Not only is it grossly overpriced for only the moisturizing effects, there are many better korean brands out there for a fifth of price if not cheaper that smells great with thicker, well absorbed sheets and a lot less messy.
Two stars for moisturizing my skin.

Good
-03.10.13
I would say it is a good product. I definitely liked how it felt on my skin, maybe a little messy, but nothing too serious. I gave it 4 stars because my face felt a little itchy after taking the mask off, probably caused by the serum left on (just like instructions said). I think it might be just my skin reacting this way and I think it is potentially great product, so it is worth trying, especially that it is so convenient to buy just one mask.

Spendy for the short-term results
-02.12.13
It took a minute to situate the mask properly on my face. It tingled for the full 30 minutes. The mask tightened my pores and smoothed my skin out. The only downside is the effect only lasted for 4 days.

Got this in store on a whim, so I wasn't prepared for what I was going to find inside (a cotton mask in a bunch of goop), but it did leave my skin pretty amazingly soft and moisturized. A little messy to apply. Might buy this again.

Refreshing
-03.10.12
I have normal skin with the occasional acne here and there when I am stressed. Due to school I hadn't had the time to exfoliate my skin so I decided to try this to see if it cleanse my skin just as well as my normal exfoliator and it did. It leaves my skin clean and smooth. My skin also feels softer than usual. My only problem with the mask was the fact that the nose area wasn't very big and that tends to be the area where my pores are normally the dirtiest. But other than that I absolutely loved it and I will definitely buy it again.

Good Mask!
-02.15.12
Quick Take: intensive, skin-soothing, refreshing
I felt like this mask was great for clarifying, but I have super oily skin and there aren't many products out there that make a huge difference in that. The ingredients felt like they were high quality and my skin felt great afterwards.

Dr. Jart? More like Dr. Jabulous!
-11.23.11
Quick Take: intensive, refreshing, awesomesauce
This mask is essentially a pre-packaged version of the cotton mask technique that is very common in Asian cultures, but is still fairly new to most Americans. This product is a thin sheet of 100% organic Korean cotton, drenched in a potent serum, which you are supposed to stick to your face and leave on for 15-30 minutes. Opening the mask was a bit messy, as there is so much product on it that it dripped all over my floor while I was trying to pry the mask open. There are three large holes for your eyes and mouth, and one smaller one for your nostrils. My one fault with this mask is that, due to the opening for the nostrils, the mask does not go near the sides of my nose--- my zit haven. Since there are two big floppy pieces of cotton that just hang down from the eye hole cut-outs, I decided to cut these off and stick 'em on the sides of my nose. If you plan on doing the same, I would recommend cutting them off BEFORE you put the mask on. I left it on for more than 30 minutes, and felt a slight tingly feeling the whole time it was on. Nothing bad or painful, in fact it was rather invigorating. After peeling the mask, I rubbed the rest of the serum (or "essence" as is poorly translated on the package) into my skin and called it a night. The next morning, most of my breakouts were gone and my skin felt baller. I highly recommend this product, it's inexpensive and highly effective. It also doubles as a fantastic way to confuse and scare your cat for 15-30 minutes.
