I've been using this for about 6 months now. I have dry-medium skin, and was using asian bb creams before trying this. But, the color of the creams were off, and liquid foundations in general seemed to make my crow's feet and pores more noticeable.
I decided to try going back to using a mineral foundation. This worked great! I am extremely pale, but have yellow undertones, and was having trouble finding a foundation, but this matched perfectly. Another selling point was SPF 15. I don't know if this works, as I always wear another SPF moisturizer underneath as well (I am that pale and can't take chances).
It doesn't provide much coverage,(so if that's what you need this won't work) but I prefer a very natural look and have a fairly even skin tone anyways. This covers just enough for me.

Quick Take: a dream come true for combo skin
Love this foundation. It gives great coverage (I constantly get comments about having "great skin" (not true!) and love how it looks in photos too). Layerable for desired coverage, so lightweight feels like nothing. A little for every day, a lot for "going out". I use a concealer brush for areas that need a bit more soecific coverage and I use fat short kabuki brush to apply. Thanks as always Sephora and Bobbi Brown!

I love this,, This product gives glow to skin.. really nice with spf and lovely glow. You would never need an illuminator with this. Price is also great.
I guess it is not so buildable.. It has medium to light coverage

After years and wasted money on foundations...I finally found the one that works perfectly. I purchased the medium dark since I have olive tone to my skin. This super fine powder does just what it says...evens out skin tone and imperfections. I apply it with a large face brush...keeping the lid on...turn the jar over and gently shake some powder...turn the jar back over and there is the right amount of powder to begin appling...repeat this until you like your coverage. I absolutely love this product.

I'm pretty much just "meh" on this one. I've been trying out a few mineral powders and while I do think this one has a nice feel and finish, it's only light coverage (more of a finishing powder than a foundation, no blemishes are hidden) and definitely not worth the higher price tag. I like that it is matte and does not contain bismuth, and it also has a couple very light shades for truly porcelain skin (I'm too pale for BE...). But $38 for this just seems ridiculous when it's not significantly better than most other powders.

Quick Take: not good for people with a lot of pours to cover, not good for poeple with acne
unfortunately, this powder didn't work for me, I was looking for a finishing powder to put over some really awsome concealer and foundation but as soon as I put this on, all my pours and acne and acne scars popped out... it was terrible... normally I love the Bobbi Brown line I use the concealer under eye duo and I have a fantastic lipstick which I love from Bobbi Brown but for this powder I would not recommend it you have a lot to cover up or if you are looking for a finishing powder and don't use it especially if you have a lot of acne and/or acne scarring, and large pours it will just make all that more visible.

I live in a very hot, dry climate and even though my skin is Combo.. oily in the t-zone and normal in the cheek area, this just made my skin dry. It didn't have the warm glow that is usually has. While it didn't work for me where I live, if I had to travel to Florida or some humid place I would definitely purchase it.

This is a great foundation for my oily, sensitive skin. It covers well without looking like cakey makeup. It doesn't irritate me at all, and it also doesn't have the flecks of mica like BE's mineral foundation. The SPF 15 is a bonus!

I have extremely oily skin that is prone to cystic acne. This foundation has not broken me out and helps control my oily skin without drying out my skin. Other powder foundations seem to dehydrate my skin but this one keeps it balanced. I use concealer on my problem areas and this all over. It looks like skin!!!! It does not look powdery, cakey or flat matte. I wear the light/medium shade and it is a perfect match for my light skin which has slight yellow/golden undertones. I use a kabuki brush to apply and I have received so many compliments on my skin....not my makeup! I highly recommend for anyone that has oily skin and does not like full coverage.

I tried a sample of this because I wanted to see if this foundation was worth the price tag considering you can get BE's foundation for a lot cheaper. I came to the conclusion that it unfortunately wasn't worth the higher price. It went on nicely but BE's does cover and absorbs oil better. With this foundation, my face was oily after only about an hour. It probably would be nice for the summer heat when you want a lighter coverage but you can also use mineral veil for that purpose.

I've been using the BB mineral makeup for about a month now, and I'm loving it! It's lightweight with buildable coverage. Truly, it's probably not that much different than the Bare Minerals that I used to use, but I love that there are more color choices to match my fair skin. I think it gives a more natural and polished look. Definitely recommend it and will be sticking with it!

I have been using this as a setting powder. It is not spectacular and offers little to no additional coverage. I have oily skin... this product rarely lasts into the 10AM hour.
