Great Idea But..........

Quick Take: too heavy
I like the idea of promoting new growth while removing my eye makeup but this consistency is just too thick. It's like rubbing moisturizing cream into your eyes. It doesn't burn or irritate though and does a decent job removing everything. I've been using the product just over a month and can't see any new growth yet but it's still a little early for those kind of results. I would like to see the technology advance and have this product in more of a liquid form remover.

This is one of the few one-step eye make-up removers that doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes. I couldn't see any "lash enhancing" but it takes off eyeshadow, mascara, and pencil eyeliner very easily but when it comes to liquid eyeliner, this product flakes it off rather than dissolves it. This means that you could get little flakes of eyeliner inside your eye as you're trying to remove it. I ended up returning it because the price doesn't match my expectations.

I tried a sample of this remover over a year ago and I was hooked. This stuff is amazing! It gently removes your mascara and nourishes them at the same time. It does not leave an oily residue like so many of them do. And yes, it actually helps darken and lengthen your lashes. It might be that you are not tugging so much on your lashes and this is what they are supposed to do normally. I know that we are supposed to give our lashes a break from mascara on some days, but that is not going to happen! I love my mascara ( Tarte Gifted Amazonian Clay smart mascara- which by the way is the best ever) I already had long lashes but I promise this had made them even better. People comment on them a lot. I have several friends and family hooked on it now too! I hope they never stop making this. Give it a try and you will not be sorry. I just wish it was a little cheaper in price.

Quick Take: ineffective cleanser, leaves greasy residue
I tried this as a 100-point sample because I used to use the Jurlique eye makeup removing cream & thought this might be comparable. Boy, was I wrong! This cream not only doesn't remove mascara, it didn't even do a good job removing non-waterproof shadow! I was left with a greasy residue & had to use a facial cleanser to get the whole mess off. Plus it irritated my eyes. Needless to say, it did not "replenish" my lashes. Waste of 100 VIB points.

Good product. Does not burn or irritate my eyes. Just one pea size amount for both eyes is all you need. 4 out of 5 stars b/c it's a bit too expensive, although one tube last me about 6 mos. I tried it last year and I just bought my 2nd tube.

Quick Take: painful
I was hoping this stuff would work really well because I've had good luck with kate somerville products in the past, but I was really disappointed. I purchased it because I have very fine, sparse lashes and was hoping it would help improve the situation. I've found that it doesn't remove mascara and eyeliner very well and it makes my eyes burn. I don't usually have sensitivity issues to eye products, so I don't think it's an allergic reaction.

I use mascara every day and eye liner most days, so I needed an eye makeup remover that would not damage my eye area with long-term, repeated use. Recommended by Sephora, this remover takes off my makeup with incredible ease without taking out my eye lashes or aggravating my eye or under eye. I loved it so much I also bought it for my mother.

Quick Take: not greasy, gentle
I'm not sure how much it really helps my lashes, but I love this stuff instead of the normal oily combo eye makeup remover. You know the ones you have to shake to mix like lancome's and clinique's. This is a creamy cleanser that takes off even my toughest mascara (Shisedo defining volume). I bought a bottle finished it and thought it was "okay" until I was without it and I realized it was much more than okay.

I was hesitant about using a cream makeup remover, but this is really quite easy and removes makeup fast! Very gentle on the lashes when you wipe it off and leaves no residue.

Quick Take: conditioning, non-greasy
I bought this product because I have very fine/sparse eyelashes and usually love kate somerville products. unfortunately, this stuff doesn't remove my mascara very well…I have to go over my lashes (and under and sideways, etc) many times to get most of it off, but there's always some left. It does condition lashes but I haven't noticed a difference in fullness or strength. Also, it burns a little when it gets in my eye…which I feel like is not a good sign. I'm going to keep using it though, so maybe I'll see some more results...

Really Does Improve Lashes

Quick Take: fuller lashes, removes waterproof makeup
I was soooo skeptical when I bought this - I mean - do I really need a makeup remover that's THIS expensive??! But my lashes seemed to be falling out a bit when removing makeup and so I thought I'd give this a try. NOT ONLY do I not loose lashes anymore, it's an excellent remover. Also, I used it both before and during use of a popular lash growth product - it definitely helps in ADDITION to this product (keeps lashes healthy). NOTE: I have very sensitive eyes and it did take me a couple weeks to get used to the perfume in it - I've adjusted and found I can continue to use it.

This is the BEST eye makeup remover EVER!!! It removes every kind of waterproof liner, mascara, etc. And I am not loosing lashes at all using this product like I was when using MUFE remover,( which works very well also.) Also, it does condition lashes. All you need is a pump or so and that's w/ a heavy smoky eye. There's NO burning or irritation whatsoever! It really is an incredible product! Kate's statements are 100% true about True Lash, as well as ALL her products,,, Love them all!!!

This is a good, but not great, makeup remover. I still have raccoon eyes in the morning if I wear eyeliner. But my lashes are looking fuller! I'd really recommend taking out contacts FIRST, too! My contacts don't clean easily if this gets on them.

Quick Take: awesome!
I love this product and have recommended it to several friends. I read a lot of the earlier reviews and thought I would try it. I've been using it for over a month and I can tell that my eyelashes are healthier. They are fuller, as if I don't lose as many as I used to. It's great for removing make up and my eyes aren't greasy afterward.

I received a sample of this product and I love it. I have had trouble finding a good eye makeup remover for so many years that I avoided wearing eye makeup. This is not harsh and removes eye makeup very well.

I originally got the sample and it is the only thing that removes ALL my eye makeup. It doesn't matter if you have a full smokey eye or natural, it seriously removes everything. Since using this I have noticed my lashes appear thicker than before. My lashes use to be very thin and you couldn't really tell if I had any. Now I can actually us mascara and everyone can see my lashes!! It is a bit pricey but it should last you awhile. I just take a pea size amount and apply that to both lids. Then take a washcloth or towel and wipe it away. That seems to work best and helps to keep the product out of your eyes!!!
