This product is horrible. It feels like crunch hairspray and leave white residue all over. I have used both powder and spray dry shampoos before and wanted to give this product a try. Never again.

Quick Take: scented, easy to use, natural looking, volumizing
I saw Julia on T.V., listing her favorite things. This product was on her list. It is the only dry shampoo that I have tried so far that actually works. It adds volume to the roots of your hair, making your hair look nice. So it is okay to forgo washing one more day!

Works great!

Quick Take: scented, natural looking, easy to use, volumizing
I loved this product. I received a free sample so I wasn't aware of the price (which is kind of high) but it works wonderfully for my hair. I have a lot of thin strands of hair and it lifted them right up and held the tease in place all day. This product has a pleasant early smell that fades away pretty quickly after you style your hair. I've never had any issues with my hair looking white or powdery, you just comb it through with your head upside down like it says. I would recommend this product.

Great product - fantastic smell!
-04.17.13
Quick Take: scented, natural looking, easy to use
I have used several brands of dry shampoo and this is by far the best. The smell is really wonderful, stronger at first but fades out a bit and eliminated odors in your hair. I have blonde hair so the shampoo never shows up. If you follow the directions it absorbs oil and gives body and some grip for hairstyles. If you use too much or spray too close, like any dry shampoo, your hair will feel chalky.
One annoying problem with some of the aerosol spray dry shampoos I have purchased is that before the product runs out it clogs or the sprayer runs out and you have to throw out the remaining - but I've bought three or four bottles of this and never had a problem.

powdery and greasy

this dry shampoo made my hair feel more soiled, and even a tiny amount shows up powdery and white in dark hair.

The best dry shampoo and volumizer
-04.12.13
Quick Take: scented, easy to use, volumizing
This is truly the best dry shampoo I've ever used. After my first bottle ran out, I decided to buy a cheaper dry shampoo from a beauty supply shop. That was a mistake. Sure, it was half the price and twice the size, but that doesn't mean much when it did almost nothing to my hair. Not only does this dry shampoo get the oil out of my day-old hair, it gives it incredible volume, perfect for updos. I am not usually big on scents, but I kind of like the exotic fragrance to this one. Highly recommend!

Doesn't help
-03.25.13
Quick Take: scented, easy to use
I have very fine, oily hair.
I've tried this dry shampoo twice, once when I showered the morning before, and once when I showered before bed the night before. I had to use a lot of it for it to work at all. In the case where I had showered the morning before (so my hair was more oily) it barely helped, and I kind of felt like it made it worse. It certainly changed the texture of my hair, but not for the better.
The second time when my hair was less oily, it worked better, but my hair still looked oily after a few hours. I would only use this same day, if I were going out at night after being out and about all day. I wouldn't buy this again.

Pretty good volume
-03.20.13
Quick Take: scented
I have tried so many dry shampoos. Although this one isn't perfect, it's my favorite aerosol I've tried so far. I really like the smell, which is perfumey. On one occasion, it did a good enough job that I was able to wear my hair down an extra day, which was a pleasant surprise. Usually, it does a good job of cleaning up the oiliness and creating enough volume for me to put my hair into a decent ponytail or updo. I have dark hair and was pleased that it didn't spray out white. It seems relative easy to brush in as it directs, but I looked close in a mirror shortly after and it looked like it had sort of flaked around my hairline so in the future, I'll be careful not to use it right up to where my part meets my forehead.

Volumizer
-03.13.13
Quick Take: scented, easy to use
It really added volume. For me this is a good thing, but if you already have full or wild hair this may make it unmanageable. There is a limit to how much oil or sweat it will remove. I had to play with how many days I could go without a real shampoo. The small size is great for travelling.

Made my hair sticky!
-03.12.13
Quick Take: scented
I love dry shampoo, as I only wash my hair a couple times a week and it can give dull, lifeless hair a nice pick-me-up. However, I did not love this product. I've tried using it several times and it always seems to make my hair sticky or oily. I'm glad I bought the smaller size because it was really a waste of money. The only reason why I think this product deserves one star is because it smells heavenly.

Best Dry Shampoo
-02.06.13
Quick Take: scented
This is the best dry shampoo I've ever used. It is great at making my hair look less oily a day after shampooing, plus it gives my hair incredible volume. Perfect for a pony tail! I personally like the scent, but I can see where others would not. It is a sort of earthy, patchouli scent.

I like this product, but it seems to make my hair greesy. I know, the opposite of a dry shampoo purpose. But I do like the smell!

Felt like hairspray
-01.22.13
I really wanted to love this product but when I sprayed it on my roots, it went on wet. As it dried, it left my hair with a volume that felt sticky and stiff. I normally use Caudalie dry shampoo but Sephora doesn't carry it anymore. I find a powder version to be best for me and this product was too wet and left my hair unmanageable.

YUCK!
-11.10.12
I did not like this product at all. It leaves a sticky white residue that is impossible to brush out of your hair. In addition, your hair still looks greasy, in fact greasier than when you first applied the product. This did not make my scalp feel "refreshed" at all, just sticky and heavy. I am definitely going to return this.

Doesn't make you feel fresh at all
-11.08.12
Quick Take: easy to use, smelly, volumizing, waxy
I used this dry shampoo today and was disappointed with the results for two reasons:
1) Although my hair does not feel oily, it still feels dirty. As if there is a lot of product in it, and as if it is a bit waxy. I do not feel fresh at all.
2) This product may be better for thin hair, because I have very thick hair (many hairs per square inch) and after using this product, my hair became unruly like a lion's mane. However, if someone has thin hair, the boost in volume might be helpful.
2b) The scent isn't all that great--minor point but still.
In short, I would not recommend this dry shampoo over others but it is better than nothing. However, if my boyfriend tried to touch my hair right now, I would definitely pull away.

For fine hair, stick with baby powder
-11.05.12
Quick Take: scented, heavy
I was looking for a product to freshen up my bangs in the afternoon, since my hair is fine and picks up oil from my forehead. Unfortunately, when I used this spray the result was heavy, stringy, and slightly grayish, almost like I had rubbed chalk in my hair. (FYI: the instructions say to let the product sit for 2 minutes before combing out. At the end of 2 minutes, the spray is opaque gray on the hair. The gray mostly combs out, but leaves a film behind).
In terms of feel, my hair still felt oily, but now also full of product build-up. I will definitely return this one and stick with baby powder- just pat some on, wait a minute or two, and comb out.

Not Sure....
-11.05.12
I'm not sure if I really care for this product so much.
I'm new to it, and want to give it more time, but, the first
application did not really thrill me as much as a regular
powder would. My hair still looked a bit greasy. I'm
on the fence!
