Quick Take: overpriced
I got this because my hair was dry and dull. For reference, I'm a blonde (and at the time had not color-treated my hair). I found this worked very nicely. It also has a nice light grapefruit scent. I would much prefer this to my regular shampoo for keeping my hair silky and smooth, but for one factor: the ridiculous price! Why why why does this cost so much?? If they lowered the price this would be my go-to shampoo.
A few people reviewed that it made their hair feel dry or like they couldn't rinse it out. I did not have this issue. Remember that when you "wash your hair" you are really just washing your scalp (because it gets oily). You should not be running shampoo all throughout your hair every time you shampoo unless something really gross happened to your hair that you are trying to wash out. Overwashing leads to drying of hair shaft because you are soaping away all your natural oils that keep hair smooth and shiny. I'm not sure that's what people experienced when they used this product because that's not how I used it and I don't know what they did, but I used the shampoo to wash my scalp and the conditioners for the ends of my hair and I had the manufacturer's intended results.

So glad the Sephora rep said to try the shampoo & conditioner along with Amp2 to get the full effect of the product. I like it so much, I am going to get the larger sizes when I return! Love the smell of the shampoo too!

I really wanted to like this product but it really didn't do much for my hair. The best item was the mask (in my opinion) which made my hair really soft. It didn't do anything negative to my hair, but it's too expensive to buy again for "OK" results.

Quick Take: amazing, repairing
This shampoo, conditioner and mask are incredible! The sales person at Sephora recommended this after I asked her fr something to help my chemically abused hair. She recommended that I wash my hair using the shampoo, towel dry my hair, apply the mask and leave on overnight. The next morning it was as if years of damage had been erased. My friends have all asked if I've had a keratin treatment done because it looks so smooth. I love LOVE love this line

I am very suprised reading some of the reviews saying this product didn't help! I have damaged and very coarse hair. This product is NO JOKE! It does exactly what it says on the bottle! I have also noticed after using this my style will last longer, I can go another 2 days without washing on top of the 3 days i would go normally. I could not believe after 5 days my hair still look good! Not even kidding, I know it sounds gross, but it's true! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the smell. It smells like alot of chemicals, I actually hate breathing it in, it can't be healthy. I do continue to use it because of the wonderful way it makes my hair look!

Quick Take: not worth the money, counterproductive, a ripoff
The shampoo and conditioner were average at best, and for the price, that is unacceptable. The "Mask" treatment had a texture more similar to surf board wax than anything I would put in my hair. It didn't rejuvenate my hair at all, but instead left it feeling more dry and damaged than before I used the products. THE ONLY redeeming quality of these products is that they smell beautiful (not sure if that changed since the last person complained about the lack of smell, but I really liked the smell!) THAT being said, if all I wanted was fragrance, I wouldn't be purchasing hair care products.

Quick Take: too expensive and it doesn't work.
Left my hair very dry and brittle, and i don't color my hair or use excessive heat. Definitely not worth the price. I switched to Tresseme Platinum and it changed my hair in one wash. DO NOT BUY, waste of money. I wish I could get my money back.

Quick Take: effective, fast-acting, a miracle
I bought this product in store about 3 weeks ago. My dull, frizzy, breakage-prone hair is completely transformed! This seriously delivers results. And quickly. My hair is soft, shiny, and much more manageable. After repeatedly bleaching my hair for over 10 years, this saved my hair!!
I ordered the full size of all three and started using the deep weekly deep conditioning treatment as well. I'm never ever using anything else!

It is a great value and i love this products,they left my super processed hair soft and with shine!They smell good also! But they're little and the full size version of each product is "overly" over priced ,so i'll stick buying this kit!The conditioner is amazing and it did amazing things to my hair!!xo

I found this product to be dreadful. All it did was tangle my hair and dry it up. Absolutely not worth the money, I was hoping for something luxurious and this was far from it. Even for a quarter of the price I would not buy it again.

Quick Take: over-priced, dry, unscented, disappointing
I'm very disappointed in this product, and I'm returning it to the store this weekend. I knew how TINY the bottles were before buying it and had accepted that. But after a few uses, my hair did not feel clean, smooth, hydrated, or manageable. It was very dry and tangled. On top of it, there is NO smell, which might be good for some, but I feel that there's nothing better than good-smelling, freshly washed hair. Not worth the money!!! :(

I love the way my hair feels after using this product line! It really delivers. The problem I have is with the price. This kit contains barely enough product for two uses, especially wiyh my thick, long, hair. Not quite enough for the price paid.

I have thick and long hair which was damaged by Japanese straightening a year ago. I bought this set in hopes that it will work for my brittle ends. While I liked the shampoo - it's nice in texture and suds up easily with small amount, the conditioner didn't impress me much. The Mask wasn't rich enough, it didn't leave my hair silky. My hair/scalp got oily in 2 days and needed another wash. With my regular regimen I wash my hair once in 4-5 days.

I was introduced to the Living Proof line by a Sephora associate who had a lot of damage to her hair and had used the products. This line does not disappoint! Even though it is oil free, it is great for dry, damaged hair. Also, the fact that it is oil free helps to prevent product build-up. I have coarse, dry hair that is chemically processed and constantly straightened with a flat iron. My hair feels softer and healthier each time that I wash it. This is my miracle hair care line!
