Quick Take: perfect
We have this case in the hot pink and black, LOVE THEM!!!! My daughter uses the pink and she has some makeup and it is all organized and easy to see, for her the only own fall is that she has the big set from Sephora that was like 50.00 and it does not fit in this case, not that it would in any case due to its size.
For me I use the black one and love it, it has enough room for all my makeup, brushes and skin care. I love to play with different looks so I have a lot of eye make up, when I was putting all my stuff in this case I "found" colors I never knew I had lol...

Quick Take: cute helpful
If you are someone like me who has multiple liners, mascaras, primers, blush, powder, lipsticks etc. This is a perfect way to organize all of your products. It allows you to see all of your products at once so you can remember all of the different great products you buy. I especially love that all of the inserts can be rearranged to your liking. Not too heavy and has a shoulder strap. I always get compliments :)

Quick Take: beautiful, not very heavy
It was great, I got it for Christmas. I love how some parts of it are sparkly. It's a beautiful color. I dance so it's great for all my elite makeup. I was surprised, it isn't as heavy as I thought it would be. I would recommend t, it's wonderful!!

The One Case Wonder

Quick Take: large, spacious
This case is hands down my favorite purchase from sephora.
I bought this to protect my cosmetics and to compile all of them in one place. I was worried this would be too small, boy was I wrong! This held everything I needed it to, and more AND I have room to grow.
The dividers in the top shelves as well as the bottom are all removable. I didn't have any trouble placing any of the dividers, but it is pretty awkward on some of the shelves.
The bottom will hold an object up to approximately 13.5 inches long, 9 inches wide and about 3-4 inches tall. So it holds my UD 15th anniversary palette, and so much more with ease.
I left this in my cold bathroom overnight to test its ability to protect my cosmetics, and my make up was colder than body temperature, but not nearly as cold as the room.
I don't really like pink but it is a pretty cute case. Now to buy more make up to fill it up!

Huge, bright, sparkly, sturdy case

Overall, I am very satisfied with this case. The color is captivating - deep, vibrant magenta with bright burgundy sparkle. Adjustable dividers are very handy. I confess that I played adjusting them to see how makeup stuff would fit, and found this design be very smart. I see what another reviewer meant saying the inner material was flimsy, but I think such an impression comes primarily from a sharp contrast between outside deep, shiny color and dull, dark grey/black inner foam lining. The foam is flexible and relatively thin but to me it does not feel flimsy. I think it is actually practical to have foam lining that can be wiped for maintenance purpose. The case is well balanced with trays extended.
The things I would like to have different are the shoulder strap color that is light grey for some reason and size. The size is intimidating, seem gigantic on my counter. I wish the case was 2" shorter and 1" smaller in other two dimensions, but I hope it would be handy for my daughter in her college room. I am giving this to her as a B-day gift. Would recommend this purchase to those who has lots of room to store this beautiful case in a view.

I was so excited when this color came out! This is my fourth Sephora train case now and they are all in just as good of shape as when I bought them. They seem a little expensive but compared to other cases they're completely worth the money.

Pretty Color

I got this train case to replace my train case by Kat Von D. Although the case by Kat Von D is very pretty, functional, and actually bigger than this one, it was very, very heavy to have to tug around to my dining table every single time I did my eye make up.
So, I am happy that this case is about 40 percent lighter than the Kat Von D one. However, this case fits less make up than Kat’s. I would say that overall this case will hold from a small amount of make-up to a medium amount of make-up. If you really have a lot of make up, and large eye shadow palettes, there is no way it’s going to all fit in this case by Sephora. I know because all of my make up doesn’t fit in this case. So, right now I’m keeping all of my large Urban Decay Eye Shadow Palettes in the Kat Von D case.
What I like about this case so far, besides it being lighter in weight than, Kats is I like this raspberry color. It looks Christmasey to me. I like the way it opens up. It seems easy to spot your make-up. And, I like the little dividers that you can move around.
The cons: It seems a bit pricey for what you get. It’s not a large train case, even though it states that it is. The corners are a bit sharp, so be careful.
Overall I would say if you don’t have a train case, than get this one if you like the color. Otherwise, get another train case by Sephora that’s on sale.
And, P.S. I feel bad for the one customer who was given the wrong color. How terrible! And the service that she got!

Great product even though it is not what I ordered

First off I will say I was pleased with the shipping time and the product is very nice. Problem is, they sent me the wrong color, even though the invoice enclosed clearly states Raspberry Metallic, I was sent the Midnight train case. I guess I should be happy I at least got the correct product. Even the samples I selected were not the ones I selected.
I called to inquire about how to correct their error and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I find it incredibly inconvenient that I was sent the wrong product but it is my responsibility to return it, wait for the credit (up to 30 days) and then re-purchase the one I wanted in the first place. Customer service gets a 1 out of 10 from me. The product is really nice and I will just keep the black case, to avoid the hassle of returning it. I am very disappointed with the error made and lack of service provided to correct their error.

Pretty Color

Quick Take: great value, pretty color, sturdy
I was told this was the same exact size as the black diamond one that is currently on sale, despite the size measurements of this being about 1/2 an inch larger. The color is so pretty it's got a little bit of sparkle which made me want it more. I never imagined a case that could actually hold all my make up; I was using cigar boxes which can only hold so much.

Received this case as a birthday gift from my hubby, and it is fantastic! Holds all of my smaller makeups and tools without having them in a crazy, jumbled mess. The pink glittery exterior is beautiful, and I like it much better than the flat colored train cases. Only reason I would give it a 4 is that it is a little expensive for what it is.
