These colors are simply perfect. This is the first eyeshadow pallet I have bought from Stila and I couldn't be more pleased. All of the colors blend wonderfully together giving a pro finished look. I need all of these pallets now!

Great Palette For Summer!

Quick Take: portable, good value, great colour payoff
I picked this up with the chic week sale. Even though this palette has been out for awhile, I think it's perfect for summer! I love how smooth the color goes on, and the color payoff is great. I have pale skin, and I usually will use some self tanner in the coming summer months (for a frame of reference). I imagine that the orangey shade will be a perfect way to complete a bronzed look once the fake tanning starts. The blue and pink is perfect for a pop of colour! I love it. Highly recommend it!

I usually stick with the lighter end of the palette. I like stila eye color . It is easy to apply and the liner is great. This is my second stila eye palette and I the color wears well.

Great formulas, so very little shadow fallout--all around awesome. This palette, by design and concept, doesn't have the variety of colors that I like (I really love neutrals that just have hints of more primary colors. With this palette the primary colors seem to have more hints of neutrals.) All that said, it's a great investment for not too garish non-neutral colors like blue, green and rosy purple. For my face, the Chinois and Nectar colors used together make me look too washed out. They're still great, light neutrals.

Wonderful color story with vibrant colors that lasts. I get tons of compliments on my eyes when I use it. This should be in everyone's makeup arsenal. This is a must have. Just buy it already!

Great Neutral Palette with Pizzazz

Quick Take: good value, use friendly
I received a sample of this palette with some looks a while ago, but only recently tried them. I liked the colors so much, I bought the actual palette. The shadows were very velvety, and the colors were perfect. Not only does this palette include a great set of neutrals which I believe would look great with every eye color, but there are three more vibrant colors which really mesh perfectly with the neutrals. The colors are true, and all of them have good pigmentation so you get a lot for your money. Plus, at $39 for 10 great colors, I think it's a steal. Also, the looks that come with the palette help steer users in the right direction with the palette's possibilities. I would say my only gripe is the eye liner that comes with it. The color of the liner is really nice (starfish which is an olive green with gold flecks), but it does not go on my eye easily and the color payoff is not like I hoped.

Quick Take: good value
I love this palette of colors. Every single one of 'em works with my eyes (hazel) and complexion (light to medium), I can put them on wet or dry, and the accompanying eye liner is great. Not to mention you get tons of product (aka, this palette will last forever).

Quick Take: good value, portable, flattering, doesn't settle into wrinkes
I received this palette as a sample along with the In the Moment and In the Light sample palettes. I am so glad I did. The color payoff is great with no fallout or excess glitter The dark plum color is very wearable and works well for my medium cool complexion. II admit that I'm more "attracted" to the flashier UD, Too Faced, and LORAC palettes but these shadows are NOT aging like some of the other palettes with the super high color payoff like UD. I can actually put this on a brush and apply it to my lids without having to spend extra time cleaning up the glitter and fallout. This is not as flashy as some of the other palettes out there but it is so effective and flattering that I look forward to putting it on during the day. Plan to purchase the actual palette soon. The samples have lasted me over 2 weeks.

I love the colors and the smoothness of the powder. Some of the colors are a little hard to wear everyday since they are more mossy green tone but the bright colors blend really well and make great eyeliners.

I love the quality and blend-ability of Stila eye shadows. This is a beautiful palette. I was hoping for a little brighter, less sheer color with the three darker shades, though. I wouldn't give this less stars, the colors are beautiful, but they aren't exactly what I expected. Still very happy with this palette.

Quick Take: portable, good value, lots of selection and looks are possible, works well with other palettes
I had tried a couple of Stila products but this was the first shadows. I have since bought another palette and use together. I like that it comes with a good quality look book with actual photos, this really helps as I was overwhelmed at first. Im not young but hadnt worn shadow much so felt like a newbie. Lovely subtle neutrals and then 3 bright colours, interesting combination. I have the matte palette as well and I find the two together are outstanding. My liner seemed to malfunction too bad as I like the shade. The other palette liner performed fine so likely flawed. Great quality, selection for the price. Some find it costly but if you think of 10 shadows and liner it really is cost efective if yu use at least 50% of contents. Will likely purchase In the Moment next

I love the colors in this palette. This one and the palette with the purple-toned shades are my favorites out of the Stila collection. On my eyelid, the colors appear much less intense and saturated than they do in the lookbook photos...but I expected that, given that the lookbook photos were done by a professional makeup artist and with professional/ideal photo lighting. I actually don't mind the discrepancy, as I prefer a slightly subtler look for work, etc. But the shades like Freesia are a fun way to add some color to even a subdued look. I'm not a huge fan of the magenta shade, but that's just me.

I've always liked Stila eyeshadows, and was excited to see these palettes. Sometimes when I try to mix some of the taupe-y colors together, it gets a little muddy looking and not well-defined. Really like the eyeliner though, great to use with or without the palette colors. Overall I thought it was a really nice set; just be careful with the blending.
