Quick Take: lightweight, absorbs quickly, intensive, smells simply divine
Oh dear, where do I start? I have mature skin and finding the need for a light but very effective day moisturizer. I can almost hear my skin drinking this product. Love, love, and love the absorbtion into my skin. It works well under my make-up. I noticed my skin texture is much smoother since adding this to my normal skincare regime.

Okay, so now I am 59 and have really dry skin. Most of the other moisturizers clog my pores (ugh). This was recommended by Maria (my sales guru) and I LOVE IT. Feels light, stays dewy and doesn't clog pores. I saw a big difference in my skin in two weeks.

Love, love this moisturizer! My skin has become dryer as I've gotten older and I recently moved to the high dessert which does not help matters. I could tell a difference in the texture of my skin after a couple of days. My skin is softer, smoother and my fine lines are less noticeable. I have recommended Starting Over to several friends and will continue to do so.

Good but not great

I really like the Starting Over eye cream and so decided to give this moisturizer a try in my search to find a less costly alternative to my Clarins Super Restorative Night Cream. Now, I am not expecting this or any face cream to do "age-erasing"...I think most of us are savvy enough these days to know moisturizers, even great ones, aren't going to "erase" anything much at all. Starting Over is a pleasantly scented (citrusy/fresh) moisturizer that is nice to use and absorbs quickly but I was hoping for something a bit richer and heavier for use at this time of year (Canadian winter). And while this is a nice moisturizer, it's not as rich as I was hoping it would be. I will certainly use it in spring and summer but I think for now, it's back to the Sephora Age Defy Night Moisture Cream for me.

Love this stuff! Just bought my second jar today. It keeps my skin feeling moisturized without being greasy. Just make sure you don't use too much! A little goes a long way. Let it sit for a couple of minutes before you put on makeup! Doesn't irritate my semi sensitive skin either!

This moisturizer really does a great job of repair little age lines and improves the texture of my skin. And I absolutely love the scent while wearing it. It's my favorite night and daytime cream.

Not for sensitive skin

I really wanted to love this product. I was looking for a new product for my skin with no parabens and oil-free.
I have very sensitive skin, combination (mostly on the dry side). I get some breakouts here and there, and my skin reacts badly to changes in general (very sensitive!).
I liked the texture of this cream and I only applied it at night because it goes quite shinny on the skin (although not greasy). It absorbs very quickly.
I have been using this cream for 4 months now, and I just went through my 1st container, but I will not be buying it again.
Overall I am just not impressed. I do not see any improvement in my skin. I do not think my skin has a good reaction to this formulation, because I get red after putting it on :(. I also do not enjoy the smell of the cream (it has a very strong smell).
Definitely a cream for someone who is looking for some oil free hydration, but be careful if your skin is too sensitive :).

Maybe it's because of my age but I know there are better moisturizers out there for me. I love the smell and consistency of the product but not doing anything for wrinkles. Even temporarily.

I've been using this for a couple weeks now, and my skin looks great. My skin is very smooth, and it does a great job on the few fine lines I'm starting to get. I would definitely buy it again.

Did not break me out and it was very moisturizing but I had to return it because of the smell ): The smell does not go away. It's not necessarily a bad smell but it is too strong for my taste. It also did not seem like my skin absorbed the product completely so I was left with a slight oily face.

I would buy this moisturizer just for its' scent. Light and fruity but does not linger. The moisturizer is also light and absorbs well. Especially nice for summer.

Very moisturizing, however, horrible scent

Quick Take: intensive
I quickly purchased this during the VIB sale after reading so many good reviews on here. I was hoping that this cream would be provide enough moisture for my skin to survive NY's dry winter climate. I don't usually use night moisturizers because I have combination skin so sometimes when it's not that cold/dry I can get away without moisturizing. And in the summer, I don't even bother with night creams because I'm so lazy. But back to the product, when I first used it, it was very moisturizing, actually too moisturizing. I think it's a very good product if you have super dry skin. But I don't really recommend it if you have a sensitive nose because this cream has a really strong oatmeal scent with a hint of bitter citrus (due to the ingredient, bitter orange lol). I'm surprised that no one else had any problems with the scent so I'm guessing it's just me. I ended up returning it.

i love this moisturizer its not to heavy and makes your skin look amazing! i got it as a sample but after i tried it i needed to buy it. it was a little pricey for me but i decided it was worth it because it was so amazing!
