After I use it, my skin feels clean. Which is something I can't say for many products. Unfortunately it leaves my skin slightly dry. So I use a moisturizer to re hydrate my skin.

Quick Take: refreshing, smooth
This is the best mask I have ever used and I should have discovered this ages ago. Just apply a thin layer and it dries super fast. I still use Freeman's masks as well as a quick drugstore fix. This masks just literally clears up my pores in one application. Makes my skin really smooth after.

Quick Take: effective, gentle
I've had this product for a few months. I used it again this morning and was once again so impressed with visibly refined and clear pores that I was inspired to review it here. With oily skin and acne problems, I've been to dermatologists and tried all kinds of prescription "solutions" to get my skin under control. This in combination with a couple other key products from Sephora has worked better than any of the harsh prescription topical treatments.

I am SO happy they now sell this at Sephora. While I wish it came in a larger, more cost effective package, I must say, I keep buying it. I do reserve it for just my T-zone, bcuz of the cost, but that really is the area I need it the most. It is great for bringing up all those nasty things plugging your pores - NOTE: this may cause you to break out at first, but that is kind of the point - you want to draw out those toxins - but once you do, and if you keep using it religiously (I use it every Sunday), the breakouts should reduce, and your pores will thank you! LOVE - always have, always will!

It does clean deeply. This is the only mask I have used that cleans a medium-coverage liquid foundation. I follow with a toner and the cotton turns out completely white - the only mask that has been able to do that.

So I am very torn about writing this review. The first time I used it, the mask felt great, and I did notice a lot of my blackheads were gone after using it. However, I used it again a week later (the directions on the bottle say use once a week or as needed so I was following recommended usage) and the mask agitated the skin on my nose so much I had a raw and red nose for a few days! So now I'm scared to ever use it again in case it does that to more areas of my face. But I also want the blackhead removing benefits... As I said, torn.

Quick Take: refreshing
I have never been a fan of masks as I always felt they dried out my skin too much but I love this one! I have lived in NYC for over 4 years and I feel that this mask really helps clean my skin and get rid of all the grim. I currently use it 1-2 times a week but with the summer months fast approaching, I might use more because the humidity can really clog pores.

It's ok. Left it on for about 15 min until it dried (like the directions say) and when I rinsed it off, it left my face red for the rest of the day! Not sure if I left it on too long, or what. But my face WAS soft and smooth the next morning. It has a smooth consistency, no scrubby bits that I could feel.

Save your money and do not splurge on GlamGlow. This works SO much better and is so much cheaper. As with any acne mask, topical, med, etc you will not see drastic results right away. It will however make your skin feel smoother, shrink pores little by little, and help clear current breakout with each use. Do not be discouraged if your skin breaks out a little more than usual at first. That just means it is drawing stuff out of your pores, which is exactly what it is supposed to. If you have oily skin (especially in your t-zone), BUY THIS. It will help :)

I went into Sephora and ended up having one of the associates put some eye make up on me to try some things out. Up until that point I thought my skin was ok looking....until he handed me the mirror. I was horrified to see how large and gross the pores on my nose and surrounding area looked. The associate noticed too, which was even more horrifying, but he said that Origins charcoal mask would help clear out my pores and shrink them. I was so embarrassed that I had nothing to lose by trying this product. I'm SO glad he told me about this product. After investing in super bright light bulbs in my bathroom, I used the mask, and after about 15 minutes I washed it off. My pores look amazing now! This is definitely going to be a weekly process. I used to use pore strips, not anymore. Origins works better then they ever could!

I had received the Origins Clear Improvement Mask as a sample and loved it after the first time I used. I actually have it on as I type this. I feel as though it really gets into my pores and my skin looks more radiant after I use it. I have sensitive skin and this product doesn't irritate it at all. Glad I found it!

i have developed roseacea over the last 2 yrs and nothing really helps my skin -- this does -- i use 1-2 times per week, it does not dry me out (and i am already a bit dry) and it does not aggravate my sensitive skin. it does dry out the roseacea bumps and they go away -- my skin looks healthy again
