Didn't work for me

I bought this to combat redness, but unfortunately it did nothing for me. I returned it. The odd thing was, when I returned it the saleslady kept looking it over and shaking it to see if I'd used it. Well, of course I used it--how else would I have known it didn't work!!

Quick Take: moisturizing
Not really sure what this serum is supposed to do - didn't notice any dramatic improvements in anything including my rosacea. Feels good when it goes on and you don't need much to cover most of face.

Great for eczema

Quick Take: hydrating, moisturizing
I have been using this for about two years. I had some eczema on my face that I tried everything for and couldn't get rid of. I started using this and it is the only thing that works. I haven't had a flareup since I started using it and the bottle lasts a very long time since you don't need a lot. I highly recommend it!

I LOVE this product! It may be expensive but it has improved the look and feel of my sensitive skin tremendously in the month that I've been using it. A little bit goes a long way. I was first given a sample by an Origins staff member and it lasted me two weeks. My skin feels smoother, is less red and the flakes are gone. I use it twice a day with moisturizer over it.

I am very prone to dryness, redness and imflammation . I love the natural origins products. This serum is light but still gives me the moisture I need. It is also very soothing and alleviates rednessz. It smells great too!

Quick Take: amazing, best product to use day to day, gentle for all skin types, best investment for you skin
I have tried many serums to help with my acne and scarring but all the ones I tried peeled and agitated my skin instead of calming and healing it. This product makes the redness go away beautifully and heals the skin to a baby soft feel. I have been using the products for only 3 weeks and see huge improvements in texture and color :D

I have sensitive skin that vacillates between dry & irritated/oily & congested; basically my face has multiple personality disorder (frequent air travel for work doesn't help). I have a lot of products that work well for a couple of my skins issues, but very few that seem to make them all better. This would be one of them. I love everything about it. The texture is like a creamy serum and sinks right in; its moisturizing enough to stand alone on oilier days but light enough to layer under a moisturizer without feeling heavy. I love the earthy, herby smell although it might not be for everyone. It makes my face look calm, even, and happy. It never stings or irritates, even around my eyes, and a little goes a long way (so don't be put off by the price). I highly recommend this product!

i noticed great results when using this after a clarisonic exfoliation. the serum penetrates into the skin rather than sit on top. great product for sensitive skin, too bad no spf added though.

Quick Take: calming
I have rosacea-prone skin, and this is absolutely the best calming product I have found. Takes out redness, leaves your skin with a nice glow. Even though it's called a serum, it goes on more like a lotion ... it's the only moisturizer I use. LOVE IT. Will buy it as long as they keep making it!

I have super sensitive and dry skin and I've been using this serum for a couple weeks and my skin feels softer and looks smoother (less visible lines). I don't love the smell, but I love the feel and the results so far. I alternate it with a heavier moisturizer (Le Mer).

I used this for a few weeks and didnt see any difference in my skin, but it did leave it very smooth. It ultimately went back because my boyfriend is has asthma and he couldnt breath after I put it on. And my mom is allergic to mushrooms and the smell bothered her as well.

I have rosacea and it helps reduce my facial redness. It calms instantly but overtime it has helped keep the red inflamed look away. I get acne very easily with products and I have had no problems what so ever. I have used this product for over a year now and it is part of my everyday morning/evening routine.

I picked this up because I like the Origins and Weil product lines. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but I did like it. I found the scent to be earthy and the consistency of the product to easily soak into my skin leaving a hydrated feeling.

I am very fair and have redness in my cheeks and around my nose and mouth which makeup does not cover. Tried this but it did nothing for the redness. It did make my face very soft, though, but that does not justify the expensive price so I returned it. And the smell--it just smells earthy, like a guy's cologne, not bad at all.

This serum is perfect for my skin. It helps to tame my redness and irritation of my sensitive skin while giving it the moisture boost that it needs to not go dry! I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin since I started using this. I pair it with the toner and have had great results. As this has helped to "normalize" my skin so I no longer have very dry patches and very oily patches my skin hardly ever breaks out anymore, just the odd blemish every month or two if that! LOVE. Highly recommend.

I just used up the whole bottle and had to pitch in my 2 cents. This is *the* absolute best product for red, irritated skin. If you have visible redness on your face, try this product. I have good skin but I like to try new products and more often than not, those new products make my skin red and irritated. When I put this on my face before bed, the visible redness is gone in the morning. My skin is soft the morning after, it absorbs very quickly and you dont need much to put a good layer on your face. One bottle has lasted me more than 6 months because I only use it when I have visible redness on my face. It is truly a miracle worker and even though its pricey, it is well worth the cost to me. And it never makes me breakout or cause any sort of irritation. I have tried a handful of serums so far and this one is my must have.

Adult Acne...GONE!

About 2 years ago I went through an adult acne phase and tried numerous products that only irritated my skin. I had never had a skin problem until this phase. My skin didn't clear up until I tried this serum by Dr, Weil along with the Mega Mushroom Face Cleanser. I've had nothing but beautiful, glowing skin since and frequently get compliments. It is pricey but given my results I HIGHLY recommend this product.
