These rollers required two hands to remove them from the heater. They were also too hot to handle, and almost burnt my scalp! The day after I used them for the first time, I mentioned this to a friend. She had purchased the same rollers and had the same complaints. I returned them to the store.

Quick Take: heavy
I really liked alot at first. I find that sometimes my hair turns out well and other times it doesn't. I have very long, thick, hair. My sister has shorter, thiner hair then me and she Hated them! I think the commerial they advertise is very misleading, they show a girl with thin hair and then when it's done she miraculously has full voluminous hair, it's because they add tons of hair extensions and teased her hair it has nothing to do with the rollers they only give you volume if you already have it, the're not magic. My main complaint with these is that the one's on top don't stay up very well. but, When they do, it looks good! It doesn't last very long though, unfortunately.

Quick Take: heavy, frustrating to use
I got this as a birthday gift because I assumed it would make my curling life so much more easier. It really didn't. They're heavy and I'm not kidding when I say HEAVY! I didn't think that'd be an issue until I've got them in my hair and they're slowing sliding their way down. And my goal of having voluminous curls didn't happen. Each time I took a roller out it was like playing the lottery, seeing what result I'd end up with each section. It was extremely frustrating. And sometimes some of the rollers are weird and don't want to heat up so you got to play around with it a bit and move it around until they do. I've tried getting use to them but there was no getting use to. I have medium-long hair, thought my sister who has long hair would have a better time with it and thinking how she loves to style her hair on a daily basis because she'll have a better time with it. She had problems with it as well.
Ended up returning it and would definitely not recommend anyone to try it!

Quick Take: voluminous hot rollers set
i love these rollers. they give my almost shoulder length hair a nice smoothness without a curl. works better than a flat iron to smooth out frizz. one problem - i am on my second set. they don't seem to last & for the price they should! the first set just slowly started fizzling out.

I bought these from another company about a year ago or so. I wasn't actually sure I would like them, as i'm someone who doesn't want to wait around or spend a lot of time to do my hair. So i thought i'd give them a try, and I LOVE them! Every time i do my hair, i get so many complements on how curly and shiny my hair is. The ones I got were the 1.5" curlers and my hair is a bit below my shoulders, so i get a lot of great volume that lasts. My hair does tend to curl and hold it quite well, so maybe the ones with difficult to curl hair might not do so well with this one. I"ve been too stingy to let my sister borrow them because I don't want them to get lost.

I love these hot rollers, best I've ever had. I have thick hair to the middle of my back and these work great. I used to do my hair with rollers on special occasions. I used the rollers once for a work function and got so many compliments, I don't leave the house without using them. I only keep the rollers in for about 3 minutes so it gives me definition and this lasts all day. Even better? I travel a lot for work and having all this in a compact case is the best. I've recommended this product to a ton of friends.

I have been using hot rollers all my life. So far these are the worst i have ever used. I bought them because I need large rollers. I have alot of hair and it's thick.
For the money, I was hoping for awesome. The clips have a hard time holding the curler in place..they tend to flop. I can't seem to clip the rollers in a way as to prevent a 'crimp' in the hair next to scalp. The flopping doesn't help. There is always one roller that doesn't heat up. I have to move it around and press it down. Also, 8 rollers is not enough, there should be 10. The hole thing looks flimsy. For the price I expected the best much better.

Initially I didn't like these hot rollers and planned to return them. I found that I did not like how my hair was turning out when I used them but after some trial and error I have come to really like them a lot. I found that I get longer lasting volume than I have ever attained with any other hot rollers (it lasts two days!) and I have extremely fine hair that lies pretty flat so this is saying A LOT! I have tried four other brands of hot rollers over the past 10 years and this one blew them all away.
The only issues I have had was one of the rollers did not ever heat up (I checked and it was the actual roller that had the problem as it did not work no matter where I placed it) and one of the clips broke as soon as I opened it. This was not the high quality I have come to expect from the other T3 products I have used previously and makes me question how long the set will actually last.
I would recommend the hot rollers for the results; but I had to remove a star for the fact I had issues with the product itself.

Quick Take: amazing, perfect
I don't understand the bad reviews. I have thick and long hair. It does wonders. I have a 2 & a 3 year old and I never have enough time. I wash my hair at night and i use these rollers in the morning. I make breakfast, get the kids ready, etc with my curlers on. Right before I take them off I use Frederik Fekkai's brilliant glossing spray. This is the best thing that ever happened in my beauty life.

I had to return these after one use. My hair is very fine and a little longer than shoulder length. Not only did these rollers burn my scalp, but they were so heavy that I felt they were pulling my hair out! No thank you! Maybe these work better on thicker , longer hair, which may protect the scorching hot curler from burning the scalp!

Quick Take: probably not worth the money
For the money, I was hoping for awesome. The clips have a hard time holding curler in place..they tend to flop. Took repeated effort to place the curler in such a way that there isn't a 'crimp' in the hair next to scalp. The flopping didn't help. So far I have removed cord, clipped fasteners back together to fit it back in the case. Cumbersome and I know soon they'll just get set loosely on a shelf. Bag is too small for easy/quick storage. A lot of money.

I've been using hot rollers most of my life. Why, oh why, can't a good brand like this give us 8 REALLY BIG rollers? That's all we need to get the great hairstyles we want. The smaller sizes can be bought anywhere and do a comparable job.

I was hoping this set had enough rollers to set my whole head of hair but I wish it had two more large rollers. I do like how quickly it heats up and the soft sided case for easy storage. Cons: I can't get the clips in the right position to hold the roller as tight to my head as I would like. Still had to put cotton balls between the roller and my scalp for comfort from heat.

I got this hot rollers on a whim... which I wont do ever again after this. First I rarely use heating tools on my hair, but was hoping that the hot rollers will be easy enough for me to put on during the morning while I get ready.
I had not used this 3 times when two of the 8 connectors stopped working! so it does not heat 2 of the 8! it is so inconvenient and frankly makes me really upset since this is not a cheap product!
I can say that the style of the waves you get are nice, very soft, but the quality of the product it is horrible, super expensive for what it is. Only 8 rollers... broke in 3 uses.
I kept trying to use it, thinking I was not plugging the rolls right, but that was not the case. I am going to return it if I can in the next few days.

I've tried a few rollers, including Calista, and these are by far the best. They do give lots of volume and a nice big curl. My only complaint is that they do leave a crease where the clip goes on the top curlers.

I have very straight, thick hair that can be very flat.
These gave me exactly what was promised. I do wish there were 2 more rollers as my hair is pretty long and was just a little too much for these rollers to hold easily.

Perfect for 2nd Day Hair

Sad to see such mixed reviews. I personally LOVE these hot rollers. They do exactly as advertised - creates body and waves.. No, these won't curl your hair like the ones from back in the 80's, but they do curl the hair under and provide a lot of volume. I have thicker hair that does hold curl very well. I've noticed that everyone with fine, straight hair does not like the rollers so I'm thinking you need to have hair that holds a curl for these to work.
They do come with a 2 year warranty so anyone with problems with the heater not working - send it back to the manufacturer and ask for a new one.
You can also purchase additional rollers on Sephora's website and I bought even smaller ones that are 1.25 from Nordstrom. My hair is past my shoulders, layered, and between medium and thick. I had no problem getting all of my hair up in the 8 rollers provided, but I ordered smaller ones for my bangs and just because I wanted to try them.
I don't like to wash my hair every day, but I also don't like wearing ponytails to work. I use these all the time on my 2nd day hair to refresh and it works wonders. Love these and hope you do too.

My hair is very straight but fine and while I have been able to curl my hair with a flat iron and keep the curl all the day, the rollers didn't cut it. They added a little volume for some of the day but definitely didn't see volume into day 2 and of course no curl either.
