Quick Take: good value, beachy
I love this set! The fragance is absolutly wonderful! Its like it transports you to an island paradise! It's great to layer the lotion and the perfum together so you get a lingering scent... it is a lighter scent but it is still definetly noticable and does last.

Quick Take: good value
I bought this as a gift for a friend and she loved it. I bought the same for myself (sans the fragrance roller-on because I am allergic to most perfumes). The lotion is super hydrating, though it smells a little strong for me so I keep it to my legs and a tiny bit on my hands/elbows. The lip tint is a little bit drying and the color is very pearly, but it smells good and I wear it anyway. Best of all, the products are vegan which makes it so easy to shop for all types of friends.

This is a really nice introductory set. The body butter is a very nicely scented and rich but not greasy. I really like the fact that this isn't filled with chemicals or mineral oils. A little bit goes a long way, so use the lotion sparingly.
The roller ball is a really travel friendly way to carry your perfume, but remember that it is made of glass so depending on your purse, a padded make up bag might be a good idea.
The Vanilla scent itself is a very lovely one. It is a sexier and more complex vanilla, which is nice because sometimes vanilla can easily become a very Junior High scent. It doesn't make me feel like a kid.
I like the lip balm, but being quite pale this color does wash my mouth out a little bit, so I have been using it over various darker lip colors to add some shimmer and sparkle. I would love to try the one that comes with the blood orange kit.

Every year we get together and do a girl grab bag gift exchange and so this year I bought this set.
I liiked how it smelled, kind of like you've been baking some delicious desserts all afternoon, with none of the calories.
The woman who received this gift really liked it too and told me that the lotion is really moisturizing and thick, which is much needed this time of year. Even her husband likes the scent of the rollerball perfume and the lipbalm is fantastic on.
It's kind of like a winter pick me up all in one box!

Received this as a gift. You can barely smell the perfume, which isn't so great anyway. The lotion has no smell at all.
Never would have bought this. I'll keep it because I can still use the lotion even though it's pretty much "fragrance free". Lip gloss isn't bad. I feel like it could be a good gift for a little girl or an old lady. It just so blah...

These products smell really nice, love vanilla. One thing I don't like is the perfume comes in rollerball form - I've had several rollerball perfumes and they never really work right. The lip gloss is a good size though, bigger than most.

This was my first Experience with the Pacifica Brand and I must say I was very dissapointed. I could not even smell the rollerball on my skin. The lip balm looked strange on my skin tone and the texture felt weird on my lips. The lotion felt nice but had such a light smell i couldn't tell I had it on. I gave the set to my daughter and she seems to like it fine. I'm willing to try once more and may order the gardenia, hopefully the smell will be stronger.

Was really excited about trying this, but was incredibly dissappointed. The rollerball perfume not only had to be manipulated to allow function, but the vanilla scent was barely detectable! I could not believe how little scent this provides. Would never purchase again.

I was originally going to buy this giftset for my secret Santa, but I decided to gift it to myself, lol. I'm usually not a big fan of vanlla scent because they usually smell like sugary sweet icing, but this is just delightful! The smell isn't overpowering and it lasts all day. And for my secret Santa I got her the Hawaiian Ruby Guava set.

I bought the small tube of Island Vanilla moisturizer a few weeks back, loved it, and wanted to try the fragrance. This collection was too good to pass up, and I am very happy I bought it. The fragrance is lighter than I'd expected, but I still like it. It smells rather like Pink Sugar, but without the cotton-candy intro. The lotion is not greasy, and the fragrance stays all day. The lip balm is bigger (wider) than a chap stick, so that makes it a tad awkward if you have a little cupid's bow pout like I do. The color is pink, but it is flattering, and I do like it (no weird taste or smell). Wonderful gift for vanilla lovers, it is a great value.

I think this is a really good value and I love the smaller sizes of the fragrance and body butter. If you are interested in trying Pacifica products for the first time, I think this is the way to do it. The Island Vanilla fragrance is divine, it isn't overpowering or cloying and on my skin it smells like a soft, vanilla ice cream. I didn't care much for the lip tint, the texture is odd and mine was actually crumbling from the second time I used it (sort of like when you drop a deodorant stick and it starts falling apart and crumbling? Super weird). It is moisturizing and smells nice (though the taste isn't very pleasant), but I think the main issue is the color. It's a frosty light pink that works well on my very fair, cool-toned complexion and while it looks rather natural on me, I think most women out there wouldn't be able to pull this off without looking like a 12 year old wearing Bonne Bell.

I was a bit torn on how to rate this one. I love the scent, it's very nice...and it does remind me of Comptoir Sud Pacifique as one reviewer wrote. The hand lotion is luxurious. It's non-greasy, and highly moisturizing. It doesn't smell like Island Vanilla at first, but the scent does turn and change to it after a while. The lip tint has a great texture, and it's moisturizing but the downside to me is the color. As it looks like in the picture, It's a frosty pearl pink; which is not my thing. The roller ball in my set is a bit stuck too. I gave it a good rating because I do love the perfume fragrance, and everything is sooo moisturizing. Even with the minor downsides I posted I am glad I got this set, it's a nice little intro.
