Quick Take: portable, good value, long lasting, easy to use
This palette is ideal for anyone who wants shadows to work day to night. The pigments are rich and last throughout the day and they're very blendsble. I had a makeup artist use this palette on me in store and I fell in love with it! It also comes with an instruction booklet to help you get creative :)

Quick Take: portable, good value
I love this Palette. The colors are creamy and vibrant. The colors work great with my bluish grey eyes but are equally beautiful on someone with brown or hazel. I've read complaints about the packaging but I think it's fine. I've had no problems with the palette staying closed, no breakage due to flimsiness, or any other issue.

I totally give the product 5 stars! These eyeshadows are great, I've been a fan of Stila shadow for a long time. They're paired up perfectly in colors that go together. I've been using the black and dark purple wet as liner and that's great too. I've really had fun with this palette. I only don't give an overall 5 stars because of the packaging. It's just cheap cardboard and I'm afraid it won't hold up at all if it gets wet or something. Also, I don't think it stays closed very well. I think the value of this is decent but I do wish the packaging was sturdier.

I adore Stila's palettes. They have some of the most beautiful, unique colors with a real bang for your buck. I love love love the In The Moment palette. It goes beautifully with my hazel eyes. The liner it comes with is gorgeous too- a vivid, shimmery purple! Great quality shadows all around, I 100% recommend.

WHY DID I PURCHASE THE UD NAKED PALETTES WHEN I SHOULD HAVE BEEN COLLECTING STILA PALLETTES?! There is nothing I don't love about this. I love the creamy beautiful colors, I love the plummy liner with its minuscule pink glitters, I love the look book of suggestions that came with it. This was my first Stila purchase, and I can promise many more in my future. Amazing.

Quick Take: good value, buttery, pigmented
I have a lot of eye shadow palettes- this is one I find myself returning to time and time again. The colors are gorgeous and I can create a lot of different looks with this kit. It has a great mix of neutrals with a couple pops of color. This kit can create some great smokey eyes. The shadows are buttery and pigmented. Very pleased with purchase, will definitely look at more Stila Palettes in the future!

So, I love Stila eye shadows, and I have the In The Light Palette which I adore. The only thing keeping this from a 5-star rating are some of the colors. While you will get full color saturation and easy application, a lot of these shades are simply too bright or intense for daily wear for me. It has been relegated to a "special occasion" set of colors. However, if you are able to wear these colors on a daily basis, this is a great way to get quality selection without a huge cost.

This is my first Stila eye shadow purchase. The colors are well pigmented, silky and easy to apply. They blend beautifully. This palette looks great with blue or green eyes. I will definitely buy more Stila eyeshadow. Good value for money.

Quick Take: great for experimenting
The colors are great. I'm a big fan of shimmery shadows and I like to play around with different looks so palettes for me are fabulous. The shadows go on so smoothly and last all day over my shadow primer. The liner is great! It's just perfect and I got it at a steal for half off during a sale!

This eyeshadow palette has way too much glitter. I prefer the blue version. Also known as "in the know".
In the moment's eyeshadows smelled funky. I couldn't tell if it was the packaging or the eyeshadow itself. The shadows had a lot of fallout. returned it.

This has the perfect blend of shimmer and matte, which I love. Beautiful colors that go well together. Velvety smooth application; blend well and last all day on my oily eyelids prepped with a primer. I also have "in the moment "palette for a great mix of shades. Highly recommend these if you love your matte shadows.

I love this pallet, after some thought i went ahead and bought it, I read some of the reviews after, and saw there was a problem with primer, and shadows being too light.. I use urban decay primer (purple tube) and these colors stick on great! they blend so smooth, but you have to have great brushes too! I would def recommend this! I have med tone skin and green eyes, works very well for me! and I even mix it with my benefit colors all the time :) worth the $

I decided to try this set because I wanted to add a little color to my make up collection. I mostly wear neutral colors and I thought this would make a good opportunity to step out of my comfort zone. I was told that purple brings out green eyes and that was another reason why I decided on trying this pallet. The few times I have used this pallet have been nothing but wonderful, the eye shadows are a great mix of purple tones and neutrals, they are pigmented and blendable. I enjoy the fact that it comes with a look book with day to night looks also. My favorite part is that it comes with a full size smudge stick, it is by far the best eyeliner I have used. I suffer from allergies so my eyes water a lot and this eyeliner once set never budges! All in all I suggest purchasing this especially if you have green eyes!

These shadows are very beautiful and full of saturated color. Many unique combinations can be made from this palette. I have blue eyes and fair complexion and they compliment me beautifully.

Not what I expected

I thought the colors of this palette looked wonderful in the case but on me not so much. I was expecting the same consistency of the shadows like the ones in In The Light palette and that just wasn't the case. I don't know if the formula is different in this set but I wasn't happy. I still enjoy Stila products this one just wasn't for me, I will be returning it.

I have such a problem finding an eye shadow that I like so I decided to get this in a sample and see if I could find one that I really like. The sample came with the in the moment palette as well as in the garden and in the light. I normally like something a little glittery in a light purple or pink color. I absolutely LOVE the impulse color in the in the moment palette. The darker ones I don't like but for the lighter ones I would definitely buy this. This definitely has some great shades.

That time of year out with the old in with the new. So I grabbed this wonderful palette of matte and shimmer shadows. Added bonus has an eyeliner. It has everything you need for day and then you can turn it up for night with the eyeliner and darker shades. Love it!
