Quick Take: tinsel town philosophy lip gloss
I really wanted to lik this gloss, it's nice in all but I had higher expectations. First, everyone says "it smells delish!" but to me it kind of smells like cough syrup and it has an overpowering scent of peppermint. I love peppermint but this is a little too much for me. Also the color is very bright and it's definitely not an everyday gloss for me atleast. It's alright though but not my favorite product.

Quick Take: non-sticky, moisturizing
All of the lip shines are great. Just enough color and shine for everyday or something special. Not drying like lipsticks can be and not too goopy like some other glosses.

Quick Take: moisturizing, flavored
Ladies this is the best gloss ever!! Not only do you get a perfect hint of color on your lips, but also just the right amount of shine. My husband loves the flavor! I have very "thin" lips, and when i wear this it makes my lips look full and sexy. The gloss gives your lips a slight "tingle" feeling and smells great.

I really wanted to like this product but I found the smell a bit overbearing. Honestly it smells/tastes kind of like cough syrup. The color however is very nice, the gold flecks are very eye catching. Though as pretty as it is I find it to be a little to bright to be an everyday gloss. I was kind of disappointed because normally philosophy products smell amazing but this one I'm not too find of. All in all it's a nice product but not my favorite.

This product is a perfect color not only for the Christmas time but also just for everyday. It has the perfect amount of red pigment its very shiny too. The flavor is almost like bubble mint scent. I love this lipgloss and i have been using it every day since i bought it

Tinsel Town is a great gloss. The scent is unique. It's berry, but with a mix of something Christmas-y. Maybe holly or mistletoe? You'd have to try it to understand. It has a cooling tingle but nothing overwhelming. It won't irritate you like a lip plumper. The color is a sheer, barely there red with just a hint of micro shimmer. You really have to look up close to see the shimmer. it doesn't feel sticky.

This does not disappoint! A light berry tinge of color with nice shine and a minty taste! Not sticky and very refreshing. Does have to occasionally be reapplied, but don't they all?!...

Nice, but kind of sticky

Quick Take: moisturizing, flavored
I love the color and shimmer of this gloss, but I find it a bit sticky for my preference. It does tingle a bit and has a sweet, kind of minty flavor but neither of those bother me. If it wasn't sticky, I'd buy again because I really do love the color and shimmer.

I really believe its a nice lipgloss even for the cost due to its texture and ability to leave lips moist. A bit tingly (not bothersome) and has a slight minty aroma.
It's not really sticky (don't worry it won't stick to your teeth when you smile or leave stretchy residue clinging your lips while you open your mouth to speak as if you just threw on elmer's glue. Even as hours pass when less remains on your lips, stickiness is at minimum and your lips are still moisturized.
Mine didn't really have much taste at all-if anything just normal lipgloss really. Considering other reviews I read here, I agree it has a nice thickness and shine (with a bit of a shimmer, not glitter particles!).
What I like especially is the color, its not opaque but leaves a hint of rose color on your lips which is subtle. Definitely moisturizing..I started with chapped dry lips and even after the lipgloss is gone 6 hours later, my lips are soft! If you use lipgloss regularly this is great and has a great look. But if you're really looking for one with a yummy flavor, I would go with another philosophy "flavor." Hope this helped!

Quick Take: sheer, non-sticky
This lipgloss has a very sheer red tone which I love. It doesnt look too overdone, but over a dark red lip it would gorgeous on the center of your lip. it smells minty and just is a wonderful product overall.

Philosophy makes the BEST lip glosss, and this is no exception! I just wish they didn't discontinue them so fast. Tinsel town lasts long, has a great shine and subtle color. Every now and then Philosophy misses with a lip gloss, but this one is spot on. My girlfriends have come to expect the token Philosophy gloss when I see them. Don't be fooled by the Christmas moniker, it's for year round use!
