Quick Take: good value
I have naturally curly hair that tends to frizz out.. Ouidad products are the BEST for curly hair! No more flyaways, no frizzy edges, and the curl control is amazing. I can individually pick out curls, or use a wide tooth comb, and the curls are bouncy, shiny and individual. I would recommend Ouidad to anyone, from moderately curly to crazy curls... This Three pack is great for travel, and refillable with the full sized products.

Quick Take: good value, not heavy, smells great, anti-frizz, long-lasting
I decided to treat myself for my birthday and wanted to try something new to tame my crazy hair. My hair is very sensitive to humidity and heat, my hair even frizzes indoors! I straighten my hair 90% of the time, and my hair frizzes and expands throughout the day when I'm at school, I would just end up tying it back or putting it in a braid (if I wasn't living in denial at the fact that my hair wasn't straight anymore). I thought nothing would help me win in my hair battle in the extremely muggy and always humid Florida, until I tried this!
I have never used a product that I could actually see the results. My hair has never looked better in the nasty Florida heat! I used to be envious of my friends whose hair styles didn't bat an eyelash throughout the day, but now I can proudly say that I am one of these girls :)
I used the products EXACTLY as the directions instructed, and overall I would definitely buy the conditioner and styling gel, however for the shampoo, I really don't think it was worth it considering the only thing that really seemed to go the extra mile was the "no sulfates" feature of Ouidad products.
Overall, if you have the cash, then give this set a try! You will not waste your money on a product like this, although be wary of the fact that everyone's hair is different, and not everyone may find this the "holy grail" of hair products like I have. I have very thick curly Hispanic (Mexican/Brazilian) hair, and always have. My hair has been treated for permanently straightening a few years ago, but all my hair that was straightened has fully grown out now and my hair has not been color treated.

Quick Take: extremely effective.
I bought this for a trip to South Florida during September. The heat and humidity there were absolutely staggering, but my type 3B curls never looked better. They clumped well, without being weighed down. I was very impressed. I'm usually a Deva fan, but this product line has won me over.

Does exactly what it says! Works great, especially in this unpredictable, global warming weather pattern....so keep it on hand even in the fall/winter...you never know when humidity will creep upon us...

I love Ouidad I have been using it for a long time, except when I traveled, but if I want my hair to look good I always go back to Ouidad. And now with travel size I don't ever have to go without.

I bought the Ultimate Frizz Fighting Trio to try this product for the first time. I really like the product. It leaves my curls beautiful and without frizz. The curls keep together and your hair stays soft not stiff.

I have fine curly hair and this product did not work for me. The shampoo alone made my hair feel like brillo and the conditioner did nothing. The gel was okay - but my hair did not look any different from when I've used other curling products. This product seems to bond to the hair. When i washed my hair 2 days later it still fellt like brillo after 3 washes!

Great Frizz-Fighting Trio

The Ouidad frizz-fighting trio did exactly that: fight the frizz! I actually left some of the conditioner in my hair after I washed it, and it made my hair a little harder than I expected, but it softens up with added products.
I love the gel! Nice hold, not crunchy. Sticky consistency, but that was my expectations.
Shampoo was way too drying for my hair.
I would use it again, but sparingly because it has a high amount of protein (especially hydrolyzed wheat proteins) and my hair has been sensitive to proteins recently. Other than that, great product.

Great Products to Eliminate Frizz on Humid Days

This was my first Ouidad purchase. I have hair that is difficult to manage as it is part wavy and part straight. My hair is also on the fine side and frizzes easily. I tried these products for the first time on a humid day to see how my hair would hold up. I must say that these products worked very well. Usually on a humid day, my hair would be a frizzy mess but my style held up all day long. I absolutely love the fact that Ouidad products have never been tested on animals and there are no sulfates, GMOs, parabens and other synthetic & chemical junk in them. A great find!!

Really tames the frizzies

I have been using Ouidad's Curl Quenching Shampoo & Conditioner for years with fairly good results. My hair is permed, and the whole top layer frizzes immediately unless I tame it with product while it's still fairly wet. I bought this travel-size trio to try before buying the full-size products to see if I liked it enough to switch my shampoo, conditioner, and gel. Even though I still need to apply the gel while my hair is wet, I saw amazing results! I think it's much better than the Curl Quencher products. It controls the frizzies much better!
