I have been searching for a non-oily eye makeup remover. While this does act as a makeup remover, it requires a lot of liquid to fully remove non-waterproof mascara. Don't think I'll purchase again but will be trying the othe rNars removers.

It doesn't take off any makeup. I had to rub really hard to make it do anything, water works better than this! Stick to the regular blue NARS makeup remover. This honestly doesn't do a thing. I'm sorry NARS:'(

Not a great make up remover. I do wear waterproof mascara but at this price it should take off everything. There are plenty of things out there that work better for a fraction of the cost. Wont repurchase

This is a wonderful product in terms of toning. It feels very refreshing on the skin. However, I purchased this product as a makeup remover, and I was extremely disappointed. It did not remove all of my face makeup or hardly any of my eye makeup. I understand that it is a Makeup Removing Water, but I honestly think that I received the same results with normal water. I say it is not worth the investment if you are looking for a makeup remover, but it is a wonderful toner!

More often than not I go to bed without removing my make up (I know, I know). But now, I keep this on my nightstand and removing my makeup every night is SOOOO easy. No, it doesn't take off my mascara, but the product doesnt claim to....and I figure....that can wait til my morning routine, as it always has...so I've finally found a way to clean and moisturize my skin from the comfort of my bed........ and i actually DO it. Wish they'd had this years ago.

It was useful for quick removals takes most makeup off not my mascara though and bottom eyeliner it also slightly irritated my eyes a slight sting because i have used so many its not a big deal to me prob wont buy again.

Quick Take: gentle
This is great for makeup removal before a regular cleansing routine. It's simple, quick and feels just like water. I only use it on my face and, in my opinion, it doesn't seem that this was made for decent eye makeup removal so I would definitely recommend using a separate remover for that.

It does the job but works best on foundation, eyeshadow, etc. I needed to use a bit more for my mascara (waterproof). It doesn't leave my skin feeling stripped. I used it before cleanser, etc.

This is an excellent overall makeup remover. It's gentle and refreshing. I use this before my cleanser/Clarisonic brush routine, and I feel that I have removed every speck of face makeup. This is not a good eye makeup remover, though. I use waterproof mascaras and long wearing liners/shadows, so I always use a separate eye makeup remover. There was no oily residue with this makeup remover, either, which is a plus.

I am a NARS cosmetic fanatic and have always been very pleased w/ thier products. I have been using a different product to remove my makeup, specifically my waterproof mascara and when I saw this, I wanted to try it. I asked the gal at my local Sephora if it would remove waterproof mascara and she said "yes" - not so much! I find myself pulling on my eye area a little too much. However, I do like the fresh, light smell and the way it feels like a nice, cool toner on my skin......

Quick Take: nourishing, balancing, calming, soothing, refreshing
Love the way this product feels. Cleanses the skin with out drying or irritating. leaves no residue or oily feel behind. Great lazy night product when i just dont have the energy to do my full wash, tone moisturize routine.
