Quick Take: hydrating, scented
In a blind test, I would pick drugstore SoftLips over this stuff. I was excited about the Birthday gift last year so I could finally try Sugar. But I don't think it works 10 times better than a $2.50 chapstick. I guess I like a slight menthol flavor to my chapsticks. If you do too, try the Buxom glosses. Those are worth it! Also, I don't care for the packaging. I only had the stick rolled out half an inch, and it broke off, so you have to be really careful and only roll it out a smidge above the lip of the container. Thanks for the sample Sephora! Now I know what not to splurge on.

Quick Take: hydrating
The product absorbs well into my lips and keeps them moisturized and soft. I haven't noticed any diminishing of lines or lip plumping, but honestly, I didn't buy this product because of those claims. I've only been using this balm for 5 days and my lips haven't been chapped like they chronically are. The only downside is the price, but if you're looking for an excellent lip moisturizer look no further.

Quick Take: hydrating
I use this to replace blistex. I love it. Smells so good.
The downfalls to this product however: very little for the price you pay, super creamy but too creamy that it melts fast.
I recommend storing the product in the fridge, keeps the chapstick cold, hard, & I find makes it work better.

Quick Take: hydrating, exfoliating
Yeah this is expensive for a lip balm but it is AMAZING. My lips get dry and cracked and peely, but not at all since I've been using this. It really conditions your lips; it doesn't just sit like a waxy film on top of them, which is what everything else feels like compared to this. I barely have to reapply it, it really lasts.

very disappointed, and dissatisfied with this product. I returned it a few days after initially purchasing it. I did not benefit from use of the product, and even experienced minor skin irritation after applying it repeatedly. I normally do not have noticeable sensitivity to lip products.

Well i recently purchased this about 2 weeks ago. It leaves my lips dry and flaky after about an hour. It doesnt plump my lips. It actualy makes them apear smaller. And i see my lip lines are still there. The box said it takes a month to see results but i dont think i could keep putting this product on my lips for another 2 weeks. Maybe later i'll see improvement. But i honestly dont see my self buying this again. Sooo NOT worth $25.00 i wouldn't even pay $5.00. Sorry "fresh sugar" just my honest opinion.

I absolutely love this and use it year-round. It goes on smoothly and is perfect when I don't necessarily want any color on my lips. The best part is it has SPF and really protects my lips from sun and wind.

Fell in Love with Sample

I was given a sample version of two of the normal kind awhile back (one was Rose, and I think the other was plain). I fell in love with them! The scent is great and I could tell after just one use my lips were smoother . I like using this more than Chapstick now.
The main downside is the cost. I wish they sold all these in the smaller sample sizes. They're more compact,and would be cheaper. I decided to get the medicated version for the larger one .. I want to make sure I get a good one if I spend $20 + on a chapstick

I love this lip balm by Fresh. i have extremely dry lips during the winter to the point of cracking. And this is the only product that heals and prevents that from happening. I always keep one in my bag.

I used to have chronically dry, cracked lips. Now when I put this on my lips before I go to bed, I wake up with perfectly smooth, plump lips. Its seriously like magic or like lip injections overnight. I would have never believed that a product could transform my lips like this does. I have already repurchased. I never want to be without it!

I don't love spending $25 on this, however it is the ONLY product I have found that works this well. I've continued to purchase it multiple times & will continue to purchase it. I love to use it in the winter before going to bed & when I awaken in the morning I can still feel it on my lips.

It's just lip balm, and not a particularly moisturizing one at that. It didn't really do anything for my chapped lips, so I returned it. It was simply too expensive to not be spectacular.
