I followed the instructions, using this product twice a day for a month and can not say that I say any substantial new hair growth (other thatn what would naturally grow in over time). I purposely did not get my eyebrows waxed/threaded/plucked for the whole month because I wanted to see what all would grow. This product in my opinion does not do what it says it will do. In addition, I purchased it for my mom who also follwed the instructions and she did not see results either. Save your money.

Quick Take: long lasting, natural
This stuff actually works! I was actually very impressed, after overly plucking my eyebrows until extreme sparse, I used this stuff day and night for a month and I had full, healthy, thick eyebrows. I have to do a Youtube review on this soon. Heading back to Sephora soon to grab another tube!

I used this product when it was packaged differently.
I was about to reorder and noticed the changes. This product did make a difference with my brows and I was going to reorder because mine are getting sparse again. I think I will wait until the company fixes the problem with the tube.
The price has increased since my last order and there was no problem with the applicator before.

Quick Take: long lasting
I have used this in the past and I have recently started using it again. It is a little more expensive than before however the packaging is much better. My eyebrows always grow with this serum. Please note, you must keep using it for life to maintain the results. But it is well worth it. It lasts a long time.

Boy does this stuff WORK! I have had one eyebrow that was way over plucked for years, it just wouldn't grow back. I was just resigned to the fact I'd have to fill it in forever, and I never liked the way Imy face looked so disproportionate when I had no makeup on. It's true that the shape of your eyebrows define your entire face. I did a lot of research since there are a lot of products like this out there on the market. Most of them say that results take 60 days at least, and since I'm impatient I decided on this product since a lot of reviews reported results a lot sooner. They were right. My thinned eyebrow was completely grown back in under a month. This product has a great applicator that allows you to spot treat rack area you want to appear fuller. I couldn't believe this product was out there and I had no idea! I have my perfect symmetrical brows now and I could not be happier. This also lasts a long time too!

I was told this helps brows grow in and grow in fuller-looking. Wrong wrong wrong. Apparently, this only works on brows that are already there. So, if you're looking for hair to grow in, this won't do it for you.

Quick Take: effective
I've been using this for over 4 years now, and have recommended it to friends and family. Great product that works. That said,I don't like the packaging with the applicator brush. I think a lot of product is wasted. It loses a star because of that.

bad design on the cap of the brush

I had the same experience like the other reviewers,you literally do need to keep turning the clicker about 30 times before the serum comes out and when it does it comes out in a whole blob. The cap does not close all the way and the brush keeps getting bent inside of the cap because the space of the cap is too narrow. I've been using it for a month and have not see any changes of growth in my eye brows. This product really needs to change the design.

I never thought I would see my eyebrows again but I am very happy to say that this product has definitely proven me wrong! It has been a slow process but they are coming back. I am now on my second bottle and am looking forward to seeing more of my eyebrows come back!

I just started using it.Sales associate highly recommended it,hopefully it helps...As far as rating it.It goes on smoothly.Did not cause breakouts...so far I'm liking it....I would recommend for sparse brows...serum is good for the brows

Until I learned about this product while visiting at Sephora, I had been brushing Rogaine on my brows. Seemed to be working abit. But this is easier and cleaner to use, so I am giving it a try. Hoping it works! The salesperson said it did for her.

This serum works, however this bottle needs to change. I'm tired of spending about $50 and only getting half of my money's worth. You literally need to keep turning the clicker about 30 times before the serum comes out and when it does it comes out in a whole blob. Sometimes the cap won't close and the brush keeps getting bent inside of the cap. For how much it cost, it only last about maybe a month. This product really needs to change the design or at least lower the price.

As another reviewer wrote, "the jury's still out." I do think my brows are fuller. (They weren't terribly thin but over the years had lessened.)
However, the casing is not put together well. On both tubes that I've had, the top has both gotten loose (and won't close tight) and the inner part of the cap didn't stay in the cap.
