Quick Take: moisturizing, brightening
I added this in after using the peel pads for a few weeks and the combination of products is awesome! I've been using this for two weeks now and I'm starting to go to once a day because the brightening is working very well!

Brightens up my whole face

I got a sample of this and was amazed. It really brightened up my whole face and seemed to even out my skin almost instantly. I finally had to invest in the full size and now I'm hooked. It's the perfect serum for my acne prone skin. It's very... balancing.

Can't live without!

I love love love this product. I have been using it for a couple of years now. I normally put it on after I wash my face right before bed. this product smells great, is gentle and non irritating, and is so hydrating. I can definitely see a difference in my skin when using this. There was one point recently where I forgot to reorder this and ended up going a week without...during that week my face looked so dull and dry. This product really gives your face a beautiful glow. Just to note, this product does in fact correct the spots the acne I have leaves on my face. I will never stop purchasing this product, it is one of absolute favorite things I have ever purchased through sephora.

No Improvement!!

A total waste of money. Skin looked bright for a day or two but it definitely did not reduce dark spots/ discoloration. Have been using it for a month now and there isn't any significant change in skin tone/dark spots. Also this product doesn't quiet absorb into the skin, stay's on the surface. After applying moisturizer product peels off. Spend the money on something else instead!!!!

I'm truly obsessed with origins products now. I got this as a sample and it lasted me for 4 days... I loved it so much I bought it immediately afterwards. I've been using for 3 weeks now and I've seen an overall amazing change in my skin. My post acne dark spots have faded drastically. And I swear that any acne that comes up now... goes away 3-4 days faster than before. I wish it wasn't sooo expensive because the bottle is rather small. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. But it is a seriously effective product.

Best serum I've used

I got this serum to try because many others I've used have been mediocre, either too thick, too smelly or little to no results. With it's light citrus scent, fast absorption, and immediate smoothing, I knew this one had potential. I've now been using it for about 2 or 3 months and my skin is exceptionally smooth and bright. It is definitely worth the money, my skin has never felt so good.

it has slight citrus scent that goes away really quickly and soacks into the skin really fast without a sticky, greay or silicone residue. I would totally buy this but the price is to high for the product.

Quick Take: hydrating
I have fair acne prone skin and redness has always been a big problem for me. I tried this serum and I have noticed smoother skin tone and fading of old acne scars and red spots!
This stuff smells great, absorbs well and really works for me! I'll be buying the big bottle next time!

Love this serum. It goes on smooth, has a nice smell, and has visibly evened out my skin tone, which has sun spots galore and a few old acne scars. I need much less foundation and concealer after just two weeks of using this product. Highly recommend.

I only tried the free sample, so i have no idea if it really reduces dark spots.
I have oily skin, its really nice and made my skin soft and gave a nice glow without too much shine. I wish I could afford to buy the small $55 bottle, but that's just too expensive for me!

Quick Take: combats hyperpigmentation
I found this as a sample in my beauty junk box and decided to give it a go. I have acne prone skin but it's since settled down with about 6 months of antibiotics and a retinoid. However, my skin has tons of red/purple marks from hyperpigmentation after breakouts. For about 4 days I washed my face at night and put my moisturizer on as usual and put a little dab of it on the areas of discoloration. I have definitely noticed a slight improvement in the color. The spots looks faded and the newer ones are smaller and less red. I have tried a lot of products, hence the beauty junk box, and I can see a real improvement from using this. The price is kind of ridiculous, but I might buy a bottle and give it a whirl.

is it working?

Quick Take: lightweight
I love the feel of this and that it is lightweight. I'm not really sure that it's working or making a difference, but I will wait for a few weeks before making a final decision. After using Ole Henriksen's truth serum, this doesn't seem as "brightening" but it is much less thick than the Caudalie Vinoperfect. I haven't seen any major changes, but again, I love the texture and will wait and see.

Quick Take: brightening, evening, lightweight
This product is absolutely amazing. I noticed a difference in the evenness and brightness of my complexion practically the day I started using it. It leaves my skin feeling so incredibly soft and perfect. I have picky skin, combination and acne prone. I have had no troubles with this product. I pair it with the origins checks and balances foaming face wash and it is by far my favorite skincare regimen i have ever tried -- and i have tried a LOT, from the cheap to the super expensive. Love this!

I had high hopes for this product considering its price!
Pro: It made my face feel soft and smooth and it has a great lightweight feel to it. The natural ingredients are also a plus! Didn't make my face too oily and reduced breakouts.
Con: The price is a bit on the pricey side considering its size. I personally feel that it did not quite do what it said it would with regards to the visibly reducing dark spots. I went through 3 bottles and saw that it did little to reduce the visibility of my dark spots due to my post acne marks.

As someone who has struggled with redness most of his life, and as someone who tends to stick to his guns and use the products he KNOWS work, I was skeptical of this product. My first week using it my skin felt amazing, but I broke out a little and didn't see a noticeable reduction in redness. However, after about three weeks of use now I'm receiving many many compliments about how much clearer my skin looks. This and a face wash I purchased at Sephora that day are the only big changes in my regime. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a visibly more even complexion.
