Hormones nightmare

Quick Take: moisturizing
After hitting my 30's, I thought what could be so bad about that. I've gotten a little older but I feel pretty good, until .....the hormones nightmare began. Being a Mother of 5girls and 4 already starting puberty their hormones messing up my hormones have left me with adolescent acne and my old adolescent T-zone combination skin. I have searched for moisturizers that would not leave my skin feeling greasy or causing my pores to clog only to further aggravate my current situation. I decided a trip was needed to the spa to get a facial and hopefully get my face back on track. My facial therapist recommended this matte- moisturizer and explained it would moisturize and also absorb excess oils to provide a matte finish so that my face would not look shiny or feel greasy. I love it. I use it every day and it works! I will continue to use this product because it works so well and now I dont have to worry about some of the issues my skin has been having.

I have an oil problem and figured in moving from rather dry AK to rather hot and sometimes humid TX, I might need some help. This stuff is awesome. It helps keep me from looking like an oil slick as the day wears on and on top of all that it smells nice. I've used this instead of primer a few times and have liked the results. The only downside (if you can call it that) is that it helps to wait till it sinks into your skin (a minute at most) to put anything else (primer/makeup/etc) as if you don't, you'll get some pilling.

Quick Take: hydrating, moisturizing
I have very oily skin, and live in a very humid part of TX. I have tried numerous primers in hopes of cutting down on the mid-day "dripping" skin. So far, this treatment has worked, and has done better than any primer I've used. Just apply it after your moisturizer, and put your makeup on. I haven't had it flake or pill up like other reviews.

Perfect for a bride-to-be

This product was recommended when I asked for something oil controlling for my wedding. I was thrilled with how well it worked. It minimized my pores, evened out my skin tone, and controlled oil ALL DAY! My pictures were flawless and I never even had to retouch up my makeup. I highly recommend this product after using it myself.

Quick Take: hydrating
This product worked great for my skin for awhile. It smells great and I like the feel of it on my skin. It greatly reduced the redness in my face as well. However, over the course of time, it seemed my face got used to it and it no longer helped mattify my face, it just helped reduce the redness. For the price, I was hoping it would help my intensely oily skin. I have problems with all sorts of products for my skin, but I do think this would work great for 9 out of 10 people.

I use the toner plus this and I don't get as much breakout anymore! I also used this and a couple other items and my breakout were gone within a week. This serum can be also used as a moisturizer! All in all this product amazing!

I have been using this product for about half a year now and it never disappoints. The smell is wonderful and the texture is effortlessly smooth. I really dislike wearing makeup because it seems to weigh down my face; this product makes makeup fun again! It is so light and feels so fresh and clean. I do not mind applying power anymore. I have very "irritable" skin but this product seems to be great! My makeup goes on much better after using this product and I've been getting compliments on how nice my skin looks (which isn't typical).

I have really oily skin it is like running water so I have a problem keeping my make up on so I stopped in Sephora and they directed me to this I purchased it because in the store it looked like the sample was working but when I started to use this product I seen no difference and it flakes with my Murad spf 30 sunscreen I have had this product for months and will never buy it again save your money.

Honestly, I did not have any noticeable difference in the amount of shine my skin had after using this product. I bought it for the mattifying qualities it claimed. I can't comment on whether it reduces redness or not because I never really paid attention to that. However, I LOVE the way this product smells, it helps start my morning off right! I will not be repurchasing this product.

Quick Take: weird texture, no effect
I have a very oily T-zone with redness and enlarged pores so was hoping that this product would do what it claims: "minimize pores and redness while giving skin a smooth, matte finish that lasts throughout the day." I tried using this many times and just could not get any of those results.
The product's texture is strange and watery. You only need to pump out the very tiniest amount. Once it dries on your face, it seems to create some sort of bizarre film. It didn't mattify for me at all, but that film would pill and rub off if I tried to put any products on top so I couldn't really do anything but go around with a dumb porey, shiny, red nose. Yes, I'm a natural Rudolph, and Korres didn't really help me with that. Better luck next time?

I purchased a duo that came with this treatment and the pomegranate mattifying primer and I was just amazed at how awful both products were. Both the treatment and primer feel nice when they go on but once you start smoothing it out over your face, they begin to ball up and look like eraser shavings- consequently the product ends up being removed because of that. So in light of that, I tried patting the product rather than smoothing it over my face and it seemed to work but once I applied my foundation, it began to ball up like those eraser shavings again and made it extremely difficult to apply anything. This also did not do anything to mattify and the product was just so strange and a waste of time and money.

Not mattifying enough for me

I got this as a sample. I have combination skin where I get oily mainly in the T-zone. This product didn't work as well as I hoped it would. The first time I used it I still ended up being shiny-faced by the time I left work. The second time I decided to use a little more (thinking that maybe I didn't put enough on) but the product ended up looking like it was "peeling" on my skin. The product does glide on smoothly but It didn't mattify my face enough for me to buy a full product.

I’ve been searching for a good mattifying product for the summer since I tend to get a little shiny so I got a bunch of sample from Sephora, including this Korres Mattifying Treatment. I was highly disappointed in this product since it didn’t have a mattifying effect. It’s lightweight, feels, and smells nice, which is great, but it doesn’t do what it claims. After I apply it, it sort of just feels like and looks like a moisturizing primer.

Quick Take: mattifying, flakes easily, pore minimizing
Though im assuming this product does minimize the look of pores and maybe redness slightly and it looks nice on my skin, I can't wear it under any makeup or sunscreen or anything because it flakes when I put them on top of it! Also it flakes regardless of wether something is over it or not throughout the day. I'll try to finish it off but I don't know how to use it do that it won't do that!

My skin must be too oily for this mattifying product. My forehead seems more oily by the end of the day than usual. I am not impressed with this product. One plus though...it does smell good.
