Quick Take: lightweight, moisturizing, not allergy-inducing (great for sensititve skin), yummy smelling
Reasons to love this new lotion:
1. I am allergic to nearly everything and I'm not allergic to this (I can also use Bliss)
2. Great, light scent that doesn't compete with anything you may wear (light lemon cookie smell that I love)
3. Very hydrating but lightweight (other reviewers mention it being granular which I think is moisture-beads that release over time). Your skin will be soft even the next day which is shocking to me for such a lightweight lotion. I am VERY dry but this would be great for someone who wants light or heavy coverage (great all year).
I've never tried Philosophy body lotion because they don't make many (I don't like perfume scents) and I love this! I will buy whenever they offer a scent and I hope they will start to offer more. I HIGHLY recommend!

Quick Take: moisturizing
I love all the Philosophy lotions, but I see what some of the other reviewers are talking about when they say this one's gritty. It's not actually gritty, but it almost feels like it's not mixed up all the way. I only feel it on my hands when I apply it, though...it absorbs all the way, so it's really not an issue for me. Smells great, and scent lasted all day on me!

A Little Disappointing in the Fragrance Department

Quick Take: nice but not great
I love Philosophy lotions - this one was no exception in that way. Very silky, non-greasy and luxuriant. BUT...the fragrance was not orange or almond, just kind of "nut-like". Boo. I know Philosophy can make a good orange scent, like Beach Girl or Rainbow Sherbet.

Quick Take: absorbs quickly, scented
Love this body lotion. It is grainy but applies beautifully and smells heavenly. I am on my second jar and plan to order plenty of it since it's seasonal. I have tried many other Philosophy body lotions but this is the only that I found to have a delicious scent.

Love this! Smell is refreshing and cream is rich. The scent is light and doesn't compete with other scents you may have on. A lovely blend of sweetness and a hint of citrus.

Got this one too, while in Chicago a couple of months ago, to go with my Fortune Cookie Lip Shine. For the most part, I like this a lot. I took one squiggly off though, because it feels kind of "grainy". It's not really bad, but it definitely isn't smooth going on. Once absorbed though, my skin is super soft, and it actually STAYS soft. So many lotions don't keep my skin soft for very long, but this one definitely does! And the scent is awesome, too! Not too over-powering..... yet it lingers for awhile, which I like. I would recommend this :0)

Philosophy, keep them coming! Also, I know it's seasonal, but if you keep bringing them back, I'll be fine. This DEFINITELY smells like Fortune Cookie, and I LOVE it. I don't like almond or orange scents, but this has so little of both, that it's PERFECT! I bought both big lotion AND bubble bath, and it's GREAT. So great, in fact, I bought smaller ones with lipgloss, THEN the big ones. I love them all. Also, Philosophy, bring back Bubble Gum, Animal Cracker and Cotton Candy ASAP. Animal cracker is my ABSOLUTE fave. :) :) BUY THIS.

When you first put this lotion on, all over, it does not have a pleasant smell, but the once it settles in it is refreshing....I don't think I will get it again though....

Quick Take: lightly scented, rich, absorbs a lot more quickly than other lotions, much more effective than other lotions
I love this brand
SO MUCH
I have this lotion and the other version (Sweet Talk [supposed to smell like Candy Hearts]) and this one trumps Sweet Talk to death.
The consistency of the lotion and the unbelievable texture of my skin after using it are enough to get me repurchasing both but at long last I have found a happy medium with my boyfriend.
I love perfume and scents and he cannot stand a single one. I can never wear perfume around him so therefore have been experimenting with scented lotions in order to compromise. Not only has my boyfriend never enjoyed a single perfume or scent on me before, if he catches any wind of it he will complain.
My jaw dropped when last night he actually told me he was addicted to way I smelled all night! WINNER!
I will be soooo sad when this stops appearing on the shelves...... <:-(

Quick Take: lightly scented, rich
this is so amazing, not cloying, very sexy because of the bakes scent but not nauseating due to the mystery of this lemon. One of the best philo lotions yet and trust me i have many. This is the first that i bought a full size of. this does not smell like orange almond but more like lemon brown sugar cookies, so good besides who wants to smell like an almond anyway.
