Quick Take: portable, good value
This was affordable but worked as well as the very expensive ones. Great colors and fun to play with. Loved the looks i could get with the colors. Worth the purchase.

Awkward packaging makes it hard to put in makeup bag. Also, I did not like the colors. I bought it online and should have gone to the store first. The shimmer colors are too shimmer, and the matte light color to pale for an allover color. Okay staying power. Not a bad kit, just not good for natural look at work at conservative firm

Quick Take: worth it!
ok, i'm hopeless especially with eye make-up but this kit actually works! i was able to create the Smokey Nude eye (two of them actually!) and people said that it looked good! that's a first for me! really glad to find an eye make-up kit that really does what it says it's supposed to do!

I was looking for a natural palette and was recommended by an employee to grab this one, I was a little reluctant just because I hadn't tried any Sephora brand eyeshadows but man these colors are great! The shadows are really creamy and pigmented, I don't have to press too hard to get enough color on my brush, and best of all the color lasts. I will definitely be trying more of Sephora's line thanks to this palette.

Quick Take: portable, good value, high quality
Gals! This palette is on sale for $20 as of 3/30/2013. It is an incredible value for this price. I found the palette when looking for a burnt golden color eyeshadow with a nice sheen with no glitter and high pigmentation. WELL I FOUND IT!! And let me tell you, I had first perused NARS, TOO FACED, BENEFIT, STILA, MAKEUP FOREVER, BOBBY BROWN, AND OTHER QUALITY BRANDS. NONE! of the above had what I was looking for. I turned around a corner and aaahhhhh! the angels began to sing. Before my eyes was the SEPHORA PRO LESSON PALETTE in NATURAL EYE. WOW! are these beauties pigmented! The colors really are universal! I have searched many times for the perfect taupe, beige and dark brown. I am beige with golden undertones.... Italian, American Indian and Irish. Not only do these colors go well together, but they truly are neutral... no funny undertones of gray or anything like that. On one side you have the matte daytime or softer look colors, on the other side you have the bam! gloriously pigmented shimmer beige, gold, and brown, for night time, or any special occasion. I REALLY am impressed! SEPHORA has outdone many of their competitors! You have got to buy this palette! No creasing, gorgeous color, perfectly matched set, very very blendable. Use your base and primer, and even use fix it for a metallic sheen like precious stones give off. Wow! I am really pleased. Keep these coming Sephora! The only con I have regarding these palettes is that the "lessons" are not in any way clear. Please be more specific! AND show us a tutorial online! That is always the best way to showcase your products.

Quick Take: good value
This is very nice- I like the guidelines of where to apply the shadow for the best looks; it certainly helps. My only complaint is the quality of the shadows for the natural nude eye- they are a little dry.

I literally just got home from Sephora...opened my palette...and tried it out! Cannot believe the quality of the palette...for $20!!! I'm amazed and beyond happy I purchased it! I purchased both this one and the one for brown eyes and I can't wait to go back and buy the one specifically for smokey eyes!

I love this palette because even the "smoky" choices are very subtle yet are very flattering...although it's almost too weak and sometimes it wears off. It doesn't bother me though; I really like eyeliner they supplied as well as the directions for each colour, I feel like I'm able to follow it yet at the same time apply it the way I want to.

I got this because I liked the range of colors in the palate. However, I found the colors to be very sheer and did not have enough pigment. They also did not have staying power and I found it not to be blendable. I returned this.

smoky eyes for the makeup challenged

Love, love, love this kit!!! The natural eye really does look natural and it's foolproof. It makes my middle-aged eyes look younger - fuller lashes, bluer, clearer eyes and it hides some of the crinkles at the corners. I bought it mostly for the compact, but am impressed with the colors! Though the compact makes it very easy to slip into a purse or for travel. The more sparkly shades are a great yet subtle evening effect. And boy, does it make my eyes blue!!! I usually don't wear powders as they fade so fast on me, but this kit has some staying power. I highly recommend it, if you're looking for a lession or for the transportability awesome!

I can not tell you how much I love this product. It is by far my favorite right now. I bought this as one of my first Sephora purchases and loved it so much that I bought my mom one too. Colors are perfect, and it's a wonderful value.
