it truly is long lasting and long wearing. i got it in Lolita. the perfect nude shade for medium-olive skin tone. the only downside is it can be drying. make sure you exfoliate and moisturize really well. nonetheless, i love kat's line!

Quick Take: creamy, long wearing, non-tranferable
If you need a lipstick that will not transfer, this is one of your only options. This literally does not smudge at all. Many other products have the same claim, but then you find a lipstick stain on your coffee cup. This product actually does not transfer! It is incredibly opaque. The only downside is that it is drying but you need to exfoliate before then you can use any sort of lip balm on top to combat the over-mattifying nature of the lipstick. However, this is a necessary, unique product!

This is my favorite lipstick EVER. I liked it so much that I came back and purchased all the colors however I found the only one worth having (for me) is the red. It is not as drying as everyone says & it stayed on all day. It appears to look like velvet. It is the perfect Pin Up girl style red.

Quick Take: long wearing, rich in color
First time purchasing a red lipstick and I must say that I am very pleased. Only reason this product get 4 stars is because it can be messy at first but my suggestion would be to be patient and take your time applying it and practice a couple of times before actually wearing it out on the town. Also, since it IS a matte finish lipstick, be sure to prep your lips by moisturizing them. You can use the Fresh moisturizing lip treatment or for the savvy shopper, you can just use Burt's Bee's. This specific red is so sexy and seductive, I wore it on date night with a leopard print high low skirt ;) hope this helps.

I have always shied away from bold red lips. But I could not deny this color. It is perfection. I also love that this is a paint, but it doesn't dry your lips out at all. I'm becoming more and more obsessed with KVD products.

Backstage bambi is the prettiest pink lipstick I have owned. The color is matte, vibrant, and stays on until I wash it off the next morning. Every time I wear it I get compliments. It is extremely drying, but that is to be expected with any long wear lipstick. I always apply a generous amount of chap stick several minutes before I apply.

Tricky for beginners, but absolutely great!

When I told my friend I was bad with makeup because I tend to be clumsy and smear it, she decided to whip out this delicately sized tube of lipstick. I'd never worn red lips, or any lip makeup before at all, but after her painstaking application with a brush, I was set with these new, matte, red lips. Only a little stiff and dry feeling at first, soon I was admiring myself every time I saw my reflection. For hours and hours, it lasted through, a venture into a pool, a greasy food truck dinner, a rave, and bottles and bottles of water. It was great. Even though I went to the effort of going to three different sephora's until I found one that carried this liquid lipstick, I certainly wouldn't recommend it to beginners like me though, goodness, I'm terrible at applying it, and the hardly flexible applicator which is not very soft at all(as compared to sephora's cream lipstains) are hardly forgiving. You also have to properly prep(exfoliate and moisturize) your lips or else they'll look super feathery or be very obviously rough looking, but prepping ahead of time will save you from a night of worrying over your lip color. Do mind oily foods though, but leave it up to a tattoo artist to have a line of everlasting lip color and she will deliver.

I got this in Jeffree. I am a dark tan complexion being hispanic. And this lip color is gorgeous. I usually wear a coral colored blush very similiar to nars orgasm. This lipcolor just pops. I tried this on in the store in Jeffree and Adora. My husband liked Jeffree best and said that it made my lips look fuller. Its a pretty color that changes my whole mood when I wear it. Just makes me happy. I find that it sits fine on my lips if I exfoliate and it doesn't. Settle into lines and lasts all day. Try it

This product was NOT AT ALL what I expected. From the ad's & images you see of Kat wearing this in the store, I thought the product would be great. I found this lipstick to be very drying, which made my lips cracked & wrinkly. The stain element of this product was a nightmare, it dries down SUPER quick, which makes modifications impossible. I wont be getting any of these again; I'd rather try the normal lipstick in this color versus this liquid lipstick.

The colour is like beautiful, and at first, it seems totally perfect. But the "matte" finish turns out to be really cakey and basically dries onto your lips. Of course, it's very long lasting, but doesn't look very smooth or pretty. I'm sad, because I loved the packaging :(

Kat Von D u are something else, i got this liquid lipstick just to try it because i love all her products, i applied on for a evening party and it lasted all day for real, the next day i took a shower and it was still there, OMG i was amazed.
I went back the next day and i got every shade LOL, i know is expensive BUT they are very pigmented, show true color, and last for ever

This lipstick is by far the best I've ever used its name of everlasting is no joke. I only have to put on one time and it lasts the whole day not to mention the pigmentation is incredible! I recommend this lipstick to anyone!!

Don't buy this lip stain unless you want to overpay for a product to dry your lips and stain the inside of your purse. It's the most drying lipstain I've purchased and when you screw the top back on the product squishes out and makes a mess.
