I received this item and was really excited after using a sample of StriVectin-EV Get Even Brightening Serum. This product seems to have worked a bit on some of my newer acne spots but this tube was so small, I ran out after 2 weeks. This may be a great product if you are treating 1 or 2 small areas but for larger treatment areas, I find it too expensive.

For the past 4 years, I have suffered from hyperpigmentation on my cheeks. I have tried what seems like everything: creams with vitamin C, prescription hydroquinnoine, and all kinds of "brightening" serums, moisterizers and masks. None of them worked. This, however, appears to be working. I have one spot in particular that has been bothering me over the years, and while it's still there, it definitely seems lighter. The only things I don't like about this product so far are that I can't see how much is left in the tube and that I run out quickly. I am now on my third one. But I'm going to keep using it because this is the first time any of my spots have even lightened.

Quick Take: super super super
I've tried EVERYTHING (prescription, OTC, home remedies) to remove the melasma spots on my face due to pregnancy and sun exposure. I decided to try StriVectin on 2 of the largest spots on my cheeks. In just a few weeks, 1 has completely disappeared. The other has lightened significantly (it is quite a bit larger and darker) and is virtually unseen under makeup.
This really is the best OTC product i have tried yet! and I do recommend it!

Quick Take: fast-acting, easy to use
I have been using this product for 3 weeks and there is a major improvement in my sun spots. I think it works quicker on newer spots as a few spots that I've noticed in past 6 months are almost gone. Older, larger ones are about half as dark and conceal much easier.
The pen applicator is easy to use. It takes several "clicks" to get it flowing at first. A little goes a long way. It takes 2-3 clicks for my whole face.

Quick Take: effective worth the money
I have lived with stubborn dark spots and hyper-pigmentation for years and it was very depressing. I've tried dozens of products, but there was never any improvement. I thought I would try this product and I'm so happy I did. I wish I started using this earlier. I noticed a difference in appearance of my dark spots within days of using it. The applicator pen is easy to use and I think with continued use my skin will significantly improve. This is well worth the money if you really want to see results.

I was skeptical when I bought this. If you have dark spots don't hesitate to buy this product. I noticed my dark spots start to fade after 3 days of use. I love that you only need a small amount to get results.

using this for not quite 2 weeks and my dark spot from the sun is almost gone! It was a lg. one and I've tried so many things even a script from my dermo dr for hydroquinone....which i didn't want to use because of the side effects. My spot is so much lighter now that my regular Dior makeup covers where before it didn't! Also am using alot less for Laura Mercer concealer on that spot cause it's no longer needed. This is a powerful little wonder!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! Sensitive skin too and NO PROBLEM!

Quick Take: gentle formula, good as a spot treatment, almost instant results
I am an aesthetician. There are very few products on the market that "wow" me. This product did just that. I saw results by noon! I am 41 and I tan once to twice a week in the winter to reduce "SAD" symptoms. Yes, I use sunblock. I went tanning yesterday to further see what this product can do...and it still managed to fade the few dark spots that I've acquired over the years. As an American, I love instant gratification. This product delivers it!
