best bang for your buck

First of all, let me say that the packaging on this product is nice and sturdy - a surprise for $24. The formula itself is a dream. It's easy to blend and although it is pigmented, it does not show as bright as it appears in the pan. Rather, it looks very natural in all 4 colors I own. I stick to matte blushes typically - Swept Away, Breathless, and Euphoria - but I took a chance and also ordered Rendezvous, which is described as "shimmering raspberry." This is how a shimmery blush should be done. It doesn't have any glitter, just a slightly different finish that looks just as natural as the matte shades. It is long wearing, but I have dry skin so I can't vouch for how long lasting it is on oily skin.

Quick Take: luminous sheen, natural looking
Since Sephora no longer carries the bright blueish pink blush by Lorac that I adore, I was looking for a replacement. I found this one by Buxom that is less in money and looks like more product. It goes on sheer but bright so it looks really natural on my skin. This blueish bright pink is awesome on my yellow tone skin because of the color pop but it isn't like doll cheek crazy. It goes with all my lipstick shades too so I now only take ne blush when I travel. Love this blush and have to stock up in case they try to discontinue stuff on me again...

I was looking for an orange/coral blush that was matte. This was the closest one I could find. The color is a bit more pink that I would have liked but it is a nice color for summer. I am medium skin toned with yellow undertones and it shows up quite well on my skin. I also like to mix it with a shimmer eyeshadow and use it in my under eye area when its warm outside. It makes my eyes look more awake and its bright but not too bright.

I purchased this in the color Euphoria. It is a nice peachy, orange color that is perfect for spring/summer. It has a nice sheen to it and is pigmented without looking unnatural. Highly recommend.

I have tried every high end to drug store brand blush, looking for the perfect one, and this surpasses anything I have tried before. Breathless is a gorgeous pinky coral geranium pink, very bright in the tray. It goes on perfectly, without any uneven spots, and is as light as air. The color lasts all day and looks like it is eminating from within, not something applied on the surface. Just beautiful, highly recommend!!!

really like this stuff -i think it might go on a little strong, strangely, but all in all I really like it. I have breathless and my skin tone is medium and it looks great -not too showy, pretty natural flush.

I had been looking for a pretty coral/peach color that would make my face glow. This is just that! A little goes a long way to brighten you up. It might seem bright but it looks amazing once applied. Really gives you that beautiful glow. :)
