Quick Take: lightweight, fast-absorbing, lightly scented, matte finish, great for sensitive skin
i absolutely adore this product. i have very sensitive,oily,acne prone skin and this stuff is fantastic at keeping my skin matte and baby soft. A little goes a long way and Ii definitely recommend putting this on under your makeup instead of over it because the applicator just ends up wiping all your makeup off if your wearing foundation/concealer or powder (common sense,right?). anyway BUY THIS its awesome!!!!

This did absolutely nothing for me. I don't know if I used it incorrectly or something, but it just sat on my face and looked gross. Definitely not buying again.

I have extremely oily skin I found that it works best if u use with an oil free moisturizer , then the balm , then I apply the porefection primer and no oil or retouching make up the rest of the day

Quick Take: no changes to skin tone?
This "balm" is supposed to leave my skin silky soft. That is if I could actually get the stuff on my skin. I felt like I dabbed so much of it on the mini sponge it came with and it didn't really do anything fo me. It was hard to smooth onto my skin as well. I do not recommend.

Quick Take: lightweight
All I can really say about this product is, "meh." I have very oily skin and the instructions say to use this as a primer under your makeup. I've used it everyday under my powder for two weeks and it doesn't reduce the look of fine lines or pores. As for a shine minimizer, it takes a little longer for the shine to show, but its definitely still present even after using the product.
Also, the product is a difficult to use paste that does not easily spread.
On the plus side, it does smell good and it does leave my skin silky soft.
I will not be purchasing again as I cannot say it benefits my makeup routine in any way. I'm so glad I bought the travel size before committing to the big kid size.

I have used this product for years to get rid of shiny skin. It works, it's cheap, it's simple to use. If you have a shiny nose or forehead, try this. I promise that you will be delighted by the result. The only reason I bought the small size this time was that I wanted the travel size.

The first time I bought it, I wasn't even sure what it was for. I just rubbed it on my face and it was still great. Now that I know how to apply it, it's one of my favorite makeup products. It gets rid of shine without leaving that ghostly look that is common with powder. It's non-drying and leaves your skin so silky. It smells great and even makes my pores look better. It's simple, affordable and perfect for any skin type.

Just got the mini version because it was on sale... used it after moisturizer and dang did it soak up any oil from my face.
Looks very matte after and kind of makes your blush and bronzer POP!
love, love, love. Will be being this as an alternative for powder on my lazy days.

Quick Take: evens out skintone, lightweight
I use this product to soak up some of the shine when my skin gets oily in the afternoon. The only issue I have with it is that you can get flakes or clumps of product if you don't work it in really well; sometimes around the nose I will get a blob of product if I'm not paying attention. I also think it minimizes my pores.

I love putting this on before my foundation. Sometimes after I use my morning moisturizer I am a bit oily, so I smear some of this on and it takes care of the excess oil.

I don't know what this is actually for, but I've been using it for years to erase the wrinkles on my forehead. Seriously, it seems to fill in and erase my forehead lines. After a VERY thin coat of foundation, I swipe it across. If I forget to use it, my lines are very obvious. This really does work for this purpose - and works even better if you use no foundation to begin.

The thing about this product is,... Benefit has products down to an art. The scent is lovely, the packaging is cute, the product does what it says it will, everything about this product says luxury. However. The product actually doesn't do much. In the age of beauty balms and primers, I wouldn't wear this alone. I love using it instead of powder since it doesn't leave a powdery, matte finish but still gives you a satin look, but for the price? I don't mind powders that much.II'd like to say that this is perfect for special occasion makeup but truth is this is the finish I'd want every day not for special occasions.

This is a really good product, which I also own in the regular size. Thought it would be handy to have a small one for the makeup bag in my purse. I am old and have dry skin, but this product is still useful to give a wonderfully poreless, matte finish to the center of my face. It just somehow softens everything and makes it look better. Love it!

This isn't a miracle product and the tin is tiny for the price. However, I do have very oily skin that usually looks slick and shiny within an hour or two, but this product kept that super shine at bay. A decent product for shine reduction, but it doesn't really make lines or pores disappear on its own.
