Quick Take: amazing, bees knees, relaxing
first off...you should try a product more than once before completely bashing it....second of all....I got this in my birch box and I loved it. I have been buying this brand of masks for over a year now and it is great in so many ways....I have BAD acne scarring and it has helped a lot. wake up after using it and my scars are dimmer than usual..every time. it makes me feel relaxed cause it is cold and uh yea its nice. I keep mine in the fridge and I keep mine on longer than 20 min always...pop in a movie its so great...trust me. want good results...use it more than once....duh

Quick Take: hydrating, makeup perfecting, easy to use
Got this as a deluxe sample with my online order. This mask is saturated with product and was a little confusing to put on at first. Used my clarisonic first with cleanser and toner then put the mask on. Set an alarm on my phone to go off in twenty minutes and took a cat nap. There will be product on your face after you take it off but after cleansing my skin drank it up. My skin just felt so refreshed and hydrated...it also helped my makeup go on flawlessly. Did is mask on Christmas eve (when I actually had to see people lol) and got so many compliments on my skin. I can't wait to purchase this product!

Skin feels very soft and moisturized after using, not sure yet about evening skin tone. I use products with retinols so I tend to have flaky patches and using this mask definitely helps. I could see using it twice or three times per week just for the moisture alone.

I received this mask as a sample and I love it! It took a little of maneuvering to get the mask on but after a relaxing 20 minutes my face looks and feels great! My skin is hydrated and glowing. I will definitely buy these masks for future use.

Quick Take: soothing, softening, brightening
I have worked in the skin and makeup industry for a few years. Nothing irritates me more when people try a product without using it correctly and then bash it. These masks are really great. Perfect for those with dull and even dry skin. Don't get discouraged if you don't see an immediate result, 95% of products like this are meant to be used continuously. That being said, it felt great. There is a lot of the product on the cloth and it felt cool, and soothing. I would recommend to use this at night and rub the remainder of the product in thoroughly, however I have used it in the morning and still had great results. It isn't for the person who has no skin regimen, because they will find it tedious and time consuming. For those gals who strive for perfect skin, it's a must have!

I am in love with this face mask. Make sure that your face is squeaky clean before you use it (I use my clarisonic first).
When you take it out of the package you can see that it is literally dripping with the serum. I put it on and kicked back to read a book. I ended up leaving it on for 30-40 minutes since I was reading anyway. When I took it off my face has absorbed most of the goodness out of the mask but I rubbed the remainder in and went to bed.
The next morning, my face was GLOWING. Uh wow. It was so bright and soft and plump and smooth and even. I was truly shocked. I must have more. I will probably end up trying them all.
Now, this isn't the mask that you should use if, say, you want to wear a mask and clean the kitchen. You need to lay back and look at a magazine or watch tv or something. I also wouldn't suggest using this in the morning since your skin needs time to absorb everything overnight. LOVE IT!

I received a sample of this mask as well and at first I was a little nervous. But I put it on and laid down for about 20 minutes-then I did rub the rest in-yes it was sticky at first but I let it sink in then went to sleep and when I woke up I looked great!!! My skin had a nice bright and even texture! I barely needed any make up. I want to try more masks from this brand now!

I received a sample of this mask from a subscription service. I don't care for the soaked-paper design of this mask. On top of feeling ridiculous, like I was in Silence of the Lambs, this is a sopping wet mask and slides off your face easily. If you like to be able to do other things while using a mask, this is not for you (this is a 20 minute mask).
It smells like a faint astringent because that's what it is. It isn't a bad smell, but it isn't a fun one like tea tree or chocolate or anything. I saw no noticeable difference in my face's "brightness" or texture after use, but I obviously can't speak to what would happen with a regular regimen since I only had one.
The instructions say "no need to rinse," and to rub the leftover product into your face and neck after you're done. This...this I cannot do. It left a shiny, sticky film all over my face that feels gross and weighing on my skin. I had to rinse it off.
I would not purchase this product. It's only positive purpose is it forces you to lay down and relax for twenty minutes, and I can do that with a hot washcloth or any of the other masks I already own.
