Quick Take: natural looking
This blush is the perfect color for someone with a fair complexion and blonde hair. I don't look like a clown with this on as so many others make me look. In addition, it does not feel cakey or too matte but it is also not shiny.
Absolutely recommend!

Quick Take: natural looking
This and bareMInerals READY Blush in The Faux Pas are my go to blushes depending on what color lippy I want to wear for the day. I find both colors equally flattering - fair skin, green eyes and dark auburn hair. Use a light hand - it is heavily pigmented.

This product is very pigmented. I've got to remember to apply it lightly and build it so that i don't have too heavy a hand. It also does have some shimmer in it, which I think brings a healthy look to the face. The brush that comes with it is worthless, though. They should save their money and not include it.

Quick Take: luminous sheen
This blush is full of color - lots of pigment, so swipe lightly when you go to brush it on. Otherwise you'll look like a clown! I also think it's a *bit* too shimmery; I love a subtle shimmer, but this is on the borderline between subtle and loud. It's creamier than most powder blushes but not as creamy as BE's foundations.
It's not really a sheer wash of color, though, which is what I tend to prefer with blush; it's buildable, but the first layer is thicker.
I do like the color but it has a sort of pale/ashen undertone that either doesn't complement my yellow/ashen undertones well, or doesn't complement my dark skin well.

The Aphrodisiac

The Aphrodisiac is a gorgeous peachy coral shade comparable to NARS' infamous (and overrated?) Orgasm without the overpowering glitter. The luminous sparkles are much more subtle with the bareMinerals Ready line. This shade is flattering for my fair Asian skin. My only criticism is that this particular blush doesn't seem super pigmented; I feel like I need to swipe repeatedly with my brush to build up to a visible finish. All in all, I prefer the loose powder blushes by bareMinerals as they're much more pigmented.

I've been dying to try this "READY" collection from BareMinerals, and finally gave in. I love this blush. Barely any product needs to be loaded on the brush. Perfectly lovely color on the cheek (got the Faux Pas color). I love it! Will be trying the foundation next.

I have "The One" and this color is amazing! Its the perfect amount of color and looks completely natural which I love. It feels great on and last for hours! This is definitely my go to blush and works for any season.

Pretty but takes a lot

I am super-fair and bought this after much contemplating and reading all the reviews. It is pretty light but layers well. it's a lot better if you use a dedicated brush - less work trying to get the product on it each time.

This is the first bareMinerals Ready Blush that I've purchased & I really like it. The color is quite vivid & long lasting. I love that bareMinerals now has blush available in a compact because I've always found their loose powder blushes rather messy. The color is very concentrated so that you don't need to use a lot. Beautiful color!

Normally wear NARS in Orgasm? I did, but found that it was too shiny for the Midwestern winters. This shade is the perfect substitute for late fall thru spring. The color and texture make for a very natural look.
