I purchased this for a cruise and it worked beautifully. I used the self tanning mousse last year but like the bronzing mousse even better. The mitt is a great way to apply it evenly!

Quick Take: fabulous, easy to use
I've only used the mousse and mitt so far. This mousse is great. It goes on super easily, and will not streak. I apply at night and shower the next morning. The smell is fine. If you take care applying, you can go out in public before the shower, but I prefer not to. The color isn't very dark. I'm quite pale and it gives me a little color and some glow. I would say, about 3 shades darker.
I tried the dark version mousse (black bottle). Sadly, I think I may be allergic to it. I liked the finished color, but got little itchy spots that developed over the course of the next few days. It did eventually subside, save one spot on my elbow, but I'm hesitant to try that again, as tempting as it is.
I think if I apply this mousse 2 or 3 days in a row, it will get the color I desire for an upcoming beach vacation.
I'm anxious to use the other enhancement products when the time is right and will provide a review once I do (if I can remember to do so!)
One last note, the larger bottle of mousse is TWICE the size and only $10 more. Go that route if you want to save moola.

I love almost everything about this kit. I used TanTowel for a while but based on reviews, I decided to give St. Tropez a try. I didn't want to spend a ton of money so this kit was perfect. I've tried everything but the Skin Illuminator as I'm not a fan of really shiny skin. The One Night Only lotion works great but watch out for streaking after sitting (I tend to sweat behind my knees). I love, LOVE the applicator mitt and the bronzing mousse. I haven't had a single issue with streaking, knock on wood.

Quick Take: delightful
Love this product! Love how the bronzer goes on so smooth and that you can see the color so you know you won't miss a spot. You won't regret trying this bronzer. The glove is awesome... the one night only cream gives your legs an extra umph of color and the luminizer really gives you nice shimmer.

I love this product! The foam mousse works great and gives you noticeable color immediately. It's easy to apply and does not streak. After an application, the color typically would last two to three days before I needed to reapply. There's no funky smell that comes with other tanning products either. The One-Night-Onlu lotion is flawless. It works terrific on its own and you can apply a coat over the mousse if you want to deepen your tan even more. My only problem with the kit was the glove...it works fine for the first few applications then begins to wear out.

I had been looking for an option to the self-tanner spray bottles, but hated the chance of tanning my palms with lotions. When I saw this in the store with the mitt, I was curious. I like the fact that it emphasizes for your skin to be hydrated. I used the tanner with the mitt, it applied very easy and dried in a short time. The instructions indicated to leave it on for 12 hours and then shower. The only drawback was that it suggests to not sweat for 4 hours (I live in Houston, you're gonna sweat in the summer even when you're not doing anything!). It seemed pretty dark at first, but after the shower, it was a great color and lasted about as long as a natural tan would and faded gradually.
The 'One Night Only' is REALLY dark and goes on dark, but as you rub it in, it has a really nice tone (I am really pale). The highlighter is a very nice gold shimmer, but not glittery like. It just adds a touch of sheen.
Overall, I really liked this set and am really happy with the results. I would buy it again and recommend it.

The best self-tanner ever

I haven't used many self tanners, but when I have, the smell has annoyed me so much. The main reason I bought this product was because there is supposed to be very little "nasty fake tan" smell. And I agree, there is minimal scent.
The application was scary at first because it goes on pretty dark. If you're light like me, you will still be worried after you first apply it even with me already telling you about it. Don't worry though, once you shower the fake color rinses away and leaves behind a nice brown shaded tan. It is not orange like some products, which is good.
The mitt that comes with this kit is a must have, it saves your palms from turning tan. Its also very easy to clean and if you take good care of it, it will last.
I have yet to use the other 2 products with it because I don't like to constantly be tan. I might save them and give them to my mom for her birthday. She always goes to the beach and likes to be tan. I'm sure they are good quality products as is the mousse and mitt.
One piece of advice- be careful on your face. I applied too much the first time which took away the natural contrast of my skin, I was able to correct with foundation, but if youre going to be swimming and wearing no makeup it will look weird. Then I saw the video which helped a lot.

Quick Take: good value
I'm pretty fair skinned, but I love looking tan (who doesn't?). I've used drugstore self-tanners for awhile but decided to give this a try since I've heard so many good things about it. I took it on a recent tropical trip and applied it almost every night I was there! I also applied it right before I came back and everyone at work was sooo jealous of my tan =)
The foam - LOVE. I'll definitely buy this again when it runs out. It's easy to apply (especially with the mitt). I even use it on my face.
The illuminator - I like this too. Shimmery gold. Doesn't really show up too much, but it's pretty over the tan. Won't need to repurchase because the tube is pretty large and I only use a little here and there.
One night only - Actually my least favorite. I only used this once and didn't notice it at all. Thought it was brown and streaky. I noticed the other reviewers loved this stuff, so perhaps I need to give it another try. Probably won't repurchase though.
I'm really glad I bought this kit rather than just buying the foam and the mitt though. I think it's a fantastic deal and I love having all four products!

I'm overall very pleased with this kit, I didn't get around to trying the illuminator yet but i love the mousse and the lotion in this kit. I tried this stuff before and had a horrible experience and became orange... realizing it was because i didn't have the mitt and applied it after every shower which isn't needed! I suggest using these products reapplying every 3 days is really only necessary. The only reason I didn't give this kit 5 stars is because I only been using it for about 3-4 weeks and the mousse is almost empty :(

Ive been wanting to try a bronzed for a long time & when this set came out, I knew it was time. The bronzing mousse is easy to use, dries quick & doesn't get all over the place. The mitt is perfect to keep my hands from turning orange. The skin illuminator does exactly that, gives you a fab glow on top of the tan. I also love to add an extra layer of the one night only on my legs to up the amp! Great value for sure!

I had always heard great things about St. Tropez, but had never tried it so when I saw this kit, I had to have it. This is the best self tan I have ever tried. The applicator mitt made it so easy, I wondered why I had never tried it before. I also love the One Night Only, it gives me the extra color I really like to have on my legs. I wasn't crazy about the illuminator though, I couldn't tell that it did anything. Overall a great value.

I've always used the St. Tropez foam and LOVED the tan I got from it! The mit is perfect for quick, easy, streak-free and even color and the one night only lotion gives deep DARK color! Used it this weekend and my friends were amazed - love St. Tropez!

Im giving this 5 stars mainly just for the mitt and the mousse. Best fake tan i've ever gotten and so quick! Now I can give myself gorgeous color in just 5 minutes. Also I'm SUPER pale and this looks perfectly natural on me so thumbs up for that. the illuminator is ok i don't really see much of a difference in anything when i put it on it seems just like lotion. And then i haven't tried the one night stuff yet but im sure its good.

This kit is AMAZING. I haven't used any St. Tropez products before, but after reading all the great reviews I was curious. Well needless to say I'm in love. It's not even remotely orange, it really does give you a nice dark brown color. And the mitt is perfect, it really helps you make sure there isn't any streaking and the color is evenly applied, ALL without getting any mess on your hands. It dries super fast and the illuminating lotion is GORGEOUS. I'll definitely be buying more St. Tropez, but for a beginner this kit is absolutely perfect.

The bronzing mousse was great, I LOVED the gold luminizer, but the mitt didn't look like the same mitt that was on the box. The mitt shown on the box looked really nice but it actually was extremely cheap. I ended up returning this though and got the st tropez dark bronzing mousse because I have a medium skin tone and thought that the regular mousse would be too light.

I was after the bronzing mousse already when I walked into a Sephora retail store and found this kit! I haven't used a self-tanner since high school, and I was ready to take a chance on doing this right before an upcoming wedding I was attending. I'm very fair and somewhat of a perfectionist so I was really stressing about how it would come out even though I saw plenty of amazing reviews on the mousse. Needless to say, it came out great! I still need to practice doing my hands so my knuckles don't get quite as dark, but this stuff is awesome! The skin illuminator is very pretty over the tan once you've showered off and are ready to go out! No streaks at all even though it may look like it while applying. It is very difficult to mess up this stuff! I haven't tried the bronzing lotion yet, but so far, this kit is an outstanding value! A must-have for the summer!
