Fantastic! But, please take note:
-05.21.13
Quick Take: non-greasy, lightweight
I've been looking for a sunscreen for my face, which is non-greasy and lightweight but with a high SPF. Previously the best one I found was Peter Thomas Roth's highly-lauded lightweight sunscreen, which was OK but to me still felt a little heavy and was a little sticky by the end of the day, so I kept on looking.. I'm happy to have finally found this product!
This sunscreen is lightweight, non-greasy, with a high SPF - everything I've been looking for! I have acne-prone, sensitive skin and this does not bother my skin at all. It's more of a watery texture than a lotion, but it goes on easily, dries quickly, and my face does not get greasy even after wearing it all day.
HOWEVER, I must take off one star. The one downside to this product is that it leaves a light white cast. It's not obvious so if you are pale- to light-skinned, it won't be a problem. My skin is a little lighter than medium and it does leave a slightly noticeable white cast. I prefer to not wear makeup, but even a light application of mineral powder foundation does the trick of covering the white cast, so it's no big deal.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this if you are pale- to light-skinned, but if you are medium- to dark-skinned, I only recommend it if you regularly wear make up. If you prefer, Shiseido also has a tinted sunscreen.
Overall, I'm still quite happy with my purchase and I'll continue to repurchase this product because I love that it's a broad spectrum, high SPF sunscreen that is lightweight, non-greasy, and non-clogging.

Best sunscreen
-05.15.13
Quick Take: non-greasy, blends in easily
This is the best sunscreen I've tried. It is light weight and so easy to apply. I have very oily skin and this does dry out my skin if I don't wear it over a moisturizer but love love love the matte finish it gives me. I wore this for 8 hours straight in 80 degrees and not once did my face look greasy.

Not for darker skin
-05.14.13
The product is too drying for combination skin.. Works well in the oily areas... It also leaves a shade of white on darker skin ... I returned it

Best facial sunscreen!
-05.12.13
Quick Take: non-greasy, blends in easily
This is by far the best face sunscreen I have ever used. I was originally on the search for a daily moisturizer with SPF but couldn't find anything that didn't make my skin greasy. A sephora rep recomended that I try this sunscreen and just wear it over a regular daily moisturizer. I'm so happy with the results. This goes on smooth and actually helps control shine. Looks great under makeup too. I will continue to buy and I'm really looking forward to trying other shiseido sunscreen products for upcoming beach vacations.

This product is very light and sheer. Doesn't leave a greasy layer on skin but it leaves a slight white caste.

the BEST face sunscreen
-05.06.13
Quick Take: non-greasy, blends in easily, lightweight, doesn't cause breakouts
for years i avoided using sunscreen on my face because the options available were always thick, heavy creams that always broke me out. this stuff has changed all of that - it is a miracle product!
the formula is incredibly lightweight, and it finishes nearly matte so it doesn't interfere with my makeup application. i don't get greasy during the day or break out at all, and it has a very faint, pleasant scent. application can be a little messy since it has such a thin consistency, but i still find a quarter-sized amount is plenty to smooth over my entire face. the small size means it's easy to travel with and i expect it to last me quite a while. i've used it nearly everyday for about a month, and i still have quite a lot of product left despite the tiny bottle.

Shiseido oil free sun protection
-05.04.13
Quick Take: non-greasy
I was looking for a good quality sun protection with a reasonable price , the one I used to use before was little expensive, so I read the review and I decided to give it a try, I have a combination skin but I preferred to take the oil free, once you apply a good moistrisor so it won't affect your dry area, and because I have a sensitive skin too so I tried it at sephora store and it didn't burn me, and because they had an offer at that time so I bought two, I'm very glad I did, I wish I bought more, it very light not oily, gives good protection, some people said it keeps a white film on the face it does at the beginning but it will disappear after few seconds.

I bought this for when I go camping or play any sports and can't wear my BB cream. It works well, it's not greasy, and it doesn't make my acne-prone, combination skin break out. :) I like it.

Amazing, though a little pricey..it's worth it!
-04.28.13
Quick Take: non-greasy, blends in easily, natural
I bought the other shiseido spf for face/body but I am so happy to switch to the oil free version. It is much lighter and not as greasy. I feel an improved texture in my skin and I have very acne prone skin that gets oily so it's especially important for me to have an oil free moisturizer. I have tried other brands but this has to be the best sunscreen out on the market!

I really like the sheer texture of this sunscreen. It offers full coverage and an SPF of 42. It does not leave your skin white, like other formulas.

Love it!
-04.18.13
Quick Take: non-greasy, blends in easily
I am absolutely in love with this product. I have been on some topical prescriptions for some problem blemishes, so my skin is very sensitive to the sun right now. After experiencing some hyperpigmentation and melasma, my derm told me I must wear sunscreen everyday (even cloudy, at the office, etc). I thought I would have a problem because of my oily, acne-prone skin. This has been perfect! I originally purchased the SPF40 for face and body accidentally, which is not oil free. I exchanged it for the SPF42 oil free and am so glad I did! The product works great under makeup for work, it kind of feels like a primer. It does not make me break out, and it actually makes me less oily, which is great. I wish the bottle was bigger, but I will definitely purchase again and again!

A sunscreen you won't dread putting on
-04.15.13
This is a great sunscreen. It does not go greasy on my combination skin. It makes a lovely, smooth canvas for makeup. It does have a slight whitish tint, but as I'm deadly pale to begin with it doesn't bother me much. One star taken off because it's awfully pricey for the amount; I get a third again as much of my previous sunscreen (La Roche Posay) for the same amount.

Best Sunscreen!
-04.14.13
I was skeptical to try this product because EVERY single sunscreen I've ever used has made my face break out. A friend of mine swears by this stuff and she has perfect skin, so on a whim with her there at the store with me; I went ahead and purchased it. I can't believe I hadn't listened to her before. The product is runny and the bottle is small, but the results are great. The sunscreen spreads easily and is matte, so it's wonderful over my moisturizer (which kind of leaves my face a bit shiny). I have not broken out once with this product and have been using it daily for over 3 weeks. I am so grateful to have found a product that not only improves the look of my skin, but is also good for my skin.

Great sunscreen, it's light and feels like I'm not wearing anything at all. It's not greasy or heavy like most typical sunscreens. There is a smell but it's not to floral to really be a bother. Another great thing that I like about it, is that it doesn't clog my skin or break me out. Easy to travel with.
You do need to wear a moisturizer if you have dry skin like I do.
The only con is the size or amount you get for the price. I think it's rather a lot to spend for a sunscreen but I think it's kinda worth it.
