The colors are beautiful. Though they look nearly identical in the box, they really do have different enough finishes (from sheer and shimmery to opaque and glossy) to warrant owning four orange lip glosses. And I'm sure they'd be fun to wear if I could get past the fact that they smell terrible, and taste a bit icky.

Perfect If You Love Orange

Quick Take: long lasting
The easiest of these colors to wear are the Glaze and Luminous. The Vivid is just that and takes a little bit of guts to wear out and about (perfectly matches with a simple eye treatment).
I loved that these were blendable and didn't gummy up throughout the day.

Quick Take: good value
I believed the hype that these tangerine colors would be flattering on everybody, so I bought the set. Although some people complained that each color was simply a variation of tangerine (a matte, translucent, etc...), that's one of the things I liked about this set. A gorgeous color with different options of intensity.
That being said, I hated the way 3/4 of these looked on me, and I simply couldn't justify keeping when I knew I wouldn't use the other colors. On top of that, the product smelled horribly. I would hesitate in using these simply because the smell was so off putting.
I think they would be great for someone with more yellow undertones in their skin or with darker skin than that of pasty ole me. And someone without an aversion to weird scents.

Dear Sephora & Pantone, no one over the age of 10 wants cherry cough syrup scented lipgloss. This set is 4 different "sheernesses" of the same color, which I think is great. The applicator is also a goodie. But the scent, why oh why ??

Quick Take: good value
I was a little surprised by the actual vividness and coverage with some of these...one is actually neon! HOWEVER I liked some of the colors and the quality is really very good. The color is truly HIGH intensity, they are not kidding!

Beautiful colors, not so good quality

Quick Take: good value, travel size, great colors
I am a lipgloss JUNKIE, so I have just about every brand of gloss out there. I absolutely looove the colors in the set as they are nicely pigmented and will show great regardless of skin tone.
My only gripe is they don't wear well after an hour or so. I find myself constantly checking my lips in the mirror because I feel the gloss gathering and clumping in the corners of my mouth. They also tend to leave a sticky residue long after the color has faded.

For real, though. . .I had to ask in-store because they've stopped displaying it, and there were a few left!
$3.50 apiece for a set of 4 glosses that are good quality, and attractively packaged. Can't complain at ALL.
These are full-sized glosses (not sure why anyone would label them travel size).
They coordinate beautifully with the pantone lipstick.

FINALLY. A shade set I can wear! (I have unnaturally red-orange dyed hair, and Tangerine Tango is the ONLY shade I've found that works with it. Thank you, sephora!)

My lip color is pretty dark and most lip glosses don't show up without primer or lip stick. This set shows perfectly on my lip. Also the smell is very good. It's a great deal.

I love that these are all four different finishes, and the quality is great. Not sticky or thick, and ther feel good on. The colors are spot on trend and what a great value for the price!

Quick Take: beautiful color, long lasting, look good on all skin colors
I always shied away from orange thinking it would not go well with my complextion. These colors look great on my skin and the complextion of my friends. They are truely universal. These glosses go from a hint of color to full color. They also stay on too.

How brillant - Pantone's research into new colors for everything (from makeup to fashion to home decor) is always right on. Sephora's interpretation of Tango Tangerine in different finishes is perfect. Dont be surprised if your drawn to everything Tango Tangerine!!!!!!

Quick Take: great value, good sized tubes
First of all, 4 of these glosses for $20 bucks is a GREAT deal!! My only issue is that one of the shades I cannot use due to how bright it is. I love the other three (luminous, opal, and glaze) but the creme shade that has so shimmer or sparkle at all is VERY bright. Im not quite brave enough to use that one so it got pushed to the back of my makeup drawer. But overall, this is a great deal for 4 of these given they are a decent size. The sparkle/shimmer in the 3 that are useable for me are great. I LOVE all things shimmery/sparkly so these are great. They stay on for a couple of hours as long as you are not eating or drinking, they are not very sticky, dont have much of a taste or smell to them either. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. Three out of four is pretty good for me.

iffy! but spiffy!

Quick Take: thick, glossy, lightly scented, delightful
strangely, i was talked into this kit after trying on a little of the opaque gloss (oxymoron?) and went with it... i rocked the gloss for 2 hours before my boyfriend saw it and hated it. obviously, i couldn't smooch him,it would have been horrible orange mess everywhere. all the glosses are lightly scented (plus!) and i really adore the two lightest ones. i did like the lighter application of the opaque one, but is it ORANGE. i got called "day glo" and "neon", neither of which i found particularly appropriate. i prefer "blindingly orange" ....i wish they had these in raspberry/rose colors. pantone, please pick this color next year. would have been a higher rating except that no one besides me likes the orange (well, of course, the saleslady, but they're all daring)
