Quick Take: blends easily, highly pigmented, crease resistant, easy to apply
I get compliments all the times about my eye make-up - the orange really makes the green in my eyes pop! I sometimes use the white all over the eye lid and the sparkly black just above the lashes, like liquid liner. It's a HIT!

The packaging wad sleek yet the pigment quality just wasn't there :-( I thought o would've like orangey/copper color but it just didn't look good with my skin tone.

In many of the reviews, the big question is "Is the orange too orange?" I found you can put it on with a light touch, and it's fine. But I returned this palette because of the texture of the shadows. They just felt, well, cheap. I've used Sephora eyeshadows before and been happy with them. Not this one, though. Back it went.

I love this it has such a sleek look to it with a magnetic caseing and its a little heavy but it looks so nice and the colors were exactly what i was looking for something i can use everyday but they add a little pop to my eyes as well a little shimmer i think you can do so much with these simple four colors I would it recommend it to anyone its a great value for the size and quality

Quick Take: impressive packaging
I was immediately impressed by this package - magnetic closure for the top of the eyeshadow. However, the colors are very uninteresting and lack anything that makes them special. Good colors but this was never going to be something I'd buy full price.

Quick Take: versatile
I love the size and design of this palette; it's huge, and the entire lid lifts off once you have a small argument with the very strong magnets at the corners.
I love the colors, too. The pink is a happy replacement for my broken cake of Kitten, and the plum is very brown, leaning toward gold rather than blue, which is great for my coloring. The tangerine applies dry as a very pretty pale peach which works both on eyes and cheeks, but I have to confess that I love it better applied wet. The vivid pop of orange on the eyes isn't really an every day look, though, so it's just as well you have to do it wet to get it so bright. The "black" applies dry much lighter as well, more of a sheer smokey shimmer than black or even grey. Its best use, dry, seems to be to set liquid liner. I haven't tried the black wet, but I suspect it'll make a great liner on its own that way.
Pros: Very generous cakes of shadow. Gorgeous colors, with added versatility through wet application. Nifty design with magnets instead of a hinge.
Cons: The shadows apply feather-light when dry. They crease a little after a full day at work, but I have oily eyelids that no primer seems to help; I can't say if it creases on more normal skin, and even on my eyes, they stay put for a few hours for an evening out. The magnets are really cool, but they're also really strong and they make one-handed opening a bad idea.
I would definitely get this if you like neutrals and tangerine. Even if you don't care for tangerine, it would be pretty easy to love this simply by not applying the tangerine wet.

I had to pass on this pallet over the summer but after it went on sale I couldn't help myself. Now I'm glad I waited. The colors are nice and work very well together but the pigments don't stick as well as I'd like. I've heard this about some of the other Sephora + Pantone shadows as well. Even with strong and reliable primers, the colors did not last long and would even start to vanish while I was trying to blend them. If you're on the fence with this, I would say just pass on it!

The size of the quad is huge! The design of it is very different, and I love it, the shadow wells are also very large, they apply like a dream. No fallout, good coverage, and I want to buy a backup.

Okay, My first thought about this product is the size!! Oh my gosh, Its huge for and eye shadow combo, Maybe 4 inches long or so. That just simply amazed me, I also love how the product is held together by magnets! To me? It ensures the product's casing will last, unlike the plastic part where it snaps close. Also, the colors are very fun, They blend easy and are long lasting. I have NO complaints about this, and will be buying more!!!

this eye shadow is wonderful. It doesn't crease, wear off or show crepey eyelids. It is difficult to find an eyeshadow that blends this well. Fantastic colors.

Quick Take: opaque, smooth
Being a graphic designer I was immediately interested in trying out some of the Pantone products. I tried this one out and I was pretty happy! All of the colors are really opaque and bold and have a nice luminescent quality to them. The coral made for a really nice blush and the lightest color was really pretty as a highlighter for the brow-line or top of the cheekbones. The purple and black also made it pretty perfect for a day to night transitional compact. Not a bad buy at all!

Quick Take: sheer
The colors are gorgeous and the package is awesome. This is a fantastic gift because it looks so special. However, like other reviewers said you have to build color. I think the tangerine color is really pretty as a sheer color but if you want impact you have to work at it. I didn't have the glitter fallout that others mentioned. I gave it 3 stars because I expected the colors to be more pigmented.

A++ on the packaging. Very unique with the frosted glass and magnetic closure combination.
Unfortunately for me, the packaging is the best part.
Was excited about the orange colour, but it's way more sheer than it looks. It is buildable, but like another reviewer below, there is a lot of fallout which gets into my eyes and irritates them.

Nude colour is okay for highlighting but again, lots of fallout.
Black glitter is nice, the black itself doesn't last very long though and leaves the glitter behind.
The plum might be the most useful. Its buildable and seems to be the most pigmented of the four colours.
I wouldn't purchase it again, but for the price, I can find a way to use it along with my other shadows.

The colors are beautiful. I am actually buying a second one for my sister for christmas. The quality could be better. The color is great, but you have to use a lot to get the colors to look right. The orange pretty much falls apart and gets in my eyes, but if you work with it its worth it.
Although I wish the shadow would hold together better, I like the colors enough to let it slide.

I also have the Sephora+PANTONE Color of the Year eyeliners. I liked them so much, I was excited when the eye shadow came on sale!
This quad was larger than I expected. The casing is really sturdy and the top is frosted glass that attaches magnetically.
The colors are not particularly bold, so they make some great neutral looks. I was not looking for an in-your-face tangerine, so I thought the orange color was soft and lovely.
Overall, I am very pleased.
