Too Dark for Naturally Dark Lips

I can't use during the day. Basically I do not use any colored gloss due to my naturally dark lips. I tend to stay away from color. This lip stain makes my lips look really dark. I will use for evening wear.

Quick Take: long lasting, non drying, natural color, beautifully sheer
Love this pretty papaya color that goes on smooth and is still visible on mt lips over 12 hours later. Not drying. So sad it is discontinued! I would've bought multiple shades after trying this one.

Quick Take: long lasting, rich color
This is a cool stain. When i first applied it, I thought I was going to be disappointed cause it seemed like a really sheer gloss... but after 10 seconds, my lips were totally bright and reddish. It lasts really long, and smells so good!

This product is amazing. I could not be any happier. First of all, the smell is amazing. It smells really fruity. Lastly I would recommend this product to people ages 13-20 probably nothing above 20. Overall I love this lip stain!

Quick Take: easy to use, for everyone
This stain is more like a lip refresher. It doesn't leave your lip tight like other stains. It deposits the perfect amount of color and gloss. The color is hard to describe. To me, it's like you just finished a "sugar lip scrub" treatment (without the mess and fuss) and it left the perfect pink hue, with a kiss of gloss over the top of it. I'm going back to get more. I hope they still have some!

No matter what complexion or race you are this product works. My only problem is that the brush tip applicator fell off after using it only 5 times. Now I have a great product, but no way of applying it to my lips because the brush is gone. So sad.

I bought this product as a point of sale upsell -- it was $3. When the cashier put a dab on her hand, the color was faint so I thought I would give it a try. I put some on at home before I left for work and it just added a little shine, but by the time I used the ladies room at work, my lips were a pop princess pink. I threw it out today. The tint does not look good on me. I have a deep rosy beige complexion thanks to the summer sun.

Quick Take: glossy, transparent, great smell
For only paying $3 for this I could not be disappointed, but I wasn't a huge fan. Maybe I got one that was older or defected, but it left more of a transparent color to my lips! I must say though that it does smell AMAZING but it didn't seem to stain my lips. Whether or not this is actually a "lip stain" I have myself a nice clear lipgloss now!

Quick Take: easy to use, stays put!
I introduced my sister-in-law to Sephora recently, so the focus was on her, but this lipstain caught my eye and I just swiped it on with a tester. A few minutes later, I happened to see my reflection and thought "Wow, what's that shade? It looks great!" I was surprised to learn it was one of those "self-adjusting" formulas since they tend to look rather garish on me. I really like it and use it a lot!
