LIKE MAGIC
-03.23.13
Quick Take: exfoliating, whitening, brightening, sticky, expenive, slightly irritating, intensive
Over the years, I have probably tried more than 100 different kinds of brightening serums, including every kind of ingredients that is available (vitamin A, C, E, retinol, salicylic acid, glycolic acid, tranexamic acid, job's tears, witch hazel, hydroquinone, mulberry, niacinimide, etc.). Just when I thought my skin couldn’t get any better and should’ve gotten used to another vitamin C/ salicylic acid treatment, Diorsnow manages to noticeably whiten my few stubborn acne spots and even making my face lighter, all within the first week!!
I would have expected the night treatment to be thicker and more moisturizing, and the day treatment to be lighter and more breathable. Thus it’s interesting to note that the Night essence is more liquid-y (it contains a higher percentage of alcohol) compared to the Day essence, which is much thicker in texture.
Here are the two cons (besides their prices) I see with this entire line – both the Night and Day essences turns dry and sticky after they get absorbed into the skin. It is quite annoying because I really want to love everything about the serums. Even when I layer moisturizers over them, my skin still feels sticky and dry. Although a little less sticky, the UV Shield is similar. I am however completely willing to sacrifice the cosmetic elegance of silky smooth finishes over the drastic results I am experiencing.
The second con is that the serums both not only slightly sting my face, but it also makes my face slightly more sensitive. I randomly got temporary allergic redness and bumps.
After I stopped using Diorsnow, my skin’s sensitivity re-balanced, and in 24 hours revealed an intensively better skin. In conclusion, the serums work like magic, very strong (and possibly irritating) but nevertheless effective magic. I will definitely repurchase this line, but only once every once in awhile.
I was going to give it 4 stars due to the multiple cons, but then again, it made my skin so much better than it already was, and that was the one pro that out-weighed all of the cons. FIVE STARS.

it really works
-12.29.12
Like what the other reviewers mentioned, this is really good at fading acne scars. I have oily, sensitive skin and am prone to breakouts around the chin and neck area, this did not break me out at all, and after 2 weeks my skin tone evened out a lot. It's expensive but hey it beats wasting money on products which don't work...

Quick Take: hydrating, dismiss acne scars
It's an amazing products. I personally had been suffering with lot of acne scars on my face and i had tried a tons of products before but none of them works as great as this one. I have known about this product for a long time but because of the price, i was trying to avoid it. However, after failing after failing from trying out several products, i decided to give this a chance and i have to say, girls, it is really work!! I have been using this one for a month and around last week, my boyfriend suddenly told me that my face look a lot even skin tone and he barely seen any redness on my face. Seriously, i make a difference. Totally worth the price!! very happy with the result !

This is a great serum. Doesn't break me out and my skin looks flawless the morning after. Too pricey but worth it.

Quick Take: exfoliating, brightening, acne scars diminishing
The best serum I've ever used for my acne scars. It takes time, but they are seriously diminishing. I have tried literally everything...name a brand sephora carries and I've tried it. This is the first product (although the entire diorsnow line is amazing) that's ever given me real results. Skin is brighter, more even toned, acne scars are diminishing, and this doesn't break me out. I have oily, acne prone skin and this hasn't caused any breakouts. I 100% recommend for acne scar sufferers.

Did Not See Results
-05.01.12
I am disappointed witht this product. I used it faithfully for 3 weeks and saw NO results whatsoever. I will say that it has a pleasant scent and texture, and it absorbed easily into my skin. However, I cannot justify paying this much for a product that just doesn't work for me. Therefore I am returning it.

Quick Take: hydrating, fast acting, gentle
This is a great intensive but gentle treatment for hyper-pigmentation and acne scars. I suffer from severe scarring (flat) and hyper-pigmentation. After a week, I noticed that the scarring on my temples were almost completely gone! I paired it up with the day essence which really gave it a boost. I find the night concentrate a bit more moisturizing that the day, but maybe it's just my routine. The line is amazing and very effective. I'd recommend it to anyone who has light-heavy hyper-pigmentation. Well, anyone with problems associated to that. I'd definitely pay for such fast acting products. But I do wish for the dropper back. They changed the formula and the packaging. It's now $150 compared to the old dropper for $130. Theres more product now although I can over-dispense it. The dropper allowed more precision in how much you wanted to use.
