Quick Take: good value, we would rate this excellent value
My husband originally was introduced to this product by a great hair stylist on a cruise ship. He thought: "Why not try it? My hair is thinning, and I've lost a lot lately." In 9 months, his major bald spots have grown hair back, and he feels so energized and much younger by this. Now we are buying it for our son, too ! Thank you for such an awesome product, that really does deliver the results.

Quick Take: good value
I have been taking these for several years now, and they do work. I have had chemotherapy, and still take a cancer medication which has left me with thin baby like hair. I have tried many other vitamins out there and this is the best I have found.

Quick Take: well worth trying.
A friend told me a out these vitamins..I know that every thing in them is really great for you, but will have to take theming er to know the outcome.. So far I would say try them, they are easy on the stomach and I really think I feel better!

Quick Take: good value
This is my very first review. I used to have very thick hair. After 3 pregnancies, I didn't think anything could save my hair. I tried every supplement, shampoo, and treatment I could find, and nothing worked. I read the reviews for this and decided to give it a try. I've taken the recommended dose for about 3 weeks now, and I have about 1 cm of new hair growth all over my head! I am so stoked to see real, measurable results, and I will definitely continue taking this supplement.

Quick Take: very beneficial
My journey began when I had extensions and felt as if my hair was thinning and falling out. My nails were brittle and all of this made me panic. I searched and searched and found these supplements. Skeptical, I started out with one bottle and saw that my hair was growing out twice as fast, new hair was sprouting and my nails were becoming thicker. I have since removed my glue-in extensions and cut my hair to an A-line with highlights. I got my hair done a month ago and my roots are already and inch out. My hair also doesn't feel as thin (very thin before), it actually feels thick which is something to brag about since I've never known what that's like sans extensions. I feel so much better knowing that there is a solution. I take two EVERY morning with my vitamins and I am so happy.

Noticeable Nail Growth!

Quick Take: grows nails, stopped thinning hair
In May, I was working at a conference in Vegas and walked so much that I literally lost a toenail. It seems its not uncommon and called runners toe. Of course, it was May - I live in CA and I desperately didn't want to spend the entire summer wearing closed toe shoes! I was desperate, everyone said it took a minimum of 6 months! for a toenail to grow fully back. I started taking these vitamins right away and my toenail grew back in less than 3 months. That's half the time that the Dr's stated it would take. I now continue to take these daily and my nails have never been better. They are longer and stronger than ever before. I cannot say, however, I've noticed a significant change in my hair growth, but my hair loss has lessened which is another bonus. Definitely worth the cost and this duo pack is the best price you can find!

This product works. Hair and nails have never been my strong suit (pardon the pun) but this supplement helps. I have already noticed a difference in the condition of my hair (there is now more straw in the Scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz than my hair which is a first!) and my nails are growing beyond the tree stump phase. Thank you.

I'm using my 3rd bottle and I feel that there is an improvement in the growth and healthiness of my hair. About a month ago my hair stylist said she could see a lot of new hair growth so it tells me that it must be working.

I've taken these for a few months to help my fine and color stressed hair. I've noticed new hair starting to grow along with eyelash growth. They do make my skin break out during the hotter and humid months so I only use them during the colder weather months. I get better results when I use the scalp treatment also. The only downside is the price.

effective but can't use it

I used these for a few months and definitely saw the beginnings of thicker hair. Although my existing hair didn't thicken, when i looked at the roots I could see that more hair was starting to grow, and it was thicker than my usual fine strands. I would have given this 4 or 5 stars, but unfortunately this product also caused me to have body-wide breakouts, so i had to discontinue. So, it works, but I personally can't use it. I think it depends on your body's chemistry because I've read of a few other people having this issue, but most don't.

Its hard to know for sure if a vitamin is working, as by nature the effects are not dramatic. However, when I take these vitamins i have noticed a real improvement in both my skin and my hair. In fact, after a couple of months of taking these vitamins, even my hairdresser commented on the amazing amount of new hair that was growing. I'll keep buying them and I've told friends to try them out.

Quick Take: easy to swallow
I have been taking the vitamins for 3 weeks now as directed 2 a day..I have noticed my skin is feels softer, and has a nice glow to it... My nails are stronger, as for my hair its too soon to tell but I will continue to use for 4 months..to see the difference..there is no funny smell to them and they are easy to swallow..so far I am a believer..
