I dont suffer from puffy eyes, however I do say that I have chronic tired eyes. As an allergy sufferer I am constantly rubbing my eyes leaving them red and irritated, ohh and did i mention that the corners of my eyes often look like I was hit with a bat? Well this solved all of it!! It gave my eyes that pick me up! I put it on and my eyes are instantly happy!

Quick Take: soothing
I got this balm for puffiness. The sephora employee who was helping me said she kept hers in the refrigerator. I put mine in there and it feels so soothing. It reduces puffiness, but that's about it.

Quick Take: super de-puffing, cooling
I personally don't have puffiness under my eyes, however, I have friends who do and so does my boyfriend. I recommended this product to them and EVERYONE loved it! It instantly cools and minimizes puffiness. I give this 4/5 stars because I didn't see much improvement in dark circles and fine lines, but in reducing puffiness, its an A+.

This product contains menthol... So yes, it did have a cooling sensation. But within a minute of putting it under my eyes it started to burn and make my eyes water. Will not be using this again!

Love this, keep in in the fridge which makes it extra cooling. It does work, however it is not a miracle compound. You will require sleep sometimes! That being said, I really love this product!

I initially bought this for my fiance, who had been working a lot of over time and had really puffy, hurty under eyes, he loves it and even I started using it when I start to get those tired eyes. I think this is going to become a staple in our home.

This product definitely revives your tired eyes. After about a minute of applying it, you can feel the cooling sensation. But, I don't physically notice a difference in the way my eyes look. So as far as making you FEEL more awake, it definitely does. But making you LOOK more awake, not really.

I thought this would be a spongy-type applicator, however it is a crayon-like substance. I have to DRAG it around my eyes, which is not what I was after!

I use this before I go to the gym in the morning and then shower and go to work. I think it helps reduce puffy eyes but does not take it away completely. It seems to work great for everyone else though.

It has a great cooling sensation, and I think it smells really nice. You can't really smell it that much (which is good), I think the light fragrance must just be because the ingredients smell good and not so much an added scent. Anyways, made my sleepy eyes happy.

This stuff seems to do all it promises. It is cooling, smooth, and not to mention smells AWESOME AMAZING WONDERFUL. I wish it felt cooling for a little longer, but otherwise, no complaints! Really gentle and soothing.
