It's my secret to manageable curls

Quick Take: lightweight, non-sticky
I've been able to give up the fight against my curls and embrace them due to this product from Josie Maran. I spray a little on (I combine with a Morroccan oil mousse) and I have fantastic, loose curls that stay that way all day. I don't know what I did before this product!

Quick Take: easy to use, lightweight
I love this when I spray it on wet hair. It gives some nice wave, and doesn't feel sticky or dirty. I don't like spraying it on dry hair, as it did feel kind of yucky. I'm deducting one star for not being super versatile.

Quick Take: awesome!, smells great！
I really love this product! I usually buy the Argan oil for both skin and hair but decided to try this one as its purchase benefits a good cause. It smells great and adds a gorgeous shimmer to my hair. I have 24" extensions so they tend to dry out. This keeps them supple and beautiful.

This product was recommended to me by a sales associate. It gives my hair a really dirty feeling though. It does give a nice wave and when i just use it one my roots, it gives a lot of volume!

I have slightly wavy hair, so I thought this was going to be a great product since I like Josie Maran's line. The spray was easy to use overall but I did feel like my hair was sticky, crunchy and a bit dried out. I've used this several times, each time using less and less to see if the reasons I don't like to product would get better but no such luck. My hair does have nice "bohemian waves" when I use it but the texture & feel of my hair is a turn off.

Soft waves and no sticky dry hair

I love this product. I was searching for a product to help create soft waves and was first going to buy another brand but had heard that their product builds up and can dry your hair out.
I ended up with this product and I am completely satisfied. You can apply the mist on wet or dry hair and even reapply later in the day for going out. My hair is soft and there's no build up. I spray it on and then use a diffuser. I will buy this again!

Good waves, seems to nourish

I wanted a little boost for naturally wavy hair and this is my favorite one so far. It smells bohemian for sure, but not enough to put me off. The scent is a little strong to put in your hair immediately before picking up a baby though. My hair seems better conditioned these days too, and this is the only product change, so that is nice to see too.

Quick Take: awesome!, creates boho waves, good price
I like this product. I've been using it on damp hair, and it does what it promises to do. I have yet to use it on dry hair. It smells good, and does not leave hair sticky. Just note that if you want awesome waves, scrunch your hair after applying. I love Josie's products :-)

This spray is absolutely divine! I have naturally fine hair, and am always on the search for products to add volume. This hair mist adds volume to my hair like no other. I spray a decent amount throughout my hair and then as I blow dry I twist and tousle my hair. The result is beautifully volumized, soft hair with a bit of wave.. effortless and gorgeous!

Works really well! Gives you nice beachy waves or enhances the ones you already have. The only thing is its pretty drying and it leaves your hair feeling a little like straw.

I am SO thrilled and relieved I finally find something that suites my every need! I have very thick wavy hair. Some areas of my hair are a loose wave, dry, and frizzy looking (coarser texture) and some other areas are soft and more of a tight S shaped wave. I put this in on towel dried hair. And let air dry. And I've also blow dried for more fuller hair.. Works amazing either way.. I love this so much. It dries so natural. Not hard. It's actually soft and has hold!? Amazing. A definite buy. But if u have pin straight hair with no texture. Dont expect a miracle. :)

i have baby fine mostly straight hair, can curl tho if scrunched...went to sephora store today, found this, tried some on my clean, sl waved hair, and it's awesome!! seems to give it body, bounce, fullness, control without making it dirty or oily...looks great!! anything josie maran is promising!!

I really like this product. It's smells unique. It does give my hair nice beachy waves. Don't over use though or hair gets slightly crusty. Just a few sprays is all you need. I did use it in combination with another product , so maybe the mixture didn't agree though.

I had read mixed reviews before I bought this last fall. Some love it; some thought it dried out hair. I ended up being the latter. However, I found a couple of fixes for that. It works without drying out my hair if I 1. Have a lot of hydrating serum in my hair first, or 2. I use it before I plan to wash my hair when it is getting oily. I love it then especially, as I will pull my hair back in a pony, then spray the pony and it is nice and wavy afterwards. I will say my hair is naturally wavy and coarse, but I was looking for something to define waves more if that makes sense. I do love JM products.

First Wave Spray that's Worked

I've tried a number of wave sprays on my baby fine shoulder-length hair just to give it some vavoom; and most caused my hair to be dry and stiff without any texture. This is the one that does the job for me. I don't find that it causes my hair to be dry like some of the other reviewers have noted. It adds volume and texture; and I don't have to wash my hair as often because the volume remains.
