Living Proof Restore Targeted Repair Cream
What it is: A moisture-rich cream for use on wet and dry hair that instantly adds shine, smooths cuticles, and repairs split ends. What it does: This formula replaces lost ceramides to restructure, strengthen and seal the protective outer layer of the hair. It prevents 93% of new split ends and provides all-day protection from UV damage. Safe and effective on color or chemically treated hair, it can be used on wet or dry locks. What it is formulated WITHOUT:- Parabens- Sulfates- Synthetic Dyes- Petrochemicals- Phthalates- GMOs- Triclosan What else you need to know: The cuticle is the hair strand's defense layer. It is responsible for the hair's resistance to breakage, shine, and moisture content. Unfortunately, this cuticle layer is the thinnest layer of your hair and can easily be damaged by our daily routines, which deplete the cuticle of ceramides, a key ingredient in hair's "cement." Hair is left brittle, dull, dry and defenseless. Was looking for a product to tame my dry & damaged hair. It made my hair more frizzy and dry. Really wanted this product to work for me but it did the opposite of it's claim. My first return to Sephora! Decided to try Kerastase Fibre Architecte instead and have been extremely happy with that find.

Quick Take: easy to use, quick results
I can see e a real improvement of the condition of my hair, particularly the ends. It gives me a little boost of body as well and is great for layering with other products. I use. A little Sebastian Potion #9 after i work this into my hair and get great results.

Quick Take: easy to use
I've tried this a few times now, I really do like the smell, nice and fresh. I think I used too much the first time out, I felt my hair got a little tangly. I have fine long hair and made sure I used it just on the ends. The results are very good, I just wish it left a little more softness to the hair. Not sure about the damage repair at this point, maybe when I've been using it a few weeks I'll see results, but nothing immediate to report.

Makes hair look freshly cut

Quick Take: quick results, follow directions, use sparingly
Have only used this once, but it imparts a nice freshly cut look that I love. It does make hair a little tangly, though. Maybe I used a little too much -- that's another thing: use very sparingly. I used a dime size amount for the damaged ends on the hair that frames my face...should've used pea size amount.

Quick Take: easy to use
Great with Living Proof Restore shampoo & conditioner. It made my hair SO SOFT and SMOOTH!!!! Not so good when I'm using other (affordable) brand of shampoo & conditioner. I'm not a fan of smell either.

I am impressed!
Being a Fake blonde for almost all my Life im always in search of products to keep my hair soft and shiny.
This here is simply the BOMB!
My hair feels like i never treated it with anything harmful,although its freshly been highlited.
For my Super dry end i Mix the product with a drop of arganoil,and i am in hair Heaven..
Only downside is the size of the bottle,although its extremly Good for travelling....
Recommend it defenitly!!!

I love this product! My hair was dry and breakable from over straightening it. After just one use, my hair was shiny and very soft. I use it everynight when I blow-dry my hair and it has made a HUGE difference in my hair. Plus, it smells good too!

I have coarse hair, and I've been using John Frieda for a long time. When I found this, it has changed my hair into a full, glossy, bouncy, healthy, non frizzy hair. I love it. A little goes a long way. It is so amazing how my hair has been transformed. It flows so nicely now. Love it.

I have used everything out there - from super expensive Kerastase to cheap tresemme. This works like nothing else out there. My ends used to feel like straw and now my ends are smooth and soft. Worth every penny.

This product is kind of miraculous and I feel compelled to write a review on it. I have extremely fine/thin blonde hair, naturally a dark blonde but bleached three times a year. Other than highlights, I go to extremes to encourage growth and discourage breakage. It is an uphill battle. I eat a healthy diet, take Phyto hair/nail supplements, rarely use heat tools (curling iron or straightener 1-2 times a month max). My hair takes a total of 10 minutes to blow out, but I always let it air dry long enough that the dryer only touches it for 3 minutes. I don't use hair spray and always use heat protectant. You get the idea. I got this based on reviews and it is by far the most incredible product I've ever used on my hair. I saw immediate results. I use it on wet hair before my hair dryer and my hair actually feels different. It is more voluminous and the strands feel more substantial. Breakage has SIGNIFICANTLY decreased. I used to brush and see small pieces fall in droves. Now, hardly anything. I've only been using it for a week but I am hooked. My hair looks better and acts better. This also smells divine, like Elizabeth Arden's Green Tea fragrance. I am recommending it to everyone! I am 28 and have used dozens of products. Some are better than others, but none have performed like this!

Got it as a sample and I was sold. I have dry, thick, chemically processed hair and a quarter size dollup of this amazing cream and some effort in to my blow-out I can get a good 3-4 days wear.

I should have known better than to buy something that boasts that it repairs split ends. It makes my hair soft and shiny, true enough, and it probably smooths the cuticle, but absolutely nothing (except maybe a several hundred dollar hair treatment at a salon) is going to magically repair the broken bonds between strands of keratin (which, in effect, is what a split end is.) The chemical processes required for that are too specific for a mere conditioner, even a leave-in one.
On the bright side, it does smell nice, but that's about all it has going for it. If you have seriously split ends, just get a haircut. Don't waste your money expecting this to make your hair perfect again.

I have been using this for about 3 weeks now and I see a good difference from other products I have used in the past. I like that I only have to use a little bit and still get a good effect. My hair is thick and I have a lot of it, but again, a little goes a long way.

I was hesitant to buy this product at first (34 dollars I believe in Canada?). I do not tend to use a lot of products on my hair, but after a series of bleaching to go from red to white, my hair was in desperate need of repair.
This cream really holds up to what it says. I feel it has added much needed moisture to my hair which seemingly has reduced the amount of breakage. I apply it when my hair is damp after a shower or when it is dry and can use a little more moisture (use sparingly if using on dry hair).
This cream smells divine and I truly find a pleasurable experience in using this product. On top of that, the packaging as usual for Living Proof products is something I want to put on display in my washroom (matte muddy lilac bottle, nice typography, etc).
To reiterate, if you have chemically processed or damaged, dry hair, this cream really seems to have done the most in healing my previously straw-like hair. Eager to try out other products in the Living Proof Restore range.
