Quick Take: quick results
I love the Alterna caviar line so when I saw this I had to try it. I have thin, fragile hair that, before Alterna, was dry and dull. Alterna has changed that and now I get compliments on how shiny and healthy my hair looks! This product feels great when you massage it gently onto your scalp and smells wonderful. Beware that it is extremely runny and if your not careful most of it will end up in your sink or running down your head. If you are aware of that however, and adjust your technique you will have a wonderful scalp experience. I have only used it for 2 weeks so can't say for sure it's increasing the volume of my hair but it does seem thicker and bouncier.

Quick Take: easy to use, quick results
Due to excessive dieting, iron deficiency, etc..my hair was looking lifeless, limp, etc...excessive shedding. My hairstylist said not to be alarmed but I was desperate to try something gentle yet effective. Of course I got my diet in order and started supplementing and eating healthier...so I can't really say if THIS was 100% effective or not...however..after 6 weeks, I did notice a gradual yet obvious thickening of my hair. Plus, when I was massaging it in, it seemed to feel great on my scalp, very refreshing. I felt like it really soothed and set the stage for new hairgrowth. I did notice babyhairs growing around my crown that had not been there before. 6 weeks later and I don't even have to use thickening products any longer, my hair just looks healthier, fuller, more manageable, no longer limp and gross. Like I said, Im not going to claim its a miracle product but its worth a try, not sure if this would work for hereditary hairloss or not, might need something stronger for that....although if $50 can bring my hair back to life, nothing to lose, I guess. Another plus...no more shedding!!
