Quick Take: beautiful in color but not in texture., thick. hard to get it to stick to lashes.
The "Blu" color is a perfect: subtle blue--not electric and not likely to be mistaken for black.
Despite the 2 brushes, mascara was difficult to apply-- too dry to smooth onto lashes. Clumpy, thick, paste-like.
Removes easily with Fresh Soy cleanser.

Love the soft gentle color

Quick Take: a worthwhile splurge
This is a fun different color than black. I haven't used the tiny brush at all yet, but used this several times with lots of compliments. It is pretty subtle color, yet, I wouldn't wear it to work. Very long lasting. Huge tube since there is a brush at each end. silly packaging

Cool Violet Color for Green Eyes, But Not Volumous

Quick Take: not clumpy, not volumizing, not lengthening
The color is actually a beautiful violet that makes green eyes pop. It's subtle enough to still look natural, though, so people don't go "OMG why are you wearing purple mascara?!". It is also not clumpy or flaky at all. Having two different mascara brushes is a plus too.
The only con is that this mascara doesn't do much to add volume to your eyelashes and does absolutely nothing to lengthen them. Even though I loved the color, I returned this mascara because it basically looked like I didn't have any mascara on (except for the color of course).

not worth the money

I liked the 2 different brushes, however the mascara is self did not apply well on the lashes. It took a lot of time and mascara to get my lashes looking nice. I think that the product is priced way too high for what it is and the quality of the mascara.

Fun, but Pricey

I like this mascara. It doesn't clump and it's a cool violet color. I can really see the color on my lashes. With that said, it's pricey for a novelty cosmetic, although the mascara is good quality. I would not repurchase though, due to the price.

Quick Take: a nice change of pace, wearable color when it dries down
I grew up in the 80's and remember the days of electric blue mascara. This is a much more refined product. When you open the tube the bright color is almost scary, but it dries down to a lovely violet that isn't too bright, in my opinion. I only see the pop of color up close and at certain angles.
The mascara doesn't seem to be particulary lengthening for me, but it gives a bit of volume and there isn't any clumping. The brushes are the spiky plastic nubby kind, but I like this kind of wand. I love the smaller brush for getting my corner lashes. It holds the curl I put in my lashes with my Shu curler, and I didn't find that it smudged or flaked after three (intermittent) weeks of use.
I would recommend this mascara for anyone who wants a break from basic black. Knocking off one star because of price, but I am about to order a backup because I really love the the color and I'm happy with the formula of this mascara.
