Quick Take: long wearing
The only reason I'm giving this 4 starts is because I still have to moisturize with a lip balm before application, but my lips are dryer than most. Jardin de Bagatelle is a gorgeous peachy pink with subtle shimmer. Its like NARS Orgasm for lips. The packaging is incredible and I feel fabulous taking it out of my purse to use it.

Quick Take: creamy, moisturizing, long wearing, great looking!
Overall I love this lipstick! It makes for a perfect every day lip color! And it feels wonderful! My only objection is that I will run out of it quickly. Although it is long lasting the stick is not so much that it will take awhile to run out of. I have only had it about 3 weeks and I am 1/4 of the way down the tube.

Very pretty shimmery . The design of the tube is clever. Just need one hand but I always reverse the tube. I prefer the tube be less bulky. Other than that, nothing bad about this product but the price.

I love this lipstick. I received the deluxe sample of Extraite de Rose, and couldn't wait to get the full sized one - and it doesn't disappoint! Very easy to operate on the go, and a gorgeous light color sheen of a lipstick,.... my new go to lipstick for sure. You won't regret it!

I absolutely love the case this lipstick is in as I am an avid lipstick wearer. It is so easy to slide up and down in seconds. I keep my lipstick in my pocket because I cannot stand to have dry or pale lips, so this is a breeze to apply. It is so soft on your lips as well. I bought the coral, but I have a pink sample size originally and I love the sheerness with color they both give. They look darker than they apply, so just know that. My only complaint and the reason I did not give it a 5, is that I have to reapply often. Not a biggie in my books, as I have to do that with every lipstick or gloss I use.

I bought this lipstick simply because it has a beautiful color (#260) and it reminds me of the NARS orgasm blush. It is peachy pink with gold. I wear it by itself or over lipstick and either way it's very nice shade. Moisturizing and it gives you great amount of shine. Not to mention the tube itself is so pretty and cool. It is definitely a great buy!

I originally purchased a caramel color, Sous le Vent, but exchanged it for a pink color, Extrait de Rose. It is a perfect summer pink color. The only drawback I have is that it almost broke off as I was applying it, even though I barely had it pushed up. I just put it in the freezer to try and harden it. Hopefully that will work. Bummer...

This is a great summer lipstick. A little shimmer and the texture is great. My only issue is that it is a bit more sheer than I had thought. The color is a gorgeous bright pink- 263 a la Parisienne.

I got 262 (Extrait de Rose) as a sample, and while I liked the formula it was far too pink for me. I decided to order 200 (Sous Le Vent), and it's the perfect all-round color. It shows up more pink on my lips since they are pretty pink to begin with. I like how to caramel tones that down, making it the subtle enough to wear day to day. It's also shimmery and special enough to wear out. This lipstick is expensive, but worth it if you can find the right color for you. You really won't need another lipstick or gloss again. I definitely won't be ordering anymore colors since I wouldn't be able to get as much wear out of them, but I'm really happy that purchased this one.

...and very expensive for a lipstick. The color and quality are nice but, a) it's not especially long-lasting, b) the case is just cumbersome- but I like the concept of all-in-one. Perhaps if they improve on the technology and make the case a little slimmer, it might be better. There are so many other beautiful less-expensive lipsticks out there.

So many "sheer lipsticks" are not sheer at all. Most just have so much shimmer that they look and feel like crayons. Guerlain's shine automatique is truly sheer, a colored gloss in a stick that spreads like butter, friction free. Yes $35 is a lot for a lipstick, but this one enhances the lip so perfectly, I'd say it's worth it! Last thing: you can open and close it with one hand!

I'm a huge fan of Guerlain's lipsticks - Rouge G is my all-time fave lipstick formula. So I figured I'd try the Shine Automatique. It's lighter than the Rouge G, but you'd expct it to be, since it's a sheerer products. It's silky, though, and creamy, and glides across lips perfectly. The shade I purchased is the perfect summer poppy-coral color; it's not fully opaque, but there's plenty of color. It just doesn't last all that long, which is why it gets 4 stars instead of 5. But honestly, it's such a pleasure to apply I don't even mind that much.

I love how this lip shine looks on my lips giving a nudy look with a hint of shimmer it beautifully mixes with my own lip color. Glides on smoovely and hydrates my lips nicely for a lip stick. I really love the color though!
