Nice but not worth the price

I've always wanted to try Philosophy's body wash and lotion so I finally caved a few weeks ago. This set smells very lovely but I'm regretting my purchase, it's definitely not worth the cost.

Quick Take: good value, not pleasantly scented
I purchased this Philosophy duo as a gift, and hope that the recipient enjoys it. I did smell the product before wrapping it, and was not impressed with the scent. Hoping that it will be an acceptable summer fragrance, but would not purchase again.

Quick Take: good value, moiture rich, very fragrant
I bought just the lotion in store because upon reading the ingredients for the shower gel/shampoo i saw no ingredients worth buying it for. however, the ingredients for the lotion is pretty amazing. its packed with a bunch of different moisturizing oils (like macadameia oil) which are listed at the TOP of the ingredients list which if you dont know means it has the most of. so for this factor alone i bougth the lotion. and guys its amazingly smooth! i feel so much more softer after just one week of usage. the smell is pretty strong when you smell from the bottle but when you rub it in, it disperses and does not really interfere with your perfume. it will only make it smell sweeter. if you want something full of moisture try the lotion. you wont go wrong. but if you want something less fruity and strong go for a different kind from philosophy they all have the same motisturizing factors but just with different scents. i reccomend the Field of Flowers scent for a more lighter and softer scent.

Quick Take: good value
I love this scent!!! Upset that it's limited edition so I'll have to stock up. If you think Hawaiian Getaway's scent is a bit too strong then this lotion would be perfect. I liked the scent of HG but again a little overwhelming, wish it was toned down a few notches. Thankfully I saw this in the store and it was just right! love it.
