Quick Take: shimmery, pigmented
i'm very fair and using this on it's own is almost too dark for me. It is VERY SHIMMERY also but when i mix it with lotion it is the perfect color and shimmer for my legs. It can transfer onto things, especially if it is hot outside but it's worth it even so. It is very moisturizing and leaves my legs very soft.

I have olive skin tones and as a bronzer this product just didn't give me any color. Def not sun kissed, more of a healthy glow. It applies easy and absorbs well. The smell is AH-mazing but doesn't last long. My skin was super soft all day. At $35 I probably won't buy again but it was fun to play with!

I have olive toned skin and as a bronzer this just doesn't add much color. I def don't look sun kissed, but it does give me a healthy glow. It applies and rubs in easy and smells Ah-mazing! The summery coconut smell doesn't last long but the glow and soft skin lasted all day. At $35 I probably won't buy again but it's been fun to play with.

Overall, I like this product. It smells wonderful -just like summer should. I also like the color. It looks more natural on your skin than you think it will when you look at the bottle (even though it's beautiful in the bottle too). My one complaint is that it's VERY shimmery. It's not for the office, that's for sure! I would use it more as a highlighter on shoulders, calves, etc. than as an all-over tan. Also, I recommend applying a light fragrance-free moisturizer BEFORE using this so it spreads a little easier and goes farther.

Don't use on freshly shaved skin!

I put this on fesh out the shower after I had shaved. After only putting it on my legs, I broke out in extremely itchy red and white bumps! I didn't want to give up on this yet so today I tried again after waiting awhile after shaving and applying lotion and....it's perfect! It gives a gorgeous shimmering but natural bronze color. Very happy with this and glad I learned from my mistakes before wearing it out somewhere!

Quick Take: shimmery
I love this stuff. The smell is amazing!!! It gives you a nice bronzed look without making you look like you work in a chocolate factory. It can transfer though so be careful. I would either give yourself a decent amount of time for it to dry or blot it with a tissue If it is too intense for you, you could mix it with lotion.

I absolutely LOVE this product and would definitely use it again.. it makes your skin so soft and it adds just the right color so you are not pale. My skin never felt so good.. i would highly recommend this if you want just a nice light bronzing look and it makes dry skin totally go away! Highly recommended.. Too Faced Products never fail!

Luxurious scent with a hint of golden shimmer and absolutely realistic "just off the beach" tint. It's half self-tan and half bronzing lotion all in one clever, easily absorbed product. I look like I spent the day sunning on my (imaginary) yacht and am now heading out for an extravagant yet elegant night on the town....

Quick Take: shimmery, gradual, natural-looking
I'm about as pale as they come and avoid suntanning like poison. But my chicken-skin-white legs in summer are not a thing of beauty. Royal Oil Body Bronzer gives them a nice golden sheen that is natural looking but with a bit of tanned, golden glow and, thankfully, no hideous orange tones. It's nice on my shoulder too, if I'm wearing something off the shoulders or strapless. Keeps my skin nice and soft too. I'll admit it - I really would have preferred the Nars oil that is similar but it's much pricier than Royal Oil, so I'm happy with my choice.

I really liked this lotion. It gives great color and does last. I didn't give it a perfect rating because it does tend to rub off on clothing. However, that being said, the color is very pretty and shiny. I take a paper towel and go over the top of the skin to get rid of the gold tone. Looks natural! The bottle is smaller than I'd like, but the color spreads well. Don't be afraid of it! It's worth it!

I like the product, however , I have sent 2-3 emails that you never returned. It was regarding my trying to get birthday offer at beginning of Oct. I couldn't even access free samples. Other companies I've dealt with answer emails ASAP. I'm not happy & will not order again.

I put this on right after taking a shower... I love the way this stuff smells and the way it makes my skin feel. I gave this four stars because I was disappointed by the color I got, it wasnt near as deep of a tan as expected, however when I applied my usual spray self tanner over this I absolutely loved the color and feel of my skin and the shimmer lasts for hours. Plus, the bottle will last forever.

This is really one of the best bronzers out there. It's very last lasting and natural. I usually mix it with some lotion to make it less shimmery on the skin. It will get on your clothes though, but will wash off easily. A little bit goes a long way!!

I loved the color I got with this and that it was immediate. I put a ratty t-shirt on after it dried before I put on my "going out" clothes to make sure I didnt get any of the color on them. I noticed later when undressing there was a little color around the neckline of my shirt but it did wash out in the wash. Beautiful color and great smell.

Love at first sight! This body oil smells like coconuts and it leaves your skin feeling so soft and moisturized! Not to mention it gives your skin a slight bronzy goddess effect and when your skin hits the sunlight it will shimmer in the most gorgeous way possible. Try it if you don't believe it :)
