Quick Take: lightweight, fast-absorbing
This product is amazing, it goes on silky smooth and is light weight. It has a little bit of a smell to it, but you get over it as soon as its on.
It really keeps make up on quite well, I play a lot of sports and don't always have time to take off my make up. After a sweaty soccer game my foundation was still on my face and looked perfect!!
I would recommend to everyone!

I was so happy to walk into Sephora and find exactly what I was looking for. I asked and I received. This primer really does leave a matte finish on my oily T-zone. My concealer and mineral powder foundation go on so flawless. I had to do a double take in the mirror because my face looked so smooth. Where was this all my life??!!

Quick Take: fast-absorbing
The consistency of this primer is simply divine -- it absorbs immediately into the skin and fills in pores like a dream (especially on/around my nose)! The reason that I only gave this 3 stars is because I was really looking for a primer that would keep me matte all day, and this product unfortunately did not. It helped somewhat with oil, but did not keep me as matte as I desired.

I bought this primer initially because of the pure and oil-free aspect of it. Hey, this could be better for my skin! Buuuut the original is much better. As strange as it may sound, it made my make-up basically wipe off two hours into the day. My face and my make-up prefer the original primer. The original's better.

Amazing. I am 40 with sensitive, oily and acne prone skin. My pores are huge and this primer not only makes them disappear completely, it keeps me from getting greasy for THE ENTIRE DAY! Plus, zero irritation and NO breakouts!! My husband was astounded! LOVE this product!!!!!

This primer has a better feel than the greasy silicone or drying gel types I've previously tried. I have a combination skin and this did not leave me greasy on the forehead or nose, or dried out on the cheeks.

I really wanted to like this primer but it just doesn't compare to my Smashbox oil-free primer that I love so much! I've been only using Smashbox primer for the longest and when I finally ran out, I thought I should try this one instead. The texture looks just like the Smashbox but instead it has almost a very faint weird smell to it if you really pay a close attention to it. It doesn't make my skin as soft as the Smashbox and I feel like I have to put more of the product as compared to Smashbox. This would probably be my last purchase from Too Faced primer collection. I probably would try other primers too before going back to Smashbox.

I think I am getting to the point where I will only use Too Faced products. -lol- I have extremely oily and sensitive skin & this works perfectly! I love the soft feeling after applying & it lasts literally all day! Love, love, love!!

Nightmare for oily skin

Returned it after using it twice. My make-up lasts better with my drug store primer (that I'm sticking to now), and it made my make up more cakey than it would be with absolutely no primer. I've had primers not help that much, but this was the first that made my face worse. It made my pores vanish when I first put it on, but my make-up ran down my face after two hours.

This is one of the best primers I've used. I have very oily, acne prone skin. I use another primer from MAC that has an SPF and these two primers are my holy grail primers. It keeps my face from getting too oily through out the day. I still have to blot but normally it's only one time through out the work day.

I have really oily, sensitive and acne-prone skin. When I say that I have oily skin, I'm not kidding. My foundation starts to slide around my face as the day progresses and when I press the back of my hand to my nose or forehead, I am met with a shiny mess.
I've been using this primer for a week or so and I LOVE it. Because I'm already so oily, I'm pleased that it's oil-free. it's not so super fantastic that it stops me from getting oily completely or make my foundation last all day, it's still pretty darn great. When using this primer, I noticed that my face was considerably less oily throughout the day and my foundation didn't fade as fast. I also have HUGE pores mostly on my nose and around the nose area. The primer didn't make them disappear completely but it did a good great job making them appear less noticeable. Also, the product hasn't seem to cause any breakouts thus far nor clogs my pores. Overall, I'm very happy with the product and will definitely purchase it again.

Very...Off-putting Smell and Texture

I love Too-Faced products and have used their other primers, but unfortunately I found this one to be terrible for several reasons. First of all it does nothing to help my oily skin, and I was forced to blot frequently and reapply foundation. I also didn't notice any masking of pores.
The main reason that I hated this product was the very unpleasant smell and texture of it. Unfortunately, it actually seems akin to *ahem* man juice (Sephora rules don't allow the technical word apparently), in my opinion, and I really had no desire to rub it on my face. I would definitely recommend avoiding this one and sticking with the original, even if you do have sensitive skin.

I went online to find a good primer and did as much research as possible since the prices are up there. I am so happy with this product. It really smoothes and minimizes my huge pores. Also controls my oily t-zone. Will def buy again once this tube is gone.

Quick Take: broke out, still oily, smells
Super silky and soft, the smell bothered me, and my T zone didn't seem to have trouble breaking through and making an oil appearance. While the feeling of the product was nice, and super matte to the touch, it managed to break me out. Dimethicone often causes this negative skin reaction, and my sensitive skin decided it wanted to be on that list. So while I wish I could say I found my perfect primer, I can say that the search continues and this one won't be returning.
