Quick Take: rich colors, great blend of shades
I have green eyes, so I'm always on the lookout for a palette with colors that compliment them. I have been obsessed with this palette ever since I got it a few weeks ago. I've worn all the colors in various combination and the color payoff is fantastic! My favorite color is the Dandy Lion olive grene/gold shade. It has a lovely shimmer to it and is smooth and rich. I pair it with the Very Wicked and Glinda's Kiss for a gorgeous green eye look. Ozma is a lovely shade as well that I blend with Glinda's Kiss. I've used Silver Shoes and Saw Dust Heart for a smoky eye look. Overall, the packaging is a bit big and bulky, but you do get a TON of product. More than in something like an Urban Decay palette. I bought this at the discounted $22 price and I think it was a great deal. I hope to see more from Tarina Taratino!

Quick Take: good value
This palette is gorgeous! I had bought it for my bestfriend over summer for her birthday and coveted it ever since. Just last month for my own birthday I bought it for myself, AND it had dropped in price which made it even more purchase-worthy! The color payoff is great and it really is a beautiful, shimmering palette for this holiday season. I definitely recommend it for yourself or as a gift!

So I am not one to write a review unless I buy an item that I am very impressed with and this is truly an unexpected surprise. I am not familiar with this brand and figured since it was on sale I would give it a shot and I am glad I did. These eyeshadows are great quality. The colors are are great as well. All of them have a shimmer except for the matte brown. The teal color is gorgeous! The picture does not do this palette justice. Make sure when you are at sephora to check this one out! Or just go for it and order it. A great palette at a great price! You won't be disappointed!

Quick Take: good value, high pigmentation, generously sized, beautiful, gorgeous, good quality, smooth
Let me start off saying that this palette is very large, and the eyeshadows are generously portioned, so it will last you a while. I was a bit hesitant to get this at first because I thought the green tones wouldn't suit my warm skin tone. But the nice thing about this gadget is that the colors are a nice balance of both warm and cool, neither straying too far to one end... making this a palette for anyone. The quality is spectacular, and all the colors are so smooth and highly pigmented that there's virtually no need for primer. There is minimal to no fall-out, and great color-payoff. Seriously, all you need is a tiny little pat of eyeshadow to get a striking effect.
I am saddened Tarina Tarantino products are being discontinued at Sephora, because the quality of her eyeshadows are unrivaled and simply the best I've ever experienced. I am also utterly infatuated with the design and packaging of this palette... inspired by the Wizard of Oz. This Emerald Pretty palette certainly is pretty, and I absolutely love this palette. I would definitely value this palette at $45-50, and for its $22 markdown price, this is definitely a steal. Get it before it permanently runs out of stock!

Good color, awful packaging

I like the color, texture and quality of these shadows. But it is COMPLETELY overshadowed by the terrible packaging. It's an enormous cardboard box. Hard to store in your bathroom or vanity, hard to hold, and you just FEEL trashy using it. It's so disappointing.

Quick Take: good value, travel size, all ages, creamy, pigmented
If ever there was an eye shadow pallet worth it's weight in gold, this is it! I love the size and design. I feel 'special' when iI use this. The design is magnificent! It is gorgeous to look at, sturdy, thin enough to travel easily. The most important part...the shadows, themselves. There is an ample amount of all the shadows, to last a very long time. Each individual shadow measures 1" by 1 5/8". The quality is exceptional, the best. They are super creamy and pigmented. It only takes a tiny bit for me to get the desired results. I have not used another brand since I bought this and two other Tarina pallets. Doubt I will. I am putting my others away. I am older, but still follow fashion, in clothing and cosmetics, I always have. I use the Ozma, Saw dust heart, Dandy Lion & Very Wicked the most. The only colour I haven't used yet, in this group, is the silver one. It is beautiful but I have a warm complexion, light blonde hair and green eyes and think the others look better on me. I have never seen a teal colour quite like Ozma. Glinda's Kiss is is the only highlighter you will ever need, on your eyes or face. Check the recent reviewer who gave two closeups of her eyes using these...WOW! I usually buy individual shadows but not with this line. You will probably use every shade. The smaller Tarina palettes are the same in quality and usability. I had looked at Tarina's products long before the sale but thought they would be too young and glittery for me. Wrong. I just keep buying her products now and they continue to be my favourite. I am amazingly pleased with each one. I would urge others over 40 to try this. Just use a 'light hand' and you will be amazed. Don't hesitate, just buy this now while you can get it at this price. I can't imagine, especially at this price, anyone, having any regrets. I also bought her brush collection and the quality is so good. They work beautifully with her shadows and blushes. What a great gift this would be!
I find this designer to be a tremendously talented artist and pure genius. She is definitely a "girly girl". I am so sorry this line has been discontinued, at Sephora, now that I have discovered it.

Quick Take: gorgeous unique colors
I hesitated in getting this because reviews said it was bulky and a waste of space. While it could have included more shadows, I think the design was meant to be grand like a gem to celebrate Emerald City.
The colors are fantastic! Thye are so rich and metallic with a matte brown and no glitter! I think the Blue and Gold lion are my fave. The case is made out of cardboard but it has holographic strips and a good size mirror, it's nice to keep on your dresser table. the pigmented colors are worth getting this on sale.

I'd been eyeing this palette since it came out but didn't really need it and couldn't justify buying it just for the one colour I really wanted (Dandy Lion). Now that this brand is being phased out from Sephora, this palette was seriously reduced in price so I treated myself. All the colours are fabulous - the neutrals and the beautiful, bright Ozma, which is a wonder counterbalance to the other colours in this palette. Quality is typical of TT's shadows - absolutely first rate texture and pigmentation. I've worn Dandy Lion and Very Wicked almost every day since purchasing this and I love the results with these 2 shadows. Sorry to see this brand leaving Sephora, however.

This pallette is a lot bigger than I expected and the pigment is stunning. I love how smooth these colors went on and stayed on. A little bit goes a long way...
The color picks up nicely on my brush and I don't have to take very much to work it in.

Luscious color, poor packaging

Quick Take: long-lasting, blendable, pretty
The product is long wearing and true to color. The powder formula blends beautifully. The colors are unique but not garish. The packaging however, is cheap. It's so unwieldy you can't carry it with you. The cardboard box doesn't seem very sanitary to me. I keep it in my bedroom and only bring it into the powder room when I need it.

This is a really beautiful palette, and the colors are lovely both as eyeshadows and as eyeliners (to do that, I apply them with a damp, stiff brush). I wish that they were a little more pigmented sans primer, but over it - and overall - they're really gorgeous! I especially love Ozma!

This is my first time using TT shadows and I am blown away by the quality and pigmentation. These shadows are WORTH THE MONEY, especially at the new sale price! The shade dandelion is GORGEOUS shade that you NEED in your collection! Pick it up; you'll love it!

I got this as a birthday gift and really love it!
The colors are great for creating sultry smokey eyes with a pop of color. All the colors are very pigmented, rich, and beautiful and easy to work with. They go on easily and stay true to their color.
I use them over Urban Decay Primer potions & they last all day.
Great to take traveling since it's a flat palette, and the portions are big so these will probably last a while!

I had pussyfooted around (bet you didn't expect to see that phrase in a review) with purchasing this palette, but then I saw the video posted on the Sephora facebook page earlier this summer and fell in love with the colors in application. Well, the colors didn't disappoint in person either. I'm obsessed with dandy lion. The other colors are fabulous, but really, I'm obsessed with dandy lion.
My main complaint about this product is the packaging. How can you go from having such fine packaging with the dollskin blush palette to this boxy, thick packaging (see images - the eye palette compared to the cheek palette) for 6 eyeshadows. It's beyond me.
Nonetheless, the colors are gorgeous. Worth the purchase, I just wish the packaging was better.

Quick Take: travel size, unique, great texture
I was looking for a very specific purple and a very specific green and could not find it. I went through the entire store looking for it and this was the last place I looked. I LOVE this palette because the colors are unique, but easy to play down for daytime wear.
I was sceptical at first because the packaging has sparkles on it and it made it look like the shadows were really, really glittery, but that wasn't the case at all - they can be if you put a generous amount on, but they can also look everyday. LOVE it!
