Quick Take: soft bristles, synthetic hair
I ended up taking this back. As adorable as it is, it's a bit on the cheap side and the brush is quite small. It seemed shady and so I held onto the packaging and sure enough, less than 2 weeks after I got it, the brush came unglued from the base of the retractable tube. It might be good for kids but if you really need a serious makeup brush, this is not it.

I am absolutely obsessed with anything hello kitty. This brush is amazing. Its is pricey for a kabuki, but worth the money. I have the matching eye brushes as well. Its big enough to be a statement piece, but small enough to travel with. LOVE IT!!!

This is a great brush for the money; The girly pink bristles are soft and hold plenty of product, and deliver smooth application.
It retracts perfectly so the bush won't get the bristles caught or mangled, and it stays capped. It's a nice size for your purse or for travel.
I purchased one in silver and one in gold ( now discontinued) and love them both.

Perfect Match to Trio of New Eye Brushes!

Since I purchased the trio of silver, Hello Kitty eye brushes, I just had to have the matching face brush. The always adorable Hello Kitty adorns the cap of the brush, which protects the bristles, and the brush is super soft. I just love the pink tips to the bristles as well. If you are a Hello Kitty lover and need a great face brush, do not pass this up!
