great, compact foundation brush

I use this brush all the time to stipple foundation and apply powder. Because it's retractable, you can modify the tightness of the bristles & use it for different things. I love the versatility & how compact it is for transport. I also love that it has a lid to keep it clean and in tact!

I'm not sure where everyone else found a three dollar brush because mine cost much more. It may be slightly overpriced for what it is- I won't be able to tell until I tote it around in my purse for a few months. Seems pretty good so far though

I bought this brush on sale for 3.00 and I LOVE IT! I'm so glad I got this brush. It's easy to carry. I like how it has a cover so if I have any leftover foundation on it it won't get all over my makeup bag! Last word GREAT!

Quick Take: angled
I bought this because it was on sale... I don't really know whaaat to use it for, but I put my blush on it to put under my cheek bones,and sometimes for eye shadow, because its really tight and I hate when the eyeshadow gets all over the place.

The bottom of the container covers the brush when your done so you can get the lid on without slaying the brush. I use this more to blend my concealer than for foundation. The picture makes it look more like a blush brush, but it is more pointy. I would give it five stars, but the metal feels pretty cheap and thin.

Quick Take: compact good quality...a bit stiff
I bought one to try out for my foundation...a bit stiff but it works great to smooth out imperfections. Bought several more as gifts and to fill my travel cases. A *must have* for anyone on the go!

Yes it's retractable,but when it's open the bristles stay pu in the triangle shaped form-it doesn't look anything close to what you see on the picture.

Quick Take: synthetic hair, soft, great for travel
I got the tapered foundation brush (the blue one) and I love it!!! It is amazingly soft and the point is perfect for getting in small places. It is a little small so I use it for contouring and concealer. Best 3 dollars I have ever spent!

I purchased the foundation Brush and it is ok. It is difficult to open and the bristles are very concentrated, so it absorbs alot and kind of puts globs of concealer on your face. I also use it for blush, and it picks up sooo much product.

Quick Take: cheap, ineffective
This brush served my purpose but I've purchased much better brushes from sketchy beauty supplies stores in town. I love that it's retractable and that it was my favorite color (I got the tapered blue one) but that's about it. It brushed off more on the palette than it held in its bristles. Okay for the sale price, I suppose.

The brush actually has a sort of tip. It is not a rounded top as shown in the pic, but still a decent brush.
Will work well for application around nose, eyes and tihhter places.

Not what I thought I ordered

Quick Take: not soft
This was not the original picture when I ordered this product. It was a picture of a flat kabuki brush which is what I wanted. this brush is compact but not very soft and I am not sure how to use with a point. I gave it my girlfriend who seems to like it.
